Local place, we went on a Saturday for lunch and it was pretty busy, a lot of local customers. But even as busy as they were we got our food in a timely manner. Lots of options in the menu and excellent service.

Terrific food. Non - Touristy vibe. Friendly service. In the center of town. Trout is the local fish caught fresh from the lake, so pick dishes with Trout. The fried trout was excellent. Prices are great too.

Local place and really tasty food with huge portion sizes. Quick to prepare our food too, with a little bit of live music as well. It was nice!

Excellent local restaurant. Closes at 4 pm. Large portions. 1 meal enough for lunch and dinner. The cerviche is excellent. The fried trout was even better with Cuscuena Trigo Beer. The red color aros is nice. Mostly patronized by locals. If you do not know Spanish no worries. Just go around and point at what others are eating. The sauce is a little hot and spicy.

I ordered arroz de mariscos con ceviche de trucha - it was really good, and humongous! You can really taste the seafoodness on the rice, and the ceviche balances it out. The server (Paul) is also extra polite and very attentive, so kudos to him!

Wonderful service! Before my meal, they brought out a complimentary soup and bowl of Inca corn. Delicious! I also ordered a frozen maracuya drink which was also delicious. For my meal, I made the mistake of getting the ceviche frito (it was a specific craving I needed to satisfy..) which had its moments but overall was not the best. My boyfriend, who was feeling sick, asked me to bring back a lomo saltado for him. He was *really* impressed with it. I definitely want to go back and try some of their fresh ceviches.

Place to be to eat authentic Peruvian fish dishes! Trout Ceviche and Cicharron are typical for Puno region. Stir fries rice with seafood was also great.
