Great tour with Kristy, took all the time we needed to look at units and discuss options and locations. Kristy was so helpful with the application process which we appreciated. Such a friendly person and the place is quiet and units are very pretty. Excited to be a resident of Marea soon!

Although I ultimately did not move into the complex, Kristy made the entire process smooth and seamless. She went above and beyond—ensuring my application fee was refunded and continuing to check in with me throughout. If anything changes in the future, I would absolutely reconsider moving here because of the exceptional service she provided.

We love living here at Marea Homes, so clean and comfortable and quiet even though we are renting it feels like we are buying.it is so quiet here and people mind there own business and we feel very safe living here and working with Kristy was wonderful she was very knowledgeable about everything and helped us with everything. Kristy gets a five star if nothing else does I can’t say enough good about her.but all in all we are so happy that we made the choice to come to Marea Homes. Thank you

We are in the early stages of searching for our next home, and I want to express how impressed we’ve been with Kristy, Millie, and the entire team. Their follow-up has been outstanding, and they’ve made sure we have everything we need to confidently move forward with next steps. Kristy was an excellent source of information. She showed us multiple homes throughout our visit. We left having a great idea of what we need to do in the near future

Build quality of the homes are extremely cheap, and everything’s so fragile like the stair planks cracking in half making it super uncomfortable to go up and down, the door no longer closing because the hinge is poorly installed, bathroom fans not working . And not to mention the parking disaster, the parking is a nightmare and all the homes aren’t even vacant yet can’t imagine it in when they get filled in might have to park on another street lol. But no seriously horrible parking situation very over crowded constantly.

I have been running around trying to find a place to live and Kris was the first person I talked to that was enjoyable. Thank you so much for making Indiana feel like a great place to live.
