The hotel shines with cleanliness, the rooms are comfortable, but nothing impressive for the price range they offer. It is located right next to the beach, in the lower part of the village, just next to the beach. There is public parking and if there is a free space you park, if not - the hotel does not undertake to provide it. Access on foot to the center involves going up a steep street, guests with baby stroller or people with disabilities should keep this in mind, second option is longer way, 15 minutes to the center, but not so steep road. |The beach - sunbeds with an umbrella are provided for each reserved room. It turned out that according to the type of room -sea, side sea or garden view - it depends on the the location of your sunbeds. If you have booked a garden view room you will get a seat on row 5 or 6 and you cannot change them to some closer to the sea, even if they are available. After a not very constructive and friendly discussion at the reception desk, we were blessed to be seated on sunbeds one row down. With huge arrangements, other family accommodated in 2 different room types managed to be accommodated next to each other. The sunbeds are big and comfortable, the umbrellas are close together but usually your shade is somewhere other than over the sunbeds, in our case over the walk path...It is good that the sunbeds are large, but there is no space to move it, the shade cannot cover both sunbeds, at most it falls on the one only and for a family with 2 small children it is a challenge and a inconvenience. |In general, the beach is overcrowded and quite inconvenient that there is no suitable access for a baby stroller, there are 10-15 steps but no ramp. |The prices are much more expensive than usual for Halkidiki.|Breakfast - the usual, buffet, vegetables, fruits, multiple croissants, cakes, 10 types of omelette, no espresso. We were impressed by one of the waitresses who came to us with all the courtesy that can have and asked us to leave the baby stroller at the end of the restaurant so the rest of the guests can enjoy themselves freely to move here and there...from 30 tables available , only 5 were occupied... She brought us a wooden baby chair with no possibility of pushing our two-year-old son on this ill-conceived scaled-down version of a baby chair. We put him sitt in the "adult chair", for 5 minutes, of course he got off and ran away, typical toddler..|The coffee capsules provided at the room are not complement! Actually there are no compliments at all.|I met somewhere in other reviews about an air conditioner issue, and yes, the air conditioner is in the one room. In the other room it is supposed that the jet should pass through a solution high above the door, but no, it does not work that way.|The restaurant - nice and romantic at the evening, very pleasant service and that s all .The food is decently plated and served, they still need to work on the taste, I can't rate ready-made tzatziki from the store. In general, for the price range, it should be suitable, but does not. |The young people work at the hotel are kind and welcomed us, but looks sad or worried, not sure, but no smile or any motion. Only the beach boy does not look AI, behaves politely but naturally and does not quote learned phrases. Thank you!|We don't feel the pleasant friendly attitude that we usually meet in Greece. In general, Kallithea is an extremely touristic destination in a bad sense, to spend some money on mediocre food and serviceit. Does not have the warm attitude that prevails, for example, among traveling in other places in Kassandra or anywhere else that we have been in Grece and there are a lot! ||Dear hotel Margarita'team, check out giftt is sweet and very nice, thank you,!
