Food: Yummy! Yummy! Yummy! Especially my Mango Chamoy 🥭mmmm!!! Service: Extremely long line out of the door but the line shortened in no time! They work so fast that I didn’t even realize it was our turn to order, lol. Professional, joyful, accurate and helpful team!!! Atmosphere: Joyous and friendly vibes. The only reason I didn’t rate it at 5 stars is because the prices are pretty up there.

the workers were very fast during the rush. we got the nutella majestic shake which was $16. it immediately starts spilling all over us and so we had to grab some napkins quickly. the shake was very delicious though and I think it was worth the money for being in a tourist spot and for what it was. very yummy yum 🤯🥳❤️

Love the place. The staff is always awesome and accommodating.i have tried multiple items but the loaded shakes are well worth the money and eventual mess. The ice cream and the a.ount available flavors is excellent plus all the addon condiments right across from Ford garage if you have room for desert. Pier Park is always a nice destination.

If you love ice cream like I do then Marble Slab Creamery at Pier Park in Panama City Beach is where to go whether you live here, near by or visiting on vacation. It has a great variety of ice cream, shakes and sweet treats. Luz Anny has great customer service, respectful, nice and has a positive attitude. Marble Slab is very well worth the wait and great customer service because when a business is busy and may have a wait time that just means it gets good business there. Just a great place to go for some delicious ice cream and other delicious treats for all. I would rate this 10 out of 10. So what are you waiting for go check out Marble Slab Creamery in Pier Park at Panama City Beach Florida.

I ordered a $10 small cup of ice cream and the dude lazily "chopped" it twice and threw it into my cup lol. I had literal hockey pucks of cookie dough sitting on top of vanilla ice cream. Sweet. Not even for lack of employees, or a long line. They had probably a dozen workers kinda just standing around (not even sure what they would do IF it was busy - not enough room in there). For that price, it needs to be REALLY good and the employees need to care. This was so sub par and disappointing.

We decided to stop here while visiting the pier to have ice cream. The place is small with a line that goes out the door so we were really excited to see what the hype was. There were a lot of workers behind the counter and the line moved fairly quick. Order: Iced latte $9.99 It was good but not more than Starbucks cost good. The price is too high for just an alright coffee. Mint majestic shake $15.99 Presentation is a 10, but the consistency of the ice cream was not good but the flavor was alright. For the price I would have expected a better quality cup or something I could possibly save as a souvenir. These are plastic cups with a sticker. Strawberry shortcake shake $15.99 Again the presentation was a 10. The consistency of this shake was better than the mint but still overpriced - in my opinion. Overall we will not go here again. The price is too much - $50 for 3 drinks is too much for what you get.

No prices until you are almost ready to order. We stood in line, and they had a big sign outside, and then menues and other screens inside, but NONE of them had prices. They were even asking what we wanted to order before we got to the screen near the back that had prices listed. My son wanted some gourmet milkshake and I figured it would be $12, which even for a touristy area, is still high. But no, it was $16-$17. We got 1 cone, 2 cups and one small strawberry sundae and it was $42. We could buy 4 pints of Jenni's ice cream for less, and that stuff is super expensive, and better. They would get 3.5 stars for those issues. But then I ordered peanut butter ice cream, and cheesecake. The peanut butter was very good. But the cheesecake was sour. My spouse thought so as well. And she did not like her pistachio ice cream that much. For those prices, it needs to be awesome. I don't care how touristy the area is.

Yelp
Title: Fantastic Ice Cream and Stellar Service at The Marble Slab Review: My experience at The Marble Slab was nothing short of fantastic. Despite my initial temptation to indulge in the Red Velvet Wonderful, I ultimately opted for the cookie dough in a waffle cup, and it was a decision I didn't regret. The ice cream was incredibly delicious, with the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Raspberry Sorbet as well, noting its delightful sweetness. In addition to the delectable treats, the service was impressively fast and efficient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our visit even more enjoyable. The ambiance of the place was also very inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere to savor our treats. Overall, The Marble Slab exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely be returning for more of their delicious ice cream and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Yelp
We had to see what the hype was all about. Mixed reviews for sure. Now onto what he had for $13.88. A mocha milkshake & two cookies 1 double chocolate & 1 white macadamia. The milkshake wasn't worth it. never again. Our return going north we'll stop a Cookout & experience a real milkshake.

Yelp
First time here. It was a hot day at Pier Park we just finished shopping and wanted an ice cream treat. There was about 7 people in front of us in line, the doors were open but it was so hot (real feel 104 degrees) that the ice cream was almost liquid as they were scooping it- they should've shut the door to keep it cooler. There are 3 small tables to eat inside. We went at 2:30pm in the afternoon and it was packed, we also each got a bottle of water which were $3.89 each. The fancy Oreo shake on the main menu they hand out when you walk in was $15.99, we also got a medium vanilla with Oreo and cookie dough which was $8.99. It was very good just a little pricey but that is to be expected in prime tourist season at the beach.

Courtney M.

Yelp
I prefer to support non-chains/locals but this tourist area offered MS or kilwins. The line was long af last night, but moved efficiently. I had peach with marshmallows.

MJ T.

Yelp
I walked in and there was quite a long line into the shop, it was a little dirty but I figured if there was a line this long, the ice cream must've been good. I decided to get a small ice cream with a couple toppings. I was shocked when my total came out to almost $12 for such a small serving. It was good but I do not recommend paying such a large amount for quite a small portion. There are other ice cream places in the area that I suggest you make your way out to unless you really want to spend the money or something there peeks your interest.

Luke T.

Yelp
Super duper extra fancy ice cream place. Sure its touristy, and pricy, but you are on vacation and its worth it. Indulge, Get that crazy looking milk shake with 20 gems and embellishments. This place serves over the top, extra fancy, gourmet milk shakes. Extra large, extra fancy. Skip dinner... get dessert here instead.

Joseph G.

Yelp
Marble slab creamery is a ice cream and specialty shake shop located in Panama City beach very popular pier park. One of what I counted as at least 4 I've cream shops in pier park this locations mainly specializes in fancy shakes with the desserts and goodies hanging out the top. The line for This place was hanging out the door every night we passed it so we decided to give it a go one night. We had just eaten dinner so the thought of a huge shake with all kinds of goodies on it wasn't as appealing for me. So I went with a ice cream and got the smooth mint masterpiece on a waffle cone. My younger daughters got the s'more shake, Peanut Butter Galaxy Shake, a ice cream with m&m's and my oldest daughter got a Raspberry Cheesecake with a Heath cone. All of our ice creams and shakes were top notch and tasty. I wasn't hesitant when I got my cone as the mint ice cream looked very fake and processed. But it was jame packed with Andes mints and was very good. My daughters devoured there toppings which had every thing form butterfinger bars to nutty butters on the top. I did take a sip of the shake portion of the peanut butter one and it was great as well. We went with some friends who also orders shakes and everyone of them enjoyed it as well. Overall a good and tasty experience. Place was crazy crowded but they worked the line rather quickly. Pricing definitely on the higher end of the ice cream spectrum but that is to be expected In a specialty shop located inside a tourist hot spot.

Jen Z.

Yelp
#TouristTrap I honestly expected better from this place. you're better off going to kilwins for consistency. The line was out the door but service was fast. However, the people behind the counter barely spoke English. I ordered one scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone and they managed to mess that up. Someone new was being taught how to do things and put my scoop in a cup and threw a waffle cone on top?? Like that wasn't the point but ok. $17 for two single scoops is ridiculous but it's a touristy place. They also didn't have any napkins or spoons handy which is uncalled for in a messy ice cream store. They function a lot like coldstone. The ice cream wasn't bad but I have no reason to go back. Would rather spend money at kilwins or coldstone!!

Payton C.

Yelp
Didn't mix the toppings in the ice cream. Ice cream was very melted. Waste of $9. Would not come back. BLAH. Spend your money at another Mom & Pop ice cream shop.

Alicia P.

Yelp
We stopped in Last night and ordered 4 of the smallest cones. We even asked for kid size if possible but she said she only had small which was fine. It was listed for 7.99 and the board above said all sizes included a waffle cone. We get to the register and each cone is 8.99. The total with tax was 37.00!!! For 4 SMALL scoops of ice cream!!! It was so soft that it melted right away ( it was 11:00 at night so cooler time of day) and we had to throw away most of it. One waffle cone crumbled into pieces immediately. I went back and asked why it was 8.99 and. It 7.99 and she said said the extra was for waffle cone. But the board listed that it was included. She refunded back 4.00 but still waaaaaaay overpriced. We won't ever be back. I will say employees were friendly and helpful.

Jeremy B.

Yelp
Great spot to grab something sweet to eat. Give this S'mores Majestic Shake a try. They offer some of the coolest milkshakes

Alexis R.

Yelp
We went back to get a blended coffee drinks- which were okay compared to the chomay drink I got previously. I wouldn't pay that much again for their coffee beverages, but the other specialty drinks seem worth the amount due to the care you see the staff put into their assembly.

Megan V.

Yelp
Lots of flavors and options. Prices are high but it's a tourist area. $16/shake. Doesn't matter which majestic shake you get. Was really busy but they moved quickly to serve people. Everyone enjoyed their treats.

Gavyn T.

Yelp
Stopped in for some ice cream on our family vacation!!! Extremely overpriced and ice cream just wasn't very good. It was $40 for just 2 shakes and $10 for water!!! Def not worth it

Jeff U.

Yelp
I love the joint But the flavors today missed Red velvet tasted like chocolate Piña colada has no taste My group was happy But at 7$ a cup, I'd prefer the flavor to taste like the name

Katie J.

Yelp
Marble slab had so much more to offer than I remember! Craving some ice cream on a hot day, we wandered inside planning to get cones, but instead left with 2 "Majestic" milkshakes. I had the Chocolate Hazelnut and my boyfriend had the Red velvet. Both were delicious! Mine even had a whole Ferrero Roche candy on top, while his had a brownie and cookie. I took a star off because the staff was neither welcoming or helpful. We did enjoy our milkshakes, tho

Blaythe S.

Yelp
Went twice and both times they put too much ice cream in the cone and then bowl and it got everywhere and my wife keeps calling me a "fat slobbing idiot" and a "loafing embarrassment" and what am I to do? The vibe is that the floor is dirty. Ice cream all over the floor. Ice cream all over my hands and shirt and open toe shoes. My wife is so mad. This whole vacation has been a mistake.

Anita Y.

Yelp
I'm not much of a sweets person but I was at Pier Park on my PCB vacation and it just makes sense to get ice cream because it matches the whole mood of the place ~ I got the fudge brownie delight - it was way too sweet for me (like I said, I typically don't eat sweets so it could be probably just be normal-sweet for the rest of you) BUT I love the presentation, the vanilla ice cream, and the warm brownie lodged in the middle of the cup. It was the perfect combination. Also, I love the fact that Marble Slab have a huge variety. If I ever come back to the area, would definitely try other items on the menu.

Brendon

Yelp
The service was really good also the ice cream is to die for and they are all nice and get you order quick.

Hannah S.

Yelp
Like a cold stone creamery but more extravagant. bit pricy but they deliver on their presentation. Overall great experience, I would recommend one of the signature milkshakes

Bryan C.

Yelp
Fun place and tasty ice cream. I ordered a homemade waffle cone bowl - the ice cream and bowl were fantastic. The service was great too. They gave me a small treat for my dog.

R M.

Yelp
Horrible service, very sub par ice cream. I came in on a very slow night. The person working acted as if it was an inconvenience, I would even add an offense to serve us. My daughter was so uncomfortable she decided she didn't even want ice cream. My other daughter went ahead and ordered. Twice scoops of ice cream, almost $10. It was tasteless. I'm telling you, do yourself a favor go to Kilwins. Better ice cream and you will not be treated with utter contempt.

Alecia B.

Yelp
Very clean, friendly staff, so many options, three table with three chairs seating, open late. Highly recommend for date night and kids. Single use bathroom.

Ezra B.

Yelp
I had high expectations for Marble Slab and was thrilled to visit their Panama City Beach location. Unfortunately, the staff at this particular establishment left me longing for a different experience. Understandably, the place was bustling with customers, but the person taking our order displayed impatience, rudeness, and provided minimal assistance when we inquired about the menu items. To make matters worse, they completely botched our order by giving us a regular cone with Pina Colada instead of the chocolate-dipped cone with peanut butter that we had requested (although they did manage to get the second scoop right). Overall, what I had envisioned as the perfect sweet treat to enhance our day turned into a disappointing setback. It's evident that the staff would greatly benefit from enhanced customer service training.

Mandy D.

Yelp
Terrible, don't waste your money!! Service was not good. Workers did not understand what I asked for and I was speaking clear English which was printed on the menu board. Go around the corner to The Yard for better service and great ice cream!

Angela B.

Yelp
We had a great experience for such a busy location. The ice cream tasted amazing and the store was clean. Staff members were friendly as well. Perfect ending to a day at the beach.

Thomas T.

Yelp
I took the boys out for a vacation treat - just to get out and get a little crazy. My youngest wanted ice cream, and we're close to Pier Park, so Marble Slab seemed like the place to go. We expected it to be an overpriced concoction. My son had the "Chocolate 2 the Xtreme" shake. It was a visual explosion. Anything they could find in the store with chocolate was put in this bomb. A Kit Kat bar, a chocolate waver, a chunk of a Crunch bar, etc. He'd admit, it was more visual than tasty. Once he picked out the candy and ate it, it left behind a mediocre chocolate shake with a ton of whipped cream on top. Pound for pound, it wasn't worth it. For the visual shock, it was. I had the Strawberry Shortcake sundae - made with "birthday cake" ice cream. It was just okay. My "bar" is set high with Cold Stone Creamery, and this fell short. I've been dieting, so my sugar intake has been low, making everything taste more sweet - this didn't have the same powerful taste impact other things have had. The Strawberries were frozen, and the syrup tasted like that fake strawberry syrup you can get at any grocery store. Of course, I ate it... but I had buyer's remorse afterwards. If you're looking for a cold treat while bumming around Pier Park, this place will do, but - in my opinion - it looks better than it tastes. The lines are long, and it can feel like chaos in there. These places are vacation staples, so they'll keep slingin' treats. I'd rather hit a smaller, locally-owned place and get a more localized experience.

extreme h.

Yelp
For a place that sells ice cream, this place did awful. I ordered a majestic shake and quickly after I ordered the lady looked like she abandoned my order, I noticed this but I thought she was just being efficient taking another order. I was wrong, after a while I spoke up, apparently she thought I left the store (I was standing at the counter the whole time) so she abandoned my order and took someone else's. I eventually got my shake and for all the money and trouble it really wasn't that good. I wouldn't recommend this place and instead go to "The Yard" or "Kilwins", they are both much better both in food quality and price.

Justin B.

Yelp
Place was terrible. Shut down slab 1 hr and 25 minutes early. Basic ice cream was terrible. Dollar general ice cream. Edys slow churned is wayyyy better. I'd shut this place down.

Stephanie S.

Yelp
This marble slab was incredible! I go to marble slab a lot and this one beats all of them x10! The line is always really long at pier park but with all the staff working they get through it really fast and efficiently! They now have crazy amazing milkshakes in jars that is coated with chocolate, peanut butter, etc and topped with even more toppings! Luckily they have a great menu and sign outside to show you what all the shakes look like. The shakes are $10 each and well worth it! You even get to keep the jar as a souvenir! Can't wait to go back and try them all! I ordered the red velvet milkshake but instead of red velvet ice cream the double chocolate ice cream (Must order the double chocolate-usually don't just get chocolate but it was extremely good!)

Jakie R.

Yelp
The girl at check out was rude. When we ordered the mango shake they didn't let us know they were out of a topping until I asked. The shake was okay. Overall, customer service was terrible.

Leslie R.

Yelp
I was in Panama City for about a week so I was able to try a variety of flavors. This was my first time going to Marble Slab or even hearing about it, I'm guessing it's new to Pier Park but let me tell you.. The spot was filled with people, the lines were outside the door but they were pretty fast. Some people knew what to order and others, like me, had to take a longer time but that wasn't a problem. There was a person outside handing out the menu's which was convenient, the only thing I would say was missing was the prices because you won't know how much anything is and you'll be too embarrassed too ask since there's so much movement and noise around you. The milkshakes are around $10-$11 and the ice cream around $8. I first tried the Cotton Candy milkshake which was sweet but I thought it was the right kind of sweet, just wouldn't recommend for a hot day unless you can find a nice cool spot to sit and drink it in. I didn't eat the candy that came with it because my sisters ate it all before I could even touch it but at least I got a good picture of it! The next night was chilly so we went again and I tried the Nutella milkshake. Tasted exactly like Nutella, very good but I don't like chocolate much. It came with strawberries, whipped cream, waffle cone, and some other chocolate sweets. If you love chocolate, I recommend this. I wanted to try something different from milkshakes so I tried their ice cream. I love trying "weird" or new things that would have people wondering so I tried their charcoal ice cream with a sparkle cone of course. I got so many questions as to what it tasted like and it honestly just tasted like chocolate ice cream. Lastly, I tried the Mango Chamoy which was perfect for such hot weather. It was a spicy mango smoothie. Super good! I loved it and my parents loved it.

Jacob P.

Yelp
melted ice cream for a very overpriced cost. Do not recommend 11$ for melted ice cream

Justin F.

Yelp
Worst ice cream experience ever! Bad service and terrible ice cream. Definitely do NOT recommend!

Marie F.

Yelp
The service was rude and the ice cream was barely mixed and completely melted to the point I had to eat it from the start with a spoon from the waffle cone. Absolutely terrible and the employees couldn't have cared less.

Michelle M.

Yelp
This was okay but I wouldn't go back to it. First, the place didn't follow COVID guideline and all they kept saying was "Push in." None of the workers had on masks and they ones that wore a mask had them under their chin. It's was way too chaotic and no social distancing at the place. Next, the place was filthy. Lastly, it was okay, it wasn't that good. They sit your order at the end of the counter where other customers can breath over it

Deb W.

Yelp
We visited Marble Slab Creamery during Labor Day weekend and enjoyed the sweet treat. Dozens of flavors were in the ice cream tubs in the freezer on display and you can choose your flavors. Once your choices were made, the toppings were crushed and rolled on the marble slab. My cappuccino flavor (one dip) had a creamy mild expresso flavor. My husband ordered Cotton Candy ice cream with M&M's and although it was a deep blue, he didn't think it had a strong cotton candy taste. We sat outside under the umbrella in the shade and enjoyed our ice cream before it melted. Overall, the ice cream was good but overpriced. One single scoop in a dish and one single waffle cone was $14 and change. There are other ice cream shops within walking distance with boutique ice cream and more competitive pricing. The location was crowded with limited social distancing as several kids were running from counter-to-counter before deciding which exotic flavors they were going to choose. If you enjoy gourmet ice cream and bright colors, you will enjoy visiting the Marble Slab Creamery. I think all the family enjoyed themselves and we will likely return when we have the grandchildren with us.

Rachel S.

Yelp
Butter pecan banana split. OMG! Amazing. How does this place even have bad reviews at all?? Yes it's expensive but it's a tourist area. So just spend that money and try it!!!

Lori Z.

Yelp
Cinnabon is the best DESSERT in Panama City Beach! The Cinnapacks are a great deal! They taste great the next day or you can freeze them. Classic roll is always good but I also tried the Center of the Roll and Cookie Bonbites which are very yummy too! Great service and friendly staff!

Foodie L.

Yelp
I absolutely loved my Cotten candy shake! It's a must try if you want a festivity in your mouth! Will definitely try the others soon! Worth the price!

Genia S.

Yelp
A PCB must. Huge menu selection of ice creams and milkshakes. You can choose from regular milkshakes to what they call "Majestic" milkshakes. I got the Majestic Vanilla shake and my daughter the Majestic Chocolate shake. It was delicious ($11.99 each)!

Hiba K.

Yelp
This place has crazy number of options for milkshakes and ice creams, and they all looked so good. However, all of our ice creams was already melting by the time we got them, so we had to throw away most of it. In addition, there was zero precautions set up to combat COVID. The place was crowded and no one was wearing masks. I definitely won't come back, especially not until COVID has passed.

Tiara H.

Yelp
Delicious I definitely recommend picking the jar to get your ice cream in the presentation is outstanding

Amanda M.

Yelp
The shakes were good but the service wasn't. This was our first time visiting and the employees weren't friendly or helpful when we were ordering. Way overpriced for two shakes.

Michael T.

Yelp
Very responsible due to Covid 19. Awesome variety on shakes & ice cream. Staff is very friendly and educated. Affordable prices. Overall rate a 10 out of 10!

Dave O.

Yelp
Located three quarters the way down Pier Park and definitely a popular location for both the locals and tourists alike. It's likely that on any steamy Florida night the line will be out the door but the line moves quickly so don't didly dabble around when choosing your sinfully delicious treat. My recommendation - ice cold creamy mashed chocolate ice cream with chunks of fresh banana folded in on the frozen marble slab. I don't really come here for the customer service so I'm rarely disappointed it is what it is relax and enjoy!!!

Rj B.

Yelp
Full disclosure: I did not eat here, but the people I was with ate. They loved everything. The food was gorgeous. It didn't look appetizing to me, so I skipped, but 5 other people left happy!

Julia N.

Yelp
The ice cream here is the only thing that's good. And its delicious so we stayed. It's like these people don't even know that they're in customer service. They avoid eye contact, if you're standing in line waiting for ice cream and everyone is just avoiding looking at you- really makes ya feel welcome & vacationy. Then they have the nerve to ask you for a tip at the end. The tables are gross & sticky. Be ware!
