Marcolino Sayulita

We stopped into Marcolino and had a nice dinner. The service was good and attentive throughout the meal. We ordered the ravioli, which was yummy, and the pizza, which was a bit unexpected in style but still decent. Overall, the food was good, though perhaps not amazing. However, the 2-for-1 deal on Aperol Spritz cannot be beat! A solid spot for a casual meal and drinks.

Excellent pasta and pizza! We were in Italy earlier this year and the pasta and pizza here is right up there with the ones in Italy. Have eaten here twice and loved everything. Staff are knowledgeable and professional. Great spot!

It was pouring rain, but my husband was incredibly determined to get his pizza fix. He ordered a burrata pizza and braved the weather for pickup. On the way back, the pizza box slipped and hit the garage floor—but miraculously, the pizza stayed perfectly intact! It was so delicious, he devoured half of it before I could even snap a picture. Thank you so much!

Eat here most times we are in Sayulita (4 or more times each year) they handmake their pasta per order. Generally we share a salad and a wood fired pizza and a carafe of wine. Love the thin crust and not so cheesy gooey as pizza in the US, much more European. Salad with the hibiscus reduction was incredible! Also had the octopus carpaccio which was quite tasty.

Marcolino Sayulita was a pretty good restaurant. Pasta dishes were decent, good but nothing special, but the burrata pizza was delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful due to the bar across the street, which had live music. Portions were a bit too big.

The chicken alla Romana, chicken Parmesan, and gnocchi were all great. We dined here 3 nights during our stay. Servers Leo & Esteban were attentive and friendly. If you go, don’t miss the tiramisu!

This place is outstanding. I tried the mixed fritto plate, a caesar salad and a Samara pizza, and then tiramisu. Everything was spot on and just perfect, even the table bread was noteworthy. The serving staff is prompt and very attentive. Absolutely worth a try!

The pizza was delicious. We had the tuna one, the ham and mushroom and the prosciutto and arugula one. I also had the beef carpaccio with truffle.
