11/5 stars! LOVED this gem of a place — the food was DELICIOUS and the staff warm and friendly! Enjoyed various egg breakfasts here 3 days in a row — service is attentive and lets you linger…missed the cafe crème and pain au chocolat the moment we walked out the door 😘

Came to Marcel’s to get out of the rain & I ended up having brunch. The food is excellent, great coffee, good service & relaxed atmosphere. I got the English Breakfast & pancakes. It’s all good! I enjoyed watching the rain from the beautiful glass windows. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood in Montmartre where you can walk around and explore.

Loved this place. Had been great service, food, and a can’t-beat location. But the last few visits left much to be desired. Quality in both service, drinks, and food has gone down. Thought it may have just been an off-day, but it’s sadly a new normal. For an example, here is the €14 French Toast now. The former was tasty and thoughtful with 2 large fresh bread slices and rich caramel. This was small and very stale. A big disappointment. Hope it goes back to what it was.

Came to brunch to this spot on my Paris vacation. It was one of the best dishes I had during my whole trip! The aesthetic of the place is beautiful and the service was great. This whole neighborhood is so good to walk around and see beautiful structures.

We had brunch and everything was tasty and properly cooked. Big variety of dishes to choose, we were a group of 8 and everyone was content, I ordered a salad and the portion was so large I couldn’t finish! Must try the french toast!

Keep walking… The food: came for breakfast and dinner. We ordered Benedict eggs and the egg sandwich. Food was ok. Portions are big. (Breakfast experience). Best part of the breakfast, the coffee. We came back for dinner: avoid the quesadillas. Very salty (maybe due to the barbecue sauce they added.. extremely weird choice for quesadillas..). They come with a boring and salty salad… Also ordered the chocolate cake. Didn’t taste fresh to me… The restaurant: beautiful location with tables indoors and outdoors. The service: a bit slow (first time we visited). We had to ask for menus after waiting for at least 15 minutes. Then another 10 minutes to place the order. The place wasn’t crowded at the moment so that was a bit frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend.

You simply can’t go there after 12.30, it’s too late to have a place at this trendy spot. But if you manage to, you’ll just have a hard time choosing between all the amazing things to place. Must try the smoothie, the œuf Bénédicte and thé pain perdu!

A place out of the rush, tucked behind a cute neighborhood. I’d recommend a reservation if you plan on enjoying your time. We called the day of and there was availability for a brunch slot. We arrived about 10 mins early and were seated quickly. The food portions are smaller than expected for the prices. Prices are overpriced for the quality and taste. Also, the mimosas were not good at all.... especially for €10. I’d recommend the French toast it was by far the best part of the meal.
