Wow! I have to say, I didn't have great expectations for a wee back-street hotel in San Antonio, but I am delighted to say I was more than pleasantly surprised! The hotel was absolutely sparkling clean, from reception to restaurant to rooms, and all the staff we met were super-friendly! Big shout-out to Sergio on the front desk who had us laughing a fair few times! Lovely boy and a great first impression when we arrived at the hotel! ||We were only over in Ibiza for three nights, so didn't plan on being in the hotel much at all, so the lack of a pool didn't really affect us - but we were advised that guests at Hotel Marfil could use the pool at a neighbouring hotel, which we would've done during a longer stay! ||Given our short stay, we didn't expect our room to be serviced whilst we were there, but we came back to a freshly made bed on day 2 and fresh towels, even though we'd hung ours up for re-use! ||The continental breakfast offering was extensive and fresh, but the cooked options were limited - that didn't bother us, we just stocked up on coffee, pastries, cold meat baguettes and fruit! We asked the staff to book us taxis on two occasions, and both times, the taxis were there bang on time.||This really is a hidden gem in San Antonio and I would recommend it to anyone - maybe not as many amenities if you were travelling with young children, but perfect for short-stays, couples, solo travellers. Felt completely safe. ||Location wise, another positive point to add is that the hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from the San Antonio harbour, there is a laundry next door, and a fantastic tex-mex restaurant across the road (Tijuana). ||I have no imminent plans to return to Ibiza any time soon, but if I did, this is where I'd be heading! Can't recommend it highly enough! Thanks Hotel Marfil, you guys are doing a great job!

Throughly enjoyed our two nights at this hotel. We booked it last minute as we extended our holiday and it was definitely a good choice . The staff were amazing , especially the young man on reception . It was extremely clean and in a great location , plus access to the pool nearby was convenient . We would not hesitate to return , a great hotel .

Very reasonably priced, very comfortable and very quiet. |Considering its in the heart of San An its a dream if you do actually want to get some sleep.|Checked in at 1am - no problems at all.|Host was friendly and helpful.|Room was basic but what you paid for. Clean, tidy and comfy.

Stayed for three nights. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, helping us navigate the city, and book a taxi to the airport. Room was very clean and air conditioning worked great. In the most perfect location where you can still get sleep but walk to the strip in a matter of 5 minutes. If I come back to Ibiza, I would most definitely stay in this hotel again!

stayed in this hotel for one week and i can highly recommend it. The Hotel is located in a quiet area of the town and you can arrive for expample at the beach or the clubbing area within a 5 minute walk. Friendly Staff, nice breakfast with a big variety to chose from as well. The room service is also reliable and accurate. There is just nothing to complain about - great place to stay.

I love returning to this warm, friendly and family run hotel, as each year it strives to improve its facilities and services. What is always consistant, is the classic Ibicenco welcome, attentive staff and spacious rooms with terraces, bigger than most in the beautiful sunset resort. ||||For the price you pay, you get lots of value. Free parking, which is vital these days in San Antonio , as its almost impossible to find a parking spot this summer, such is the demand for car rentals with prices skyrocketing. ||||With many of the big hotels in San An closed this season due to Covid, the ones that are open, are all seeing demand for rooms and with short supply, value is important. In this regard Marfil is way out in front for the overall package you receive. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day, the bathrooms have a bath and shower with toiletries inncluded. Tootbrush, soaps, shampoo etc. ||||Best buffet breakfast I have had ever in a San Antonio hotel, freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade walnut cake to die for, yougorts with mixed berries, watermelon, fruits, the classic pan e tomate, cold cuts of salami, serano and york hams along with freshly made pancakes and eggs cooked to order. Having worked in many hotels around the island, this style of breakfast buffet is normaly reserved for the high end establishments where clients pay two hundred euro a night for a room. ||||My quiet room overlooked a beautiful garden of a casa next door, the light reflecting off the bright red bourganvilla plant climbing the whitewashed walls and the sound of birdsong awakes you each morning. My bed was King size, with a really comfortable matress that I slep soundly on each night. A really relaxing energy that is rare to find these days in a busy resort like San Antoio which is now coming of age and returning to a traditional Spanish resort as the clubs remain closed and the UK package tourists stay at home.||||The national market has taken full advantage of this, and In 20 minutes, i walked to Cala Gracio and its beautiful sister beach Gracionetta surrounded by pines and had a refreshing dip in the sea. The Hotel plans to extend its season into November this summer so dont miss the oppertunity to visit this hotel, if you enjoy local culture, warm hospitality and Ibicenco charm. You may even get to meet the next generation, Toni Jnr, who now carries the torch for this third generation of family business, who have deep roots into the local fabric of this beauatiful island and are always on hand to help or offer advice. ||||Easily my favourite hotel n San Antonio. as small is truely beautiful in Ibiza.

To start with the hotel is very basic in nature. Small sized room with Ac and a bathroom and a balcony. The rooms size is decent enough. ||||For Ibiza, in high season maybe the price was sensible, but for that quality room its way too expensive. ||||The staff is very friendly and hassle free. We arrived around 9 AM and without any hassle we were given the room keys, which many hotels dont do, The reception staff are always friendly and ready to help. This was very nice of them. One extra rating only for that.||||There arent too many shops or mini marts exactly next to the hotel. You have to walk around 10 mins for that. The hotel lane is little away from the buzz and hence quiter. ||||One of the best part about the hotel is the overall location. We read that in the reviews and kind of booked the hotel. Its a ten minutes walk to the marina and beach side in San Antonio. The promenade area is the most happening in the town and its lined with restaurants, bars and clubs. So basically all the Go To places are a walk away. The boat taxis to and around the island originates from there too, All boat and yatch rentals are also there. But there are many more hotels closer to the promenade and Marfil may be one of the last ones in the stretch. But we didnt choose as they were more expensive.||||Even better is the fact that hotel is less then 10 mins to the town bus depot. All buses to and from San Antonio town originates there. Its very easy to take a bus to the airport or main Ibiza town. There are also buses to the beaches around that part of the island like Cala Gracia, Cala Canta and Cala Salada-all good beaches. The Ibiza party bus also travels from there for night travel. ||||We would have been just happier if the hotel rooms were maybe little better the hotel was little more closer to the promenade and buzzing. Even though it just 5 mins its still would have been better.
