I am very happy and grateful to the Marea’s Home Maintenance staff. They are always quick to respond, and no matter the time, they come to help whenever there is a problem. I have experienced this personally, and they handled everything promptly and professionally. Everything was perfect. I am truly happy to live in this community.

Great tour with Kristy, took all the time we needed to look at units and discuss options and locations. Kristy was so helpful with the application process which we appreciated. Such a friendly person and the place is quiet and units are very pretty. Excited to be a resident of Marea soon!

We love living here at Marea Homes, so clean and comfortable and quiet even though we are renting it feels like we are buying.it is so quiet here and people mind there own business and we feel very safe living here and working with Kristy was wonderful she was very knowledgeable about everything and helped us with everything. Kristy gets a five star if nothing else does I can’t say enough good about her.but all in all we are so happy that we made the choice to come to Marea Homes. Thank you

Although I ultimately did not move into the complex, Kristy made the entire process smooth and seamless. She went above and beyond—ensuring my application fee was refunded and continuing to check in with me throughout. If anything changes in the future, I would absolutely reconsider moving here because of the exceptional service she provided.

Simply stated, my experience with Kristina from the first day to moving in has been truly positive. Kristina’s professionalism, communication, and willingness to meet needs has been second to none. October 2025 Update: we said yes to the address!! We are so excited to move in at the end of this month. Not only is Kristy amazing but so is Jacob, the Director. Everything so far has been perfect. June 2025: Homes were beautiful. Kristy was phenomenal. When it’s time to move, this is where we will choose without question.

Kristy was an excellent source of information. She showed us multiple homes throughout our visit. We left having a great idea of what we need to do in the near future
