I visited on 12/05 at approximately 5:30-6PM. This was an extremely disappointing and frankly, dangerous dining experience.
1. Extreme Food Safety Failure (Raw Chicken)
I ordered the Cordon Bleu.
The chicken was initially served visibly raw and translucent.
I sent it back. The kitchen attempted to "reheat" the dish, but when it was returned, multiple pieces were still clearly pink and undercooked, which is a severe health hazard.
I refused to eat this dish due to the risk of foodborne illness (like Salmonella).
2. Hygiene Failure (Insect in Wine)
Upon being served my chardonnay I discovered a small insect floating in the wine. This is another serious hygiene breach.
3. Attentiveness and Management Failure
The service during this entire ordeal was unacceptable:
The waiter was not attentive enough and difficult to flag down even after the initial issue.
After the second attempt to serve me raw chicken, I immediately asked the waiter to speak with the manager regarding the food safety issues.
My request to speak with the manager was ignored and never fulfilled, demonstrating a profound lack of concern for customer safety and satisfaction, and the full price has been charged without any formal apologies.
This restaurant failed on every level: food safety, hygiene, and customer service. Serving raw poultry is unacceptable, and the refusal to let a customer speak to management about a health hazard is appalling. For all potential diners, be cautious.
Hopefully I don't get food poisoning..
