i have order a shoes 2 days ago, especially payed for same day delivery and nobody contacted until right now. im calling to the shop, but nobody picks up the phone. tomorrow im going out of istanbul and i needed those shoes until tomorrow! how can you work like this? and how you can charge for same delivery if nobody even check the order!

I definitely do not recommend the products of this company. The inner lining of the bag we bought was separated. They did not accept their mistakes after 2 months kater.It is the only company that looks so professional and yet so inexperienced.

Very stylish luxurious bags. Really impressed. English speaking shop assistant was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

Bir hafta kullanım sonrası köşe kısımdan derisinin soyulması nedeni ile incelemeye gönderdiğim ve bu durumun kendilerinden kaynaklanmadığını söyleyip vakko ya geri gönderen firma. Ürünü vakko dan aldığım için güvenilirlik konusunda bunu yaşamayı beklemiyordum. Hiçbir üst segment ürün için bu şekilde bir geri dönüşe şahit olmadım. Benzer fiyatlara satılan global markalar her zaman ürünlerinin 1 hafta içinde bu hale gelmesinin müşteriden kaynaklanmadığını bilir ve gerekli özeni gösterir ve durumu telafi etmeye çalışır. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.
