The same day they gave me a quote for the apartment I toured, their website went down for the next 3 days and no response. By the time I could actually apply, the apartment I wanted was gone and there were no other available units around the same time. Pretty rude and I’ll make sure to steer away as many as possible and to speak awfully low of your complex if anyone is to ask. Thanks for bad business!

Great tour with Kristy, took all the time we needed to look at units and discuss options and locations. Kristy was so helpful with the application process which we appreciated. Such a friendly person and the place is quiet and units are very pretty. Excited to be a resident of Marea soon!

We love living here at Marea Homes, so clean and comfortable and quiet even though we are renting it feels like we are buying.it is so quiet here and people mind there own business and we feel very safe living here and working with Kristy was wonderful she was very knowledgeable about everything and helped us with everything. Although I ultimately did not move into the complex, Kristy made the entire process smooth and seamless. She went above and beyond—ensuring my application fee was refunded and continuing to check in with me throughout. If anything changes in the future, I would absolutely reconsider moving here because of the exceptional service she provided.

December 2025 Update: We have lived here over a month and I must say it is even better than we ever expected. Maintenance is top notch and respond faster than any place I have ever lived. And the fact that they were out shoveling driveways and sidewalks at 11pm after a snowfall of 6 inches so that everything was clear for the residents in the morning is mind-blowing! I encourage anyone to RUN here and secure your spot because this is THE place to live! October 2025 Update: we said yes to the address!! We are so excited to move in at the end of this month. Not only is Kristy amazing but so is Jacob, the Director. Everything so far has been perfect.

I had a bad experience with another house I was about to move into so I wanted to explore other options. I searched and around and found Marea and scheduled a self guided tour. After having some issues with it, I walked in to the office and was greeted by Kristina. I seriously can’t say enough great things about her. She was awesome, and seriously so accommodating. Kristina made sure to listen to me and understand what I was looking for. She suggested floor plans that she thought would work best for me and personally took me on the tours through the different houses. The homes are seriously GORGEOUS, with such beautiful finishes. I’ve found that with rental companies/ apartments you run into issues of them being finished poorly or paint being everywhere. I couldn’t find anything wrong with these homes, like I said they were finished so beautifully! The house I originally planned moving into ended up fixing the issues I originally had but if they wouldn’t have I seriously would have applied and moved in. I just can’t recommend these homes and Kristina enough. If you’re on the fence, move in!!! They are 1000 percent worth the price! :-)
