Very extraordinary hotel. there are lot of dramas in this hotel. Who would have thought, this hotel is full of mysteries. Many people are tricked into getting money. The hotel rooms are dark and small. Many customers complaint about the inconvenience. Working without getting paid, and creating amazing scenarios, It's really amazing. As the saying goes, 1 DIE, 1000 Grow (1 person who leaves this place, then a thousand people will come to this place)... AMAZING!!!! :)

The staff was amazing. Particular the fromt desk manager Gina was very helpful. And all the other staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The rooms with ocean view are quite spacious for Male standards and offer a nice view to Villingli Island. The hotel is close to the center main road with a lot of restaurants and shops. Definitely the nicest hotel we stayed in Male.

Amazing hotel. Friendly staffs very helpful but the room service could be a bit faster 😁 check out was smooth. Room is spacious and a beautiful view just in front of you. Hk service could be provided which I didn't see during my stay. But overall it was a good experience.

Please don’t go by the photos, this place is nothing like what you see. We had a box type room which had a very strong smell of urine. The bar fridge had mould all around the seal.After a long flight all we required was a hot shower and a clean bed. No hot water. We stayed 4 hours then left to stay in the airport. Two nights booked one on our way to our holiday destination and one on return. Cancelled the return accomodation and found alternative.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are very small and uncomfortable. After a lot of request, I couldn't get the king bed room for what I had paid. While online booking I selected king bed and I had paid accordingly but after arrival they refused to give same room. Which is very bad experience. Regarding food, I am giving 3 star. Thanks.

Booked this place for one night and was glad to leave. When booked online it gave me the option to tick airport pick up and to leave flight details in box underneath. After booking, I received an email to stay everything had been confirmed (with no price stated) so as it was on the booking I assumed it was included. Once arriving after a late flight no one was at the airport for pick up. I was able to call the hotel from the help desk to ask where they were, but they did not seem to understand what I was saying. I had to give all my booking details and name and then got put on hold. The manager than came on the phone and again asked for name and booking number (if i didn't have a booking why would I ring?). They glanced over the fact that we were meant to be getting pick up and told me someone would come now, no apology. After waiting at the airport for nearly an hour the journey to the hotel only took 10 mins. The check in was the strangest check in process I have ever had and took about 30 mins even though no one else there. At the end they gave me a receipt for 40 USD for the pick up. This was obscene giving the journey was 10 minutes! I tried to dispute it but again they glanced over it. FYI We got a taxi on our return to the airport when leaving Maldives from the public ferry point and it cost 5 USD!! We felt like we had been scammed by the hotel. We were also constantly asked what time we are checking out even though we said on arrival which was strange. Again in the morning , we had to wait nearly an hour for a simple breakfast causing us to nearly miss a ferry. We had to take it in takeaway boxes in the end. We felt like we were a nuisance to them for no reason. I hate giving bad reviews but just want to give people a heads up before they book here , it might not be worth it. Not a great start to your paradise holiday.

Rooms are dust free, clean and no bad odours. Helpful staff at all levels. Often wedding parties are hosted at lobby area and have to squeeze through people. Lift is dead slow. Marble Hotel is a 15-minute drive from the airport jetty in Malé. Vilingili Island is a 7-minute boat ride away.

So me and my friend checked in to this hotel last 14 July 2018, supposed to be for 2 nights but we were disappointed that what they gave us was totally different from the photos on their website and booking.com. After we saw the room, instead of complaining we just decided to stay for a night and the next day we will check out and transfer to Hulhumale. Since we were out the whole day, when we came at night around 9:30 pm and upon entering, the room smells really bad. Immediately we called the reception and request for a room transfer. Jewel the front office staff, the one who answered us said that he will send someone, we’ve waited...again another call he said the same thing he will send someone, for 2x follow up, no one came so we headed down to the reception. There he was checking in some guests and only then he said no more room available. I didn’t see him empathizing or concerned at all. Instead of assisting us or offer other alternative he called his colleague Gina, to attend to us. We’re thankful she came and assisted us even though she was off duty and transfer us to a standard room, single bed at least the room is not smelly, we agreed just for us to sleep for a night. Thank you Gina for your assistance.||Seriously the room is not up to standard, the bed sheet looks unclean already dirty white. The bathroom is old, saw stains from the tiles, I think the bad smell is coming from the old carpet and the small chair have holes. Over all it was a disaster. We didn’t take shower because we don’t want to use the bathroom. Please renovate your rooms and also don’t deceive the travelers with nice photos on your website. Although you had given a promotional rate it should not compromise the quality of your room (like cheap rate poor room). Had a worst experience ever and definitely will not recommend this to my friends and colleagues. However, you could change this by upgrading the quality of your room and give a better and friendly service to other guest who will stay in your hotel. |||||||||
