I've lived in Phoenix my whole life and had never been to this park. It was a great experience and we had a blast. Even though we were there for the Pizza festival, we learned about the park itself amd what it has to offer.

Really loved this park- was looking for something fun to do after work with friends and this was the spot. Great green space for soccer, well designed spaces, and these interesting interactive sculptures for kids.

Baby loved the sand area. It's a walk from where you park to the playground, which on one hand is nice because the kids are not by the road, but on the other hand my little one made me carry him the whole way and my back suffered for it.

Attended Phoenix Art Festival this weekend. Over 100 Artist selling their work. Very impressed by the event actually having several workshops, demonstrations, art classes for free with a number of local artists. Never have seen this at any other art show or festival. Great job!!

The park is centrally located in a beautiful suburb but would be lovelier sans the homeless. The City of Phoenix workers were doing their best. Opted to walk Roosevelt Street with the grassy meridian. Would have taken in the Japanese Friendship Garden but could not justify the $14 admission price per person.

A very beautiful Park in a very nice location, very well kept, nice green areas, cool children playgrounds for different ages, there was a park ranger right in the parking lot, many people with children, next to another important places to visit, the Japanese garden and an historic house, but the only thing I’m sad about, was seeing a weird crowd right on the middle of the park, for the look of it, they were up to no good. Hope the ranger takes notice soon enough.

It's nicely kept and has a paved walkway. The dog park has been closed for a long time which is disappointing. There is a homeless population that sleep and walk here, so I prefer to come with someone to walk.
