What a fantastic resort! This was an unexpected visit after our flight to Florida was canceled with no available flights for 2 days causing us to miss our cruise ship embarkation.||The resort is gorgeous with all the amenities to make for a perfect get away. The private beach is clean with plenty of lounge chairs, excellent beach service, and clear turquoise blue water. The many pools, hot tubs, lazy river, bars, and restaurants make this a destination that every visitor will enjoy. ||The staff provide first class service - going above and beyond. When learning that our baggage was delayed for a few days and should have been at the airport now, resort restaurant manager Monica Knowles took matters into her own hands - arranging transportation for us to the airport by bartender Avard so we could pick up our bags. You don't get this quality of service everywhere, and it made us feel special and appreciated.||Make time to visit Margaritaville Beach Resort in Nassau. You will be absolutely delighted! Centrally located - close to the pier, downtown, the straw market, the fish fry village - and being greeted with margaritas made for a wonderful vacation.

I’ve stayed here twice before, and I have to say, it’s a really nice hotel. The lobby is beautiful, and they have a bar that serves drinks and food. In the evenings, they hire a very talented singer who creates such a lovely atmosphere—it really adds to the experience. The hotel has two buildings. The main check-in building has nice rooms with balconies and ocean views. There’s no microwave in these rooms, but housekeeping is very friendly and helpful. The other building is a little pricier, but it’s more secure—you have to swipe your key tag to enter the building and to use the elevator. If you book a suite in this building, it’s absolutely stunning. The suite is spacious with a full kitchen, a dining table, a bedroom with its own door, and two sliding glass doors that open to the balcony—one from the living room and one from the bedroom. The on-site steakhouse is worth checking out. It’s a bit pricey, but the food is outstanding. I also want to give a special shout-out to Marcus at guest services. He provided exceptional service from start to finish. I’m not sure of his exact role at the front desk, but he’s a perfect example of Margaritaville hospitality and definitely deserves a promotion. I’ll be back for a third stay for sure!

We vacation as a family with a three-year-old and a five-year-old, this was a great place! When you stay there, the waterpark is a part of your stay. While the cruise ships are import, the waterpark and beaches are very busy, but as soon as they leave, you have the place to yourself. The beaches were kid, friendly, and food and drink are readily available for adults and kids. I recommend the higher floors for a better view from the hotel and the same for the rooms on the resident side. We experienced both because of a room issue in the hotel and we’re upgraded. The views were better from the hotel on the eighth floor than the fourth floor at the residence, but the residence was a much better room so we enjoyed both either way. The location has restaurants close by but also a short walk away is the local fish market with lots of restaurants that locals eat at… Not as clean, etc. but a lot cheaper and still very good food. The waterpark is not very big but for younger kids it’s fantastic… I wouldn’t recommend to stay longer in three or four days because you will run out of things to do unless you’re a beach person and hanging out on the beach every day in the same place is your thing.

I would like to send a big shout out to Lakeisha that waited on us while we used the beach lounges on the beach reserved for Margaritaville guests. She was very friendly and attentive. Lakeisha made sure we had food and drinks, and returned to make sure we didn't need anything. She even took pictures and recorded a video for us while we were celebrating my mother's 63rd birthday! Lakeisha is top notch and even made sure we safely got into a cab headed back to our cruise ship. Request Lakeisha next time you stay at Margaritaville or visit the beach, you will NOT be disappointed! (Lakeisha is pictured in the blue Margaritaville uniform)

Location is great honestly you could walk to almost everything needed. Service is good as far as staff everyone is super friendly and nice, they really do go above and beyond for you. Mybfridge didn’t work for three of the five days I was there, room had a moldy smell, I’m assuming just from lack of vents in the restrooms where the shower is and the amount of ppl who used the room from coming in and being wet from beach/pool there’s carpet there. Food on the premises isn’t good at all very overpriced and tip already included makes everything way over priced. I would say the daily fees of $100 per person is unnecessary if ur not gonna use the fins up watermark which we didn’t ever use it. They also charge ur card $800 when u check in which I didn’t see it state that anywhere on the website. So pretty much u pay what u pay when u book it online plus the extra $1000+ fees due at check in. They say you get it back but end up charging it all to ur card after u leave. Personally not worth it, u can stay at a hotel for cheaper you don’t need the restaurants and water park. I will give it a 6/10 if I had to rate it! I’d like to say again the staff is top tier every single one of them! We only had one bad experience with Frank and Lola’s staff two ladies and one gentleman were super rude. Very unlike everyone else at the resort.

If you have kids between ages 5-10 and like hotdogs this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a more upscale experience for adults - I would not recommend. This is a “waterpark” with a hotel. Music playing all hours of the day made it fun, not relaxing. Additionally, they were not accommodating at all when our flights were delayed two days due to tropical storm. After confirming they would hold our reservation until we could get there two days late. They indeed did not hold our rooms. Also we were not offered the complimentary beverage on arrival that is stated on their website. There was also construction happening a few rooms down from us that made it impossible to take a nap during the day. (if you have young children you understand how important this is) One of the sinks in the room did not work Water condensation from the air vent was dripping Into the room making the tile floors wet. RECAP: Do go if you - enjoy watching cruise ships arrive and depart - Have children that enjoy slides and swimming - Enjoy pool side style food Do not go if you: - want to relax - Have nice accommodations - Enjoy nice dinners

We had an amazing stay at Margaritaville Nassau! When we first arrived, we were upgraded to the harborside of the resort. Our room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view! The workers/locals were very helpful when we had any questions, we always felt taken care of. Definitely recommend coming in early November (just keep an eye on hurricanes), it will be super quiet!
