Manufacturing offers great product. Unfortunately the customer service seems to need some improvement. I had two orders, which did not arrive on time, so I had to cancel the orders. The money has not been transferred backed to me and the customer service did not support solving the issue - I had to write several mails and execute calls to get the money back. It might also be worth looking on how to improve the online shopping process in general, not just the customer service.

What a cool place! So many traditional German made things... No rush, and service people ready to help without intruding on you.

Really beautiful store with expensive albeit well-made homeware. Customer service could be improved, as it felt I was shopping around the staff stocking the shelves and not the other way around. Also, one of the cashiers was rude on several occasions. However, upon filing a complaint, the rude behavior was promptly acknowledged and addressed by management.

Definitely worth a visit. All manner of high quality merchandise in every category

Great specialty shop for kitchen gear and gadgets. Definitely not cheap, but we paid what one would expect for a quality item, and so far, it's been worth the money. Staff were pleasant and not overbearing.
