This is my second stay at your hotel. My first visit was excellent, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing and did not reflect the same level of quality or comfort.I was assigned a connecting room, and noise from the adjacent room was clearly audible—including doorbells, crying children, and general disturbance—which made it difficult to relax. I specifically returned expecting a peaceful stay, especially given that the room rate was over 10,000 THB higher than my previous visit, despite being a downgrade in room type (from “Comfy with Pool” to “Comfy”).Additionally, when I requested to change rooms, the process took more than an hour. I ultimately had to go to the reception in person before a solution was provided. This delay added unnecessary stress and impacted my vacation experience.If this were a lower-priced hotel, I would understand the limitations. However, I chose your property because of the premium experience I previously received, and I expected the same level of comfort, service, and value.I hope you will take this feedback constructively and review the room assignment and service response process to prevent similar issues for future guests.
