Stayed here for a couple of nights. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was a nice addition. Staff were all lovely from the guy from Ecuador thst looked like he just walked off the catwalk to the lovely lady that brought chocolates and water to my room. Stayed here last year and would stay again. The only thing I woukd say (its not a criticism) there was no BBQ sauce to eat the bacon and egg roll. Its just a recommendation. Would definitely stay again ......

Nice city hotel with a small bar downstairs. Not noisy even on a Saturday night though. Good location for central. My room was very small, felt old but decorated nicely and comfortable bed. Sheets clean but very dusty/dirty anywhere that was not an obvious surface like shelving, bed head, bathroom shelving etc. Very fine but did not seem 4*.

Just for a stop over to give it a try, rooms were suitable, check in was easy, parking a short walk from hotel. small bar. Breakfast was very good considering no restaurant, packed breakfast with barista coffee. was a nice touch.

Charming Stay Just North of Brisbane CBD Really enjoyed my time at this great little hotel just north of the Brisbane CBD. The location is super convenient, with Central Station nearby and most key areas easily walkable. The staff were a standout—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. I especially loved the cute little bar onsite, which was perfect for a morning coffee or a relaxed drink in the evening. A bonus for Accor status members is the complimentary wine selection, which is a really nice touch. As others have mentioned, the rooms can feel a little musty, which could definitely be improved. That said, there’s a large balcony door that helps air things out, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. Overall, a pleasant and well-located hotel with lots of potential and lovely staff. Would happily stay again.

A small hotel, tucked away in a quiet part of the city just outside the main CBD area, within walking distance of Central Station. Most of the rooms are a compact size, but are well decorated and pleasant to stay in. It appears that all rooms have a small balcony and sliding door for fresh air. There is a pleasant café/bar on the ground floor, serving a limited but sufficient breakfast. There are also a couple of larger, standard size rooms on each floor, I would recommend these if you plan to stay for more than a couple of days. Overall a pleasant and good value choice if you do not need to be in the main CBD area. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again if it is available at a competitive price.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, located in an office district, shower pressure was nonexistent, another guest said they had no shower at all! My room was forgotten to be serviced more than once, the drains smell really bad, the staff were great and accommodating, there is no Accor Restaurant on site. They don’t serve food other than sandwiches. You can get wine and coffee although the day I wanted coffee the machine wasn’t working. You need to walk about 15 minutes to find a restaurants unless you want to eat Indian on the corner. Parking is $30 a day in a parking lot across the road.

Check in and check out were excellent. Room request was arranged and all in all a good stay as always. On entering the room there was a musty damp smell which took a while to go away, it is Brisbane in summer however, so to be expected. Biggest issue was the shower floor which hadn't been cleaned effectively for quite a while I suspect. Needed a good bleach or disinfectant cleaner on it.

Don’t opt for breakfast it’s not worth it, I had expected a standard hotel buffet breakfast but it’s just a crappy “breakfast box”. With a packet of muesli hot UHT milk, hot UHT orange juice, 2 crackers which are meant for cheese but no cheese just jam and Nutella, no bread. They said we could have a croissant or muffin with a coffee as well but there were no croissants and very limited choice of muffins in the food cabinet. Ordered a decaf cappuccino and it didn’t actually have any coffee in it was just warmed milk. AND our room had blood stains on the doona! I am a gold card accor member and after this experience have decided to cancel my membership I paid $314 for a night and saw it advertised on Google for $239 so felt like I overpaid. The staff were nice but I did ask for the breakfast to be removed or for them to price match but they said that I wasn’t able to as I booked in advance through the app and had to give 24 hours notice to make any modifications to the booking. Very disappointed.
