Absolutely LOVE this hotel. Everything about it was great! GIANNA at the front desk was amazing at check-in and throughout the entire stay! She was very welcoming, helpful and friendly! Every staff member I encountered was super friendly! I also enjoy Jamie's exercise classes. She's a great instructor! The pool staff were all amazing as well! We will definitely be back!

I had such a wonderful stay at the Margarita Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and full of charm, with an atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed right away. My room was comfortable and well-kept, and the amenities were excellent. The overall experience was truly memorable — from the amazing service to the relaxing environment, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Margarita Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful and enjoyable stay. 5 stars all the way!

The hotel is simply wonderful! Everything is very clean, cozy, and beautiful — from the very first moment you feel a complete relax atmosphere. I especially loved that there is a private beach with comfortable loungers and towels provided — you can relax in comfort without a worry. The food is excellent, with several restaurants to choose from; I managed to try them all — each has its own style and flavor, so you can pick what you like best, and you don’t have to go anywhere far. The service is top-notch, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. The stay was perfect, I will definitely come back!

We have been staying at Margaritaville for my husband’s Bday for 3 years. We love the way the resort is set up. Landshark Bar&Grill is wonderful. The menu, drinks & food are reasonably priced & delicious. The staff goes out of their way to please. Having 2 pools is a plus. The rooms are beautiful & comfortable. With a choice of ocean view or intracoastal view.

We booked a suite and was never informed that their construction crew would be waking us up to drilling and jack hammering on the other side of our wall at 730 am. We called management asking for them to switch us to a different room, however, they stated they could not because they didn't have any other rooms available. The manager promised it would be a one time occurrence but it happened two days consecutively. The service has been average, we have had some really good service and we have also had some that have been rude. The room we stayed in needs a bit of maintenance. Mold in shower caulk, bathroom exhaust fan did not work, mini fridge did not work. A positive of this hotel is that it is close to the beach and boardwalk.

We had such a great time at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach! The beach views are unbelievable — you can literally sit for hours just enjoying the ocean. There are tons of restaurants and little spots to eat nearby, which made it super easy to grab food without having to go far. At the same time, the resort has some really nice private areas where you can just relax and feel like you’re away from it all. It’s also perfect for families. There was plenty of space for the kids to enjoy themselves, and we still had our own quiet time. Honestly, it’s the best mix of fun and relaxation. Can’t wait to come back! 🌴☀️

Yelp
I came here for an early birthday vacation for my daughter, and from the moment we pulled up, we were treated exceptionally well. The staff was on point and amazing in every way. I booked this hotel online through my Chase travel portal. The regular check-in time is 4 PM, but we arrived early and were able to check in around 12 or 1 PM, which was a fantastic start. We were greeted by Joe at the front desk, who was phenomenal--personable, funny, caring, considerate, and compassionate. I mentioned we were staying for my daughter's early birthday, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had one of the best rooms and one of the best experiences of her life. My daughter even said this was one of the best experiences she's ever had and that she'll never forget it. We stayed in room 1457, a deluxe partial ocean view room, but we could see both the intercoastal and the ocean from left to right--just perfect. By the time we got upstairs, they had already put a happy birthday sign on the door, which my daughter loved. It made her feel so special. The room was in pristine condition--clean, beds made, towels, washcloths, and toiletries fully stocked. A few minutes after we settled in, the staff sent up a gift basket with treats and balloons for my daughter's celebratory weekend. Once again, amazing customer service! We explored the hotel, which is beautifully designed with their signature fragrance throughout. Everything was clean, and the ambiance was amazing--from the margarita glass chandeliers in the lobby to the small cabanas where you can relax. There's even a spa area upstairs and several pools, including an adults-only pool on the 11th floor, which almost feels like an infinity pool with its close-to-the-edge design. The view of the ocean from there is stunning, with plenty of seating and a bar right in the middle of the area. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, all within minutes. One small hiccup was when my daughter misplaced her key bracelet, but they immediately replaced it with no issue. Another plus is that bottled water is included during your stay, which is a nice touch since many hotels charge extra for that. Being right off the boardwalk, you have easy access to the beach, tons of food options, and even a concert stage area with day and night concerts. From our room, we could hear and see them every night we were there. The balcony doors do a great job of muffling the sound if you prefer quiet. I only had a couple of minor complaints--our room didn't come with a refrigerator, so we couldn't store perishable items, and my room phone kept going out. Also, parking is a bit pricey at $50 per day for valet, but it's convenient, and the valet staff was amazing. They give you a ticket with a number, and when you call 10 minutes before coming down, your car is ready. The staff was great, and I loved that each of them had their country of origin listed on their name tag, which adds a nice personal touch. The adult-only pool area was fantastic--shout out to my bartender Rama, such a cool guy. Checkout was a breeze; you can do it on their website or at the front desk, and the staff is always ready to help. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend visiting, and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort--you made our trip and my daughter's birthday one she will never forget.

Yelp
I was impressed upon arrival but it went downhill fast. I upgraded my room with my 2 young children to a suite with balcony overlooking ocean. Room was great when we arrived. Till we went on our balcony.... All I hear from my son is "Mom why are they naked?!!!" I had to take a second glance before I noticed all of the fully nude people at the rooftop pool with some in compromising positions. I had just unpacked four suitcases after a long travel day. It was a holiday weekend and I was not going to find another similar room. We stayed away from that ocean view for the rest of the week. The area around the hotel is very sketchy...many junkies and homeless as well. The beaches were very dirty and filled with garbage. The showers at the hotel had no pressure. The pool area was messy and waitresses never remove food service after done eating. The food was the same at all 3 restaurants- just fried bar food and drinks were also not good. We left the hotel for many meals just for anything better. The pools close at dusk... what resort closes pools at 7:30?!!! There was nothing to do for kids after 7:30. No arcade, no mini golf- any activity was miles away. The absolute worst vacation we have ever had! The hotel credited me for one night due to knowingly booking my young family in a suite overlooking a swingers hotel. (Yes, rooftop resort is the name, look it up) I pray your family never has to experience this! Never go here!

Yelp
I recently attended a recognition event at Margaritaville in Hollywood, Florida, organized by my husband's employer, from May 5 to May 8, 2024. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing due to several issues that arose during our stay. Upon arrival on Sunday, May 5, we parked our car in the parking garage as instructed. Our car remained in the garage until Tuesday, when my husband discovered that someone had backed into the front of our car, causing damage to the bumper and leaving scratches. We immediately reported this to the front desk, who called security. I provided a report to security, only to be told that there was nothing they could do because the parking garage is owned by the city and they may or may not have camera footage of the incident. During the walkthrough with security, I pointed out a camera that was directed towards the area where our car was parked, hoping it would provide some evidence. Despite this, security was dismissive and advised me to speak with guest services about compensating part of our stay due to the incident. During checkout, I asked guest services about compensation, only to be told that security would have to approve it. They were deferring the responsibility back to security, leading to a frustrating cycle of blame-shifting. This was perplexing and insulting, as security had previously told me that guest services would handle it. The entire process was a blatant runaround, adding insult to injury. To make matters worse, a guest services representative made an appallingly insensitive comment, suggesting that because my husband works for Toyota, we should be able to get our car fixed easily. This was not only untrue but also incredibly disrespectful. My husband and I do not receive any free benefits from Toyota; we pay for our car, maintenance, and all associated costs just like any other customer. This comment was a slap in the face during an already stressful situation. After checking out and paying our bill of $245, which included charges for three meals, I was contacted by the security manager a few days later. He advised that he understood my frustration and promised to review the footage. However, when he called back, he stated that the cameras didn't capture anything. He mentioned submitting the incident to their liability insurance, but noted it was unlikely to be approved. When I inquired about compensating our checkout bill in good faith, he informed me that upper management had denied any compensation, demonstrating a complete disregard for customer care. Adding to our dissatisfaction, the room accommodations were subpar. The carpet was dusty, causing us to feel stuffy and requiring us to keep the balcony door open for ventilation. To top it off, I contracted influenza during our stay, which resulted in a hospital visit and delayed my ability to follow up on this terrible experience. I strongly advise against staying at Margaritaville in Hollywood, Florida, and urge Toyota and other companies to reconsider hosting events at this location. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and substandard accommodations are unacceptable. Our experience was a complete letdown, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others.

Yelp
All because of a simple song: an all decked out restaurant, inside the namesake hotel, which is on the Atlantic Ocean. Great for kids and groups. We're here at 9am and people started to trickle in. It has a few sections, indoor and out. Our server has a big smile and complimented my purple hair highlight. She's well prepared. At check time, she asks with a smile: room check or regular. I like the small detail she or management puts in. We've smoked salmon and SW skillet: both are good. The slice of grapefruit isn't freshly cut. I crave bagel but haven't found one shop that makes as good as New York's - perhaps due to the water? Their portion is a little bit too large, and I hate to waste food - coming from Beijing before the economic boom, we were or at least I often went hungry. This little sentiment comes from the Smith tea bag, which was established in 1949... Jimmy Buffett (1946-2023) was a prolific song writer who died in Sag Harbor on Long Island on Sept 1, when the foliage begins to turn and New York is at her prettiest. RIP Your legacy is preserved. And we're well fed -:) A simple song spawn an industry. Well done.

Yelp
I didn't spend the night in this hotel but I came to enjoy the day at the St.Somewhere Spa. We chose to valet because they informed me it was free when you go to the spa. The valet staff was super welcoming. They even walked me to the spa so I wouldn't get lost. The spa was super cute. The steam rooms were being renovated so we really couldn't use the amenities but the service was really good. I want to come back and get the whole experience.

Yelp
I love this place! Everything is perfect! The food is great! The cleaning service is great! You don't have to leave the resort everything you need is here!

Yelp
The Margaritaville in Hollywood Beach is actually a really cool place to take the kids and spend the day there. It can be a little costly, but it's totally worth it. I don't remember the exact price but it was like 60 plus for a day pass. That said my son and his friend spent all day there and we had some fun too. They spend the day going on slides and enjoying the pool and it's a really beachy fun ambience. One tip I can get definitely give you is to use the valet because it's more of a flat fee for the whole day as opposed to parking in the garage where you are billed hourly so even though it seems counterintuitive, valet is your way to go. This is a really cool hotel and there's lots to do and even though my son didn't do it they also have surfing there for an additional fee and it is Stand-Up surfing and it's really cool. You also have the Hollywood boardwalk nearby where you can walk up and down, enjoy the beach, and enjoy a really fun touristy area where you can have good food.

Yelp
Stayed here for many Valentines Day evenings. Beautiful key west style themed rooms overlooking the intracoastal waterways or directly view of the ocean. Huge parking garage on site. We love the bandshell behind the hotel that play an array of live music genre until about 9pm. They offer a great bar on the second floor behind the hotel with a full bar and resort style pool. You can sip your cocktail while you watch and listen to the bands. I suggest the breakfast place inside the hotel, tourist prices of course but really good. There are several mom and pop tiny restaurants and bars that surround the hotel.

Yelp
We love coming to Hollywood Beach. Today it's hot, but the temperature of the water is great. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops here as well. We will be back.

Yelp
Quality/Quantity - What a cool place to hang out! I have been to your hotel in Las Vegas, and this place is 10 times; no, 20 times better. 369 guest rooms. 6 places to dine, from casual to fine dining. Also in the heart of the Hollywood Beach area! Atmosphere - Huge, HUGE place. Indoor and outdoor. Outdoor public place: clean, well maintained, stage for events, plenty of restrooms, etc. Garage parking, see pictures. Also available - meeting rooms, water sports, fitness center, events, weddings, etc. Service - Good. Price - Not sure, but tourist prices. So expect to pay. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1985 with all your restaurants, hotels, casinos, retail locations, vacation clubs and cruises, etc.

Yelp
Enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Margaritaville Landshark Bar & Grill Hollywood Florida 1111 N Ocean Dr. After paying my bill with a credit card, I left a cash tip. Today, I see my bill was $10.00 more than what I left the restaurant with. It seems our server 64 / Greg F / gave himself a $10.00 tip on top of our cash tip. I'm waiting on Mike the General Manager to return my calls. I will be filing a police report with the city of Hollywood on this illegal, fraudulent charge on my Credit Card. Also I have called American Express to dispute charges. BEWARE WHEN VISITING THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Yelp
I had a surprisingly good burger here, which I was not expecting to be honest. There wasn't much of a crowd the late afternoon I was there. However, service was great and the bartender was super friendly. If you are in Hollywood Beach, I would recommend eating here. Get the Cheeseburger in Paradise. You won't regret it.

Yelp
As someone who's been loving life in South Florida since the early '80s (practically a native, you could say), I've got beach life in my DNA. So, when us locals crave a long weekend escape, we ditch home sweet home and run like seagulls to our famous resorts. This time, it was all about Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, and let me tell you, it's more fun than a barrel of sunscreen-wielding monkeys. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, this place oozes a "no worries" vibe that's as infectious as a beachside cold. You've got your highly-activated resort, a beachfront entertainment complex (where I might have shaken my groove thing), and about 300+ guest rooms with waterfront views. It's like paradise served on a chilled coconut. (See my review on Hollywood Beach, FL. for more location detail) About the rooms? They're a blend of classic Florida coast vibes and the swankiness of a luxury hotel. I had a balcony that felt like my personal portal to a Jimmy Buffett song, and the island-inspired decor made me want to break out in a hula dance. Ok wait, there's more! If you're gonna bring business with you and are into serious meetings (or serious fun), they've got you covered. The 9th floor, overlooking the Atlantic, is like a zen zone for productivity. Get your work done, and then get your chill on. It's the ultimate work-life balance. Looking at their brochure in room, I couldn't agree more how they stand to create there mantra here: "Every Guest, Every Time." They mean it. White linens softer than a cloud, nautical amenities (I'm talking parrot-shaped soap), and tropical furnishings that make you forget you ever had a day job. But here's the kicker: they offer Experience & Vacation Enhancement packages. Whether you're an adventure junkie, a foodie, celebrating a life milestone, or just want to escape reality for a bit, they've got a package to make your heart sing like a beachside ukulele. So, my fellow beach bums, if you want to live the Margaritaville life where the palm trees sway and your biggest worry is which drink to order next, this is your spot. Cheers to "cheeseburgers in paradise" and more good times than you can shake a maraca at! ‍‍

Yelp
Started celebrating my birthday early this year.... Hehehe!!! We had an amazing time. Great place to come out and enjoy the beach, restaurants and people watch. This place has improved from back in the days. Another opportunity to dress up & get pretty!! :)) During the day it has a great pool area. Last night I was surprised & told to get pretty to start celebrating me. I was picked up & surprised with an amazing dinner on the beach away from my norm. Then we enjoyed the live music after at another location nearby. This was a great start to my birthday week. Thank you so much, super super sweet. Smiles! :)))

Yelp
What a great resort in a fantastic location! Conveniently located on the Hollywood Broadwalk where you can walk, run, bike, rollerblade, eat, drink, shop for miles! The Hollywood bandshell is right outside of the resort and they do have live music frequently. The resort has three fabulous pools, a hot tub, and a perfect sandy beach; one small waterslide. The pools do have bars and food options available. First 8 floors of the hotel are parking, 9th floor are the conference rooms, 11th floor is the adult pool and bar. The non-ocean view rooms have a forgoes view of the bay, partial ocean view are lower floors overlooking adult pool view blocked by trees; so what I'm saying is either splurge for full ocean view or save money and enjoy the sunsets and bay view! The rooms were great complete with beach house style decor and comfortable beds. Bathrooms had private toilet area and decent size walk in shower. Beware of the rewards program, it goes by email address make sure your hotel room is booked under the email for your rewards, even though the name and phone number match they absolutely will not honor it and you will not get any of the perks such as complimentary drinks or margaritaville items. It was quite. If you want to see what is available at the resort be sure to download the resort specific app or scan the QR code as the checkin staff does not provide any information about the resort. There is a bar across the street 5 o'clock somewhere with live music but they are not open everyday. Margaritaville and landshark restaurants are open everyday and although they claim the food truck is open daily I never saw it open when I was there Monday thru Thursday. Overall quite the impressive resort and wish I was not there for a conference so I could enjoy the resort and area more. If I were to go back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
We ate at the Margaritaville restaurant! I love the margarita! The wings and nachos were good! Everyone said they enjoyed their meals! The mac and cheese was eh, though! Our family that was staying there, enjoyed their stay! Altogether, a decent place to eat!

Yelp
Great spot for a Regional meeting. It was great for families and business . Great restaurants and the location is perfect.

Yelp
The place essentially shuts down at dusk. The surrounding area is like a demilitarized zone. The food is over priced. The drinks are good...but it's hit or miss about how much liquor you will get. The markup on amenities is galactic. Dirty in some spots. No water pressure. I predict it will be closed or under new management with a new name in a few years.

Yelp
We had planned a vacation to Margaritaville Hollywood for a 60th birthday celebration. Our group consisted of myself (38yr), my aunt (60), my mom (61) and my Grandma (91). We chose this resort because it's billed as luxury, a full-service resort and accessible. Our experience was the complete opposite of this marketing. Upon arrival, we were told, despite booking in advance, that we would not have an Oceanview suite, instead we could have two conjoining rooms due to weather that damaged some rooms 2 weeks earlier. That is unacceptable given the price we paid. Why did they not communicate this prior to our arrival? We pushed back and magically, a room that we originally booked was available. We got to our room and discovered the "suite" was really just 2 rooms connected by a private hallway with a very small common area in one of the rooms. There was also very slight water pressure in both showers, and only Luke-warm water coming out despite waiting 10+ for it to heat up. The rooms look nice until you take a closer look - broken tiles, stains galore. We put in a request for water issues to be addressed yet they were not fixed our stay rather "this is what it is". Really luxurious. Our 2nd day, we were dining at the Landshark restaurant. It was nighttime and not well lit at all. Earlier that day, it had rained (about 4 hours prior to dining). My 61 yr old mom got up (had nothing to drink btw) and went to the bathroom. She slipped and fell in the restaurant and immediately told the bartender. The bartender got the manager whose FIRST response was "well yeah, it rained earlier". Not, are you okay? Are you hurt? The manager then accused my mom of staging a fall. She not once asked for ANYTHING other than for the mess to be taken care of. Instead, she's accused of staging it. FOR WHAT? She is terrified of falling. After this interaction, we left and talked to security and the front desk. My mom repeated her story to 3-4 different people, wrote a report and yet by the end of our stay was never contacted. On the day we left, someone from leadership called our room and said "sorry". In addition to this issue, we were locked out of our rooms in the middle of our stay for an unknown reason, after my 91 year old grandmother trekked all the way to the 10th floor then all the way around the building to our room. I was forced to leave her there alone to get help. I was visibly upset after all of this and I asked the front desk manager what he would do in my shoes. He's said "well I guess I'd be upset" and he offered to take of half of one night of our bill. Gee, thanks after dropping $5k on a 4 day vacation. Service is lackluster at best here. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. The bright side was the 5 O'clock somewhere bar on the intercostal.

Yelp
You have to catch a sale otherwise it's really expensive to stay here. The upside is that it's right on the beach and that always a plus. The staff is nice & rooms are clean.

Yelp
I had a wonderful visit during Mother's Day weekend. My family and I stayed in the Jimmy Buffet suite which is the equivalent to the Presidential Suite and it was AMAZING! During our stay we received excellent customer service from each team member we interacted with...from valet, to check in to room service to on-site restaurant service. We enjoyed the beach and pool amenities. A restful but quick getaway for my family!

Yelp
Hello, I'm writing this review since I bought a day pass here for the day with me and my two kids. We first started off with some wave simulation thing, and the kids were having so much fun there and in the pool until we went to lunch. One of the staff members, named Stacy, was super nasty and came to us and asked me and my kids for wristbands ( keep in mind I thought only one day pass would include me and my family). She then told us that we must leave due to my kids not wearing the wristbands, which my kids are allergic to the material. Absolutely so rude, but a fun experience while it lasted 85 dollars per person is pretty ridiculous.

Yelp

Yelp
I'm not going to lie. I stayed at a smaller place in close proximity to this hotel. As a savvy traveler I quickly made connections to gain access to this hotel and experience the pools and beach which were by wristbands only. The establishment is beautiful. You can eat at their restaurants without staying there. I just enjoyed the pools. I did get to see a room which was very nice, but it was nothing elaborate. $400 a night is what my new found friend was paying. It was on the 9th floor facing the adults only pool. If you're celebrating something or just have the expendable cash, it's the place to stay. Or be like me and stay there without staying there because my whole 4 days were spent at their pools and private beach. Thank you Margaritaville Hollywood Beach!!!

Yelp
Stayed here for an anniversary trip and we had the best time! The room was clean, with a great view. Multiple places to eat on the property along with plenty of other stores or restaurant within walking distance. Complementary beach chairs for the beach were a great perk that we used everyday. Live music in the beach was fun and available. If you get chance check this place out!

Yelp
This review is for the restaurant. My friend Kevin and I wanted to get their Volcano Nachos, so we drove down to Hollywood for them. It was a Saturday afternoon and the place around Margaritaville was packed...all the parking lots were full, even the valet at the resort was not taking cars due to a private event. We drove around 20-25 min and finally got a space at a parking garage. As you walk into the resort, the ambiance is beautiful, clean and ample. We headed for the restaurant, which was not crowded at all on a Saturday afternoon around 4pm. We ordered the nachos and we waited... Soon after we got the huge platter.. I found the recipe on their website and the ingredients are...... ¼ lb. ground beef ¼ cup Margaritaville Salsa ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese ¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 13 oz. bag tortilla chips 1 cup your favorite queso dip 1 medium tomato, diced 5-6 green onions, sliced cup guacamole cup sour cream Sliced jalapenos to taste It was delicious, especially with the ground beef chill topping, it really made the nachos taste good...the one thing that was not great was that the bottom part of the nachos were just chips....there was no cheese, at all...It would be nice if they layer some chips, put some cheese on top of that bottom layer.... then finish with a second layer of chips....so the bottom layer can still be cheesy gooey..

Yelp
What an amazing time! This is a beautiful resort with many activities to do. It's close to the beach and it has 3 different pools to choose from. People are so friendly and accommodating we really enjoyed our view from the balcony. We were amazed by how clean everything is and the shower was really nice! The boardwalk was a great plus because they have live music, mini shops and dessert shops. We had some guest over and we had no issue with parking, they have a parking garage connected right to the hotel.

Yelp
Very good, thought it would be cheesy and a little rundown but that was not the case. Very nice inside and the service was excellent.

Yelp
We stayed here for 4 days from a Friday to Monday. Some of their bars are closed Monday & Tuesday. They also don't have live music Monday & Tuesdays in the Theater. Most of the resort areas can be used by the public, except the pools. So as a guest the only thing you're really getting is an expensive room that is very adorably decorated and the use of the pools. There are several bars and restaurants on the property as well as the live music theater. You need to get new pool wrist bands every day because they do change them. They have a couple excursions that can be booked, but there isn't a lot going on. They have a spa and a fitness area and of course the beach which is also public access. I'd say for me, it's a one and done stay. And a short weekend was plenty.

Yelp
I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with a recent stay I had at the Margaritaville Resort at Hollywood beach. My family and I decided to stay at this resort for 1 night before our cruise. We booked two rooms and were very excited because we have been to the Margaritaville in Orlando and in Nassau and loved them. Our experience quickly turned negative as soon as we arrived. My wife and my niece took our bags in a cart and waited in the lobby while we parked. When my sister and I parked and got to them, they had told us that the curbside attendant, Neil, had questioned them and tried pulling the cart back from them, hurting my wife's arm and scaring my niece. He was extremely rude and aggressive. My wife was so intimidated by this that she told me and I went to talk to him. Neil immediately flipped out and caused a scene telling us that he was going to talk to his manager and that he would get us kicked out. (I also felt him touch me but the management said he didn't but wouldn't let me review the security footage.) This was such aggressive and rude behavior that I went to talk to management. They sent someone down to talk to me and they said they would comp our rooms for 50% off and we settled in a good place with the management. Later that night, management called my sisters phone informing her that they would not stand by their word and comp the 50% for both rooms. So I went back to talk to the manager on staff and he called security there to intimidate us further. This security manager would not let me talk and he kept talking over my wife and I while the manager just sat back and smiled. After arguing for 30 minutes, they finally agreed to stand by what they said earlier and comp 50% off the rooms for our groups. But later when we were on the cruise, we found out they again went back on their promise and did not comp us correctly on the hotel receipt. We even spent $230 at the Margaritaville restaurant because we felt like they treated us right instead of going somewhere else, but that was just a lie. My family is just so upset from all of this. We have loved staying at Margaritaville in the past and just wanted to have a great time after traveling for 5 hours to stay there. Management and security were extremely rude, intimidating, the car attendant hurt my wife's arm by grabbing her cart, and they scared my 10 year old niece. Not to mention they ruined the start of our vacation by siding with the attendant by approving of his behavior and saying that "he comes off as rough but you have to know his heart" which excuses him from treating a woman and a small girl that way. I just can't believe that a company like this would approve of someone like Neil, the manager, and the security manager to work here and treat people in such a nasty and disrespectful way. The fact that he hurt my wife is enough for the guy to be fired. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when we paid over $1600 for two rooms for one night.

Yelp
This place is ok, but it's tired and overpriced for sure. The beach is sweet, the pools r really cool, the restaurants r comparable to Denny, staff was pretty friendly for the most part. At 4-500 A night there is no value here. If it was half the price it would be legit. Also $45 just to self park ur car every day!!! Laughable

Yelp
This review is solely for the restaurant. I went here with a group of coworkers for dinner after a long day. The restaurant area was clean, casual and upbeat with some good live music. I ordered the jambalaya and I was disappointed. It was a bit too soggy. It felt more like someone's attempt at jambalaya after finding a recipe on Pinterest. I guess I can't really compare this Margaritaville to the one in Jamaica. The hotel looks nice though.

Yelp
We enjoyed dinner at this location. I ordered the fish tacos. They were delicious and spicy. My son ordered the kids pepperoni pizza. It was pretty large for a kids pizza. (Thumbs up). My husband ordered a chicken sandwich which was pretty good. The service and music inside was good. One extra note is the boardwalk is just outside the back door. Beautiful decor and atmosphere were on point.

Yelp
Decided to try again after the last few bad experiences. Horrible. Tattered stained linens again. Called Room service for food and it rang and rang til the front desk. Was told I should have called for food service. I said I did and it rang to the desk. I was transferred but it rang again to the desk. She said she could put the order in. Over 2 hours later I called asking about the order and was told it was too late to get room service since it was closing in 20 minutes. When I ordered it wasn't too late! If you couldn't do it, say so. we were told to go out to find food...despite ordering food hours before room service closed. We went out to eat. People we didn't know and weren't comfortable with were following us back to the resort. security looked at these people and confronted us very rudely asking if we had a room. Said yes. "What's the number and the name". I showed the key ( now they use those cheap bulk key fob cards that can easily be cloned.) they acted like the random people following us while trying to offer us drugs were our guests. No! We don't want to be around them, we said we don't know them!!! Decided to leave instead of staying a few days. Stressful place. Not a vacation at all.

Yelp
I give this resort five stars because of the following four incredible people. Alexandra and Alex at the front desk are amazing courteous, professional people. I watch them treat the people in front of me with the warmest greetings and welcoming smiles. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and special Then there.is John O. And Laura Jimenez at the pool area to retrieve your towels. But it's so much more than that. They informed you on what is taking place in Margaritaville today, and how to access the beach with the same courtesy and professionalism as Alexandra and Alex. Then John and Laura also volunteer their time to help me look for lost AirPods. These 4 fabulous people are the reason I will return to Margaritaville.

Yelp
We were passing but the beach, and decide to stop by at the tiki bar they have in front of the beach. We got really disappointed with the bartender and the drink. He just didn't care what we were asked. The drink was horrible, the 5o clock somewhere, just a lot of cheap sprits together for a $12 small cup and ice.

Yelp

Yelp
I have visited Margaritaville resort several times in the past few years. One time just for drinks another time to eat and once again to stay in one of the suites. During our stay in the suite, we decided to rent a cabana by the pool. Service was absolutely excellent and all of our needs were attended to. They have two pools there one a little bit more for the adults and one geared towards the kids due to the water slide in the middle of it. Either one you choose know that you will definitely have a lot of people around you as this is a really popular spot for vacationers. The resort itself sits directly on the Hollywood broad walk, so there is direct access to the broad walk and the beach. The cool thing about the resort is they have a Flo Rida surfing area that you could take advantage of. There are a few restaurants, a gift shop, spa, and café as well. The suites were spacious, and we had a nice one, that had views of both the beach and the intercoastal with a wraparound porch. However, the worry of the very very expensive rooms. Especially if it's in season. The restaurants are just OK nothing really special but still the food is decent. All in all it's a pleasurable experience and like I said very popular with tourists, so bring your out of town guests there to check it out.

Yelp
If I could give this hotel a review it would be a .5 - the rooms to the hospitality is pretty brutal. Cleanliness, staff, and pool which is way too over crowded is horrible. I'm sad we spent money on staying here, it was just really disappointing. Let's just say there was garbage in our room when we arrived.... also lifeguard for the kids slide was sleeping- I really couldn't recommend this place more. We also were told the pool was closed by sunset and they shut it down at 5:00- ridiculous!

Yelp
Regarding safety, Margaritaville now provides a metal wrist band which allows access to the elevator and rooms. The additional feature is it will only allow you to go to your floor from the elevator. Ft Lauderdale water taxi ride can be picked up from the dock across A1A at "It's 5 o'clock Somewhere on the intercostal waterway. It's a full days adventure of 6-8 hours. You'll motor pass the mangroves, the port and under multiple bridges to see where some of the worlds and the local most rich and famous live on Millionairs and Billionaires row on the New River.

Yelp
I ordered the Buffalo shrimp. A friend and I sat at the bar. It was good service and even better food. It's a great location on the beach if you'd like to have a sports bar feel. Lots of parking options and chill environment.
