A very warm and welcoming greeting upon arrival on the 26th September by a friendly smart looking gentleman in the reception. It was a very swift check in, and we were even given a pad for a complimentary drink of prosecco from the bar (very nice touch) The reception area has some cool seating and was nice to sit and chill in at the end of the evening. We were situated in the 1st floor (there is a lift to all floors too)although the view from the window looking onto an inner courtyard was not the most desirable, the room certainly made up for this. We found the room more than adequate, the room was a really good size, bright and airy, very clean with a huge comfortable bed. There was a table/desk and chair with a good sized TV above on the wall. They was a wardrobe with hangers and and safe situated inside the wardrobe (very handy). There was a kettle with complimentary coffee, also a mini bar and alarm clock. To the bathroom which had a fabulous sized shower with hand soap, shower gel and body milk and hairdryer all in the bathroom. To sum the room up, it was bright, airy, well equipped and very clean. There is a lovely small bar where you can have a drink outside looking towards the main square or inside at the tables, we choose the comfortable sofa in the cool looking reception area. There is a small rooftop solarium for sunbathing and relaxing, with sun loungers, chairs and a hot tub. This hotel is right in the heart of things, just steps away from the beach and restaurants, and also the main square, shops and the marina, location is excellent! We would definitely stay here again, loved it.

We have just spent a night at this lovely hotel. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel has a roof terrace with a jacuzzi which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed a very tasty continental breakfast. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

A rather small and intimate hotel right in the middle of Port de Pollenca, close to everything. ||Nice and helpful staff in reception and restaurant. ||The rooms ending with 4 are located on the corner, with both street and sea/port view. ||Good standard in general, perhaps not a completely 4-star. Comfy beds and pillows. Fridge and kettle with tea/coffee.||The breakfast was nice, but the selection wasn't the greatest. (Due to lack of space I guess.) ||They have a bicycle parking, but it was allowed to park it on the balcony as well. Good!||It's a lively street below (the one with O'hara's and Tecun bar). The doors/windows are solid, so I didn't mind the night life. But if you're a light sleeper, you might be better of with a room facing Carrer de Formentor. ||Two cons: |- I missed a rack on the balcony for drying clothes. |- My door badly needed a fix. It was nearly impossible to close it without a big bang. It sounded like most doors were like this. ||And, the fridge in 204 needs a cleaning...||Overall a nice stay. A good hotel, cheaper than most others.

The hotel is in a fabulous location. It is clean and spacious and good value for money, however the breakfast is. very disappointing and the ‘hot’ tub is not heated!!

Disappointing for a 4 star hotel. It is noisy at night due to the hotels own bar in the ground floor that is blasting music in the hallway, there was a weird cleaner scent in the hotels and the rooms and furniture are dated and lacking charm. The rooms don’t look like in the pictures. I don’t know how but this hotel is 3 stars by usual standards at most. On a positive note the staff were friendly and the location is close to anything important.

Stayed at this lovely little hotel for 4 days with my sister and would thoroughly recommend. Its location is ideal if you like to be in the heart of things. It is just a very short walk to the beautiful beach. We stayed in room 103 whose balcony is out onto a busy street in the middle of several bars. We loved sitting out there in the evenings, enjoying a glass of cava and soaking up the atmosphere. Our room was really spacious with a separate lounge area. It was also surprisingly quiet when the balcony door was closed. Very clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a nice place to relax when it was cloudy but very hot when the sun was out as there’s no shade up there. The breakfast was a great start to each day with a good selection of fruit, pastries, bread, cheese and meat. Great coffee from the machine too. The staff were friendly and allowed us to use the shower on the rooftop after checkout as well as the lounge area on floor 1 which we were very grateful for as we had a late flight. If you like being amidst the bustling nightlife then this is the place for you.

The location of this hotel is a major pro and con. It is central to everything - the beach, shops, town square. However, because of this is it *extremely* loud at night with the bars right below. My husband and I are not light sleepers, and it is even terrible for us. Every night we have trouble falling asleep because of the noise, and there is no way to mitigate it. We’ve struggled to fall asleep some nights until 3am or 4am… because that’s when the noise is decent enough to sleep through. Not only is noise a problem in the night, it is also a problem in the morning. We’ve been woken up to garbage trucks working which sounded like glass being slammed in our ears. Then, doors and conversations waking us up as the walls seem to be extremely thin here. We enjoyed our time in this town, but probably would not book at this hotel again. Another con which I heard other guests speaking about and we experienced, is if you arrive to check in past opening hours… You are locked outside the hotel and must call the number to be let in and get an envelope with your hotel number in it. This is a con if you don’t have a phone or service when you arrive. The employees were not necessarily friendly or welcoming either. At breakfast, the same woman worked every morning and we were never greeted with a hola, smile, or any type of kind gesture.

Great location, in the middle of port de polenca but very noisy at night. Our room overlooked a busy bar/restaurant
