We stayed here for over a week. There are only 2 great things about this hotel: a) great location and b) consistently friendly staff. It is situated at the heart of the pueblo and a lot of places of interests are within walking distance. While the staff are all-smiling and greet you all the time, you would have to continue following up on your requests (e.g., fixing the aircon, TV, WiFi, changing towels and toiletries). The hotel is decrepit and run-down, matching the vibe of the entire pueblo district - screaming for much needed repair and upgrade. The room conditions can be likened to the old branches of Hotel Sogo, GoHotels or RedPlanet. Their 3-person suite does not have a workdesk which is a massive disappointment for a business hotel. The free breakfast is a staple of rice, egg and a rotation among hotdog, tuna and shanghai, cling-wrapped on a plate. I'll give them a plus for airport service.
