I have stayed at this hotel for 2 days and I couldn't get out of there fast enough, and I'm not writing this review because I had any fight with anyone, I avoided and it was a test of patience. They matched the price tag of legacy hotels, but forgot the main reason why 5 those hotels charge that price, because the staff is trained to be polite and hospitable, that is the true 5 star experience, but that is so so sorely and evidently missing here. If they had put atleast 1/3rd of effort of what they put in designing the common places, in to making sure to hire good staff or train their staff, the experience could have been different. The staff is rude in their disposition, for instance, when I called in-room dining, everytime the person manning the phone talks like he detests being there and is being forced to answer the calls, it is extremely rude in the way he talks or takes the order. In another instance, when I got locked out of the room and called from another room for key card, first they said it will be sent in 10 mins, 20 mins passed and after repeatedly calling no one answered, fed up with this, I called house keeping and the call got re-directed to reception, and they claim they didn't recieve any phone calls and finally the key card was sent. This was not even un-godly hour btw, it was at around 9PM. The food - one word - terrible. As for house keeping, none of the amenities were re-stocked during the stay, water bottles, green tea or toiletries, I had to call them everytime. I can assure you, the staff, whether from the recption or the in-room dining, had either got no training whatsoever to work in hospitality industry, both with regards to their work or behaviour, or they just actively ignore it on a daily basis
