Up to seven traders per day, they present their specialties and color the morning of passers-by with their fruits and vegetables, their meats, beehive products, bottles of wine, breads, seafood products or grocery store sweets.

Not a complete rip-off as some of the French indoor markets are (greetings to Lyon), yet not your old-fashioned friendly street market either.
Everything is on pricey side, green grocer stalls especially. The most disappointing is that the regional trademark Comté cheese is often stalled, having bitterish taste, which it definitely should not (common problem with all the cheese shops there). Probably it is due to low/unstable demand, but cmon guys, it is should be a point of your pride, no? Hardly any tourist has an opportunity to visit some village fruitière to taste the real deal.

Local indoor market with fresh vegetables, fruits, meats and fish as well as delicacies, and prepared foods. Not a very large market but enough variety to prepare home cooked meals.
