The good: great location - bars on doorstep and only minutes from Levante beach, Castle, Old Town, marina. Balcony rooms spacious & comfortable. Food quite good - always found something nice to eat in the evening. Plenty of choice at breakfast, staff very efficient. Bar area very modern and comfy. ||The not so good: pool area is small and very tired. Tatty old sunbeds lying around. Pool looked cloudy and couldn't even see the bottom of jacuzzi pool. Lifts very small with a notice saying "it is advisable to use the stairs". No reason given, but possibly due to the fact that there were three incidents of people stuck in the lift in the week we were there.||Overall: fair value for money, but pool area spoiled the stay for me.

Great Hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds lovely clean towels every day didn't have a balcony but still a great room very quiet. Did half board and the food was excellent lots of choice and tasty fresh food served everyday. Short walk to beach and close to shops bars and restauants. Very enjoyable 7 night stay. Staff very friendly too. Will definately re visit.

Had a really nice time as the hotel is 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and shops , everything you need is on your doorstep! Old town is great 😃 lots of shops and bars and restaurants. The hotel itself breakfast and dinner is good with different selections sometimes repetitive but fresh and tasty. The dinner area is a bit small and can get busy at breakfast. The bar area is nice and has good air-con. The reception staff are friendly and the cleaners are very good also. I would return as the location is perfect, we were a bit confused as we landed late but luckily we followed a nice lady from the drop off point which is by a bridge to the hotel. There is a pool bar inside and a pool with a small jacuzzi.

Great location for both the old and new town. Very friendly staff especially Rual at the pool bar, was always interested in what we had been upto the night before. Asked to get moved from our room on the 5th floor as it was rather noisy, being below the roof top pool, it was no problem for them to do so. Food was really good with plenty of choices. |We will return.

Just home from a perfect stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, 2 minute walk to the beach, few minutes walk to tapas alley and lots of cafes, bars and restaurants around the hotel.||The hotel is spotless and our room was lovely, with two big beds, shower over a bath and we also had a balcony with a sea view. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and even surprised us with a bottle of fizz as we were celebrating a big birthday. ||The restaurant was spacious and we had breakfast most days, the food was good and there was plenty of choice. The times for breakfast are 8-10 which is perfect for then going up to the pool area which opened at 9.||The pool was good , although a little small, however there is also a hot tub which was relaxing. There seemed to be plenty of sun loungers and the views were great.||This is a really lovely hotel and we would certainly stay again.

Let’s start with the drop-off point and pick up if you are disabled it is quite a walk to the hotel as you get dropped off a few streets away|The hotel itself was clean some parts of a modern some parts needed updating like the pool bar snack area very old and tired looking|The air-conditioning useless it needs updating but the rooms themselves were clean and quite modern |We were all inclusive the restaurant food was all-inclusive food nothing to shout out about but was okay|The snack bar food up near the pool all you got was hamburgers hotdogs and chips or a toastie|So now let’s talk about the staff the receptionists were lovely the bar staff we found to be quite rude One was overheard saying that the British drink too much I found that quite offensive, |In our group of 5 the youngest was in the mid 40s so it wasn’t as if we were raving I just found the majority quite rude saying that they are in the hospitality business and twin this review |we did have one incident when we got stuck in a lift it does say 4 people only but it was wasn’t very clear and there were five of us when they got us out-of the lift one of the cleaning staff quite rude counting 1 2 3 4 5 only we try to apologise but her attitude was terrible we weren’t the only ones that made the same mistake another family got stuck as well|The Lifts Are very old I would say 2 people Max just to be safe|Also there is only two of them and they struggle to cope with the amount of people that need to use them you end up waiting a long time I done the last note the other issue is there is no shade or very little when you are sunbathing on the roof|This is not a four-star hotel it needs to be updated lifts definitely need to be updated and pool bar area needs to be modernised |Staff need to be more friendly especially with the British I would say

This Hotel is a little gem in the heart of Benidorm towards the Old Town.|The Staff are excellent in all aspects. The pool area was lovely. There were two pool sun areas, one around the pool, and another down a few steps with cover if you didn't want to be in the sun.|The food was lovely albeit a bit limited but we had no problem in finding something at every meal. We were all inclusive, and the wine we had with our meals was excellent. The room I had requested was not available but I was given the room next door with sea views and away from the noise of the main street.|The only 1 negative thing was the Sunbeds need replacing badly.|Would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location. Great bathroom and shower. Huge towels. Kitchen was adequate with fridge freezer and microwave. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice. Pool area was fabulous apart from bar not being open.|Beds were horrendous, we both woke up numb every morning, even tried turning mattress. Awful. Air con did not work. All in a fairly plesant stay.
