Super bad customer services. I made a purchase at 5.56pm. Due to the wrong purchase therefore I would like to do an exchange by adding more purchases. I purposely went back to the shop and I reached 6.45pm. The moment I step in to ask for an exchange, the staff named Kristiva said we are not allowed to exchange, and we are closing at 7pm. The process for exchange will take up to 15minutes therefore we can't do the exchange. And we can't do the exchange due to the tax refund as today is the 1st day we change the system from planet to global blue, and we are not familiar with the system.
These 2 reasons are so ridiculous! Manufaktura management, please send your staff for training before they are on the ground as they are not familiar with the company system. And the shop operating hours is until 7pm. I reach at 6.45pm why your staff can give the reason not to serve me? If so, kindly mention the last call for the shop is 6.45pm, just like what restaurant always does.
This is my 1st time trying of your products. But due to the bad services I guess it will also be the last time. I'm so disappointed. There are 3 staffs and all also give the same reasons!
