Very bad customer service. In winter you will not get warm water in bathrooms even you will not get electricity from 12pm to 6pm and sometimes in night and morning time also there will be no electricity. They do not switch on generators. Room cleanliness is also very bad, food quality and cleanliness of crockery items also very bad. Had very ridiculous experience while staying over there. You will pay amount more than 5 start hotel bit will get 1 start service over there. Will never recommend this hotel

Had a GRATIS and a very relaxing and cozy stay at the Presidential Lodge. Highly appreciate the services provided. Food quality and taste were extraordinary 5/5 stars should be rated. It's matchless.

I recently stayed at Morcopollo Resorts and had a wonderful experience. The location is breathtaking, nestled between hills and right by the riverside, offering stunning views. The glass-front dining area overlooking the river is a unique feature, perfect for enjoying meals with a scenic backdrop. The services were good, though the rates were a bit on the higher side. Overall, it's a peaceful retreat for nature lovers seeking a relaxing getaway.

I called the booking manager around 11 am. He wasn't picking up my call, then i dropped him a text msg on whatsapp, i got his reply around 4:30pm. They need to improve their services. Secondly the hotel was looking very good. But there was very little water left in the river just because of Suki Kinari Dam Reservoir

Worst experience at Kaghan Stinky washrooms No power throughout the night and consequently, no air conditioning, no wifi, telephone is not working, can use only light in the room as UPS is shared throughout the resort No room service at night No mini bar or even fridge You pay 27k for a room and no complimentary breakfast Bedsheets are not clean. Zero hygiene A lot to complain about Ideally located and beautifully built resort is being managed by a very incompetent team. Disappointed to see this happening
