Margaritaville Restaurant - Pigeon Forge

The burgers were awesome. the atmosphere was very touristy but fun. Service was good. They originally sat us down, add a very dirty table, and my daughter sat in a bunch of liquid on the chair, but they moved us when we asked. Key lime pie was good but the green beans were way overcooked, but they did take it off.

It's your typical large restaurant chain, based on a bigger than life musical personality. It has great island vides and an over the top margarita blender that fills with "booze" during the Margaritaville song. There's lots of cool decor items throughout the joint. We came in on a freezing 34° night and were seated near the front doors, which sent in a blast of cold air every time it opened. Other than that it was a fun culinary experience. We had the fish tacos, chicken tenders, grilled shrimp and fish and chips. All of them had good flavor, but they weren't great, it all needed just a bit more seasoning. The fries are very well seasoned and crispy. I had to try one of their signature margaritas, which was good.

As I was hungry and my partner wasn’t we went in here for something quick to eat. The service was great, very friendly waiter and were served quickly. My drink was topped up before I had chance to ask. The portion sizes were good and the cocktail my partner had was also good. Prices reasonable and the atmosphere was also good. We were later in the evening so was a lot quieter than it probably can get

Variety of items in the menu. Had the jambalaya and the garlic bacon burger. I feel like the burger could have used more of a garlic flavor, didn’t taste much of it. Fries were good. The best were the mixed drinks! Had a few different ones and they were all great. We sat outside while they were playing live music. It was comfortable. They were busy, so the service was slow. Everyone was nice. Clean bathrooms.

James was an awesome server and super appreciated his service to the US Navy. Food was very good and hot. Definitely coming back next time we are in town.

This was my first time here and it was a wonderful experience. The cheeseburger in paradise was very good and the volcano nachos were too die for plus the perfect margarita was outstanding. I loved the atmosphere and it was relaxing and not very busy. The gift shop was great and prices were very reasonable. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were great.

Delicious food. Great wait staff. Nice decor/theming. The line wasn't bad & the wait was reasonable even though there were a lot of guests.

The atmosphere is great. Our server Crystal was excellent. The presentation of the food was decent, and the spinach artichoke dip was good. The lunch was the disappointment. The burgers were very dry and had very little flavor. The fries were very salty.

I really liked this Margaritaville. It is located on the Island in Pigeon Fordge and is convenient to the other stores. They also have a gift shop to get some souvenirs as well. The service was good, our waiter was quick and efficient as well as friendly. The food came out fresh and hot and looked delicious. Live music was going on when we were eating, and it was nice to eat in a peaceful place with some live music. The ambiance is really good here. Lots of decorations and things to look at and see. Super fun place to eat at!

Not worth the time or money invested. Food was largely tasteless, unless you like salt. Drinks were waaaay overpriced. That's what I get for going to a tourist trap. I'll never go again....

Listen, when it comes to tourist locations, I will always point in the direction of locally owned and operated places, and there are a good selection of those in the area. However, when you have 10 people and a baby, and your family is full of closet parrotheads, it sometimes is the safest bet, and they didn't disappoint. Danielle was hands down, the best server I've ever seen in a Margaritaville location. She was full of positive energy, extremely accommodating, and went above and beyond to fulfill requests. Food and drink speed was great, and we were in and out in under an hour. For what it is, it was fantastic, and if you have the urge for a margarita or a cheeseburger in paradise, I would recommend.

It is very rare for me to leave a negative review, but this was a super disappointing experience. We have visited many Margaritaville restaurants in other areas but this was a one and only to this location. The restaurant was not busy at all. We walked in and went straight to a table with our two small children. It was at least 10-15 minutes before anyone even came to take our drink order and our kids were about to turn up. When our server finally arrived, I let her know we were ready to order and she appeared visibly annoyed by this. She wasn't rude per se but she was definitely not a ray of sunshine. We ordered, and I guess the food took an average time to come out but after the wait to order it felt like an eternity. I have zero issue with the fact that the meals are overpriced because I understand that to an extent you're paying for the brand and the experience. That being said - my meal was terrible. I ordered fish tacos and I didn't even think it was possible for a taco to be bland. The mango salsa was the only part that made it even edible, and even that part was underwhelming. The restaurant has the giant blender like the one in Myrtle so that was fun for our kiddos. Poor service, plus bland overpriced definitely ensures we will not visit this place again. Definitely much better options.

What a nice restaurant, such a vibrant look to it and it exudes fun. The margaritas are delish and so was the food. The service is extremely nice and it wasn't a long wait. It's conveniently located across from all the shops and rides in the island.

We've always had a great experience at Margaritaville restaurants in several other cities. This one was disappointing. Our server 'forgot' to bring my wife's cocktail. And had it on our check! Crab cakes I opted for felt fibrous. Ambiance was good as in other Margaritaville restaurants. Overall was not worth our time.

Went here for a drink before the ball dropped on New Years. It was very busy, but was able to get a drink at the bar without a long wait. Decided to stop by after the festivities and get another drink and food to go. The drinks were made good and the food was decent. Would definitely go back!

Stopped here for a light lunch before shopping at Tanger Outlets. We just had the appetizer trio, shrimp appetizer and a side salad. The decorations and music were fitting and exactly what you'd expect. Everything was cooked right and didn't have to wait long at all. Best of all though was the sever, his name was Dylan and honestly one of the best servers we've had in a LONG TIME!!!

Everything in the place was unbelievably good and beautiful. The food, ambiance and service were amazing.

First time to the Pigeon Forge area. Establishment sits in the Island area of Pigeon Forge. There are two Margaritaville restaurants, this is the stand alone next to the Wyndham Club building. Quick to sit. Place was empty which should have been a clue but it was a little after lunch so we thought why not. Sat at the back near the bar area. Service was a bit slow especially for so few customers We ordered a spicy nacho appetizer to share as we had big dinner plans. Drinks were water and a Landshark beer. The beer arrived cool; not cold. Glass was cold but beer itself was like it had just been tapped off an unrefrigerated keg. Nachos arrived and presentation was ok. A lot of sour cream and guacamole, cheese plentiful on top but none under the first layer of chips and the amount or meat/bean was almost a joke. It took awhile to get our waiters attention (I don't fault him as it seemed he was waiting tables AND tending bar). I showed and asked our waiter for more meat which he did bring out for an additional $5. The additional meat/bean was room temperature. We started to eat it and it was just off. So we left the pile of chips and the remainder of the meat/bean concoction and paid the check. Unfortunately, within hours we were both sick to our stomachs drinking Pepto and trying not to throw up. So much for our dinner plans. This lingered for a few days and really put a damper on our vacation. Never again and I do not recommend .

Blaire our bartender was amazing!!! Best margarita ever. So good I needed 2!!! My husband had a manhattan. Well 2.....

Richie G!!! I'm gluten free and he was so helpful making sure I understood the menu. He even got me my sweet potato fries in the dedicated fryer. He checked on us multiple times and was just so personable! Richie G I hope you get a drink bud because it's 5 o'clock somewhere!

This was our first time visiting a Margaritaville. Overall, we had a pleasant experience except for the loud thundstorm and sound of an airplane... it was too loud for my 4 yr old daughter. She kept saying mommy, it's too loud. She did enjoy seeing the water fill up the big blender at the entrance. That was a highlight for her lol. Stacey, our server, was great. Very informative and knew a lot about the menu. I considered the quesadilla but she shared that it wasn't a big portion. So I went with my next selection, the Broccoli Chicken Pasta. It was good but I could have used more sauce on it. My hubby had the jambalaya, he said, it was really good. It was seasoned nicely. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would visit again. As we were leaving, a live band was setting up so we probably wouldn't go for dinner as we have small kids. The kids shrimp dinner was pricey to us. 6 shrimp and fries for $17.99.

Food was pretty good. Got the chicken tenders. They were moist and hot (temperature wise). Service was a little slow but they were slammed since we went during Jeep invasion. The interior was amazing.

We stopped at the Margaritaville during our trip because we went to the island with our dog and it ended up being way too hot for him. We were seated quickly in the shade by the bar, and a staff member brought our dog water so quickly. We were able to put in drink orders right away and they came out super quick. We waited for my sister to arrive, and then asked the staff if we could combine tables and they were more than willing to let us combine. Overall, this was a highlight of the trip - it was originally out of necessity but I'm glad we stopped. I would go back for sure while visiting pigeon forge.

The service was great. People were friendly. The atmosphere was great. The chicken tenders were tough and spinach, artichoke dip tasted awful and had a weird texture.

Our server was good! But, the food was very blah. We paid $106.00 for mediocre food. Definitely something I could have gotten anywhere else for half the price. They seated us at a dirty table that still had Mac and cheese in the chairs. My husband's water had something in it. My drink had an ant in it when the server brought it. The ribs were over peppered. They were out of all the seafood. The live music nice. But, overall it was not worth it. I will not be back. Super disappointed.

This restaurant was very fun and the food was very good. I ordered the fish and chips and it was amazing. The service was a little slow but the servers were very nice and got us everything we wanted. My kids really enjoyed the ocean themed decor and all of my family loved how the drinks also had a little ocean twist. I love this restaurant and definitely think people who are in this area should visit it.

Great comfy couch afternoon spot in the sun by fire outside with a frosty top shelf margarita ! 1 bartender fun n personable. Earlier one ... not. Tasty wings. Go see bird inside. Helpful man at front desk. Bathrooms clean. Watch nearby waterworks like mini Vegas.

Terrible food - Terrible service I called earlier from my hotel to make a reservation and they told me that they didn't take reservations. When my wife and I got to the front desk they asked if we had a reservations. ?? We were seated upstairs and had to wait about 10 minutes for a server. He was snotty and barely attended .. only taking our order and giving us our check. I ordered the seafood platter and my wife ordered the coconut shrimp. The food had no flavor other than the dipping sauces. They tasted like they came right out of a frozen food box. We ordered Pina Coladas expecting a tropical themed restaurant to specialize in them. They were the worst. at $11 a glass. Just crushed ice and some coconut rum with a pineapple wedge.. that's it! My wife barely touched hers. When I got the bill at almost $90 I decided a 10% was more than fair considering the food and lack of service. I noted on the receipt - food lousy - pina colada's terrible - service mediocre (sad face). When my wife were leaving we were confronted by our server at the bottom of the stairs as why we left such a low tip and bad review. I had to control myself. I have never been confronted so rudely by a server in my life. If your food and service sucks then maybe you should work on improving it!

We had dinner here, Friday night, close to closing. I would say the food is about average, on par with a local Applebee's. We didn't find the prices to be all that bad, but then again we are all from the New York area, so I'm sure that has something to do with it. The drinks were pretty weak, and our waiter was definitely frazzled. I believe he was triple sat, he said. While we were there we witnessed a table being thrown out and a brawl about to ensue with the manager. All in all, it was dinner and a show, I guess some would say. I wouldn't be in a huge rush to go back, but this was my first margaritaville experience.

Love this spot ! We asked where was a good spot to go for drinks and everyone in the city said this spot will be it . The ambiance was really chill and laid back . As we sat there waiting for our drinks we had a guy to come take professional photos of us and had decent prices for them. Huge shoutout To the bar tender for making some amazing drinks for us while we were there . Definitely recommend

Food and drinks always good at every Margaritaville location. Temperature was hot, maybe the AC wasn't working. Server asked for ID, pulled mine out & she said, "no, just him," indicating my husband. Ouch! Poor etiquette for someone whom I will be tipping after the meal, lol. Burgers and chicken sandwiches very good.

Richie G. Was our server and he was EXCELLENT, in spite of our confusing the heck out of him with our order. He was very friendly and very attentive, and came back to the table to check on us multiple times. We had our dog with us and he brought him a bowl of water and even kept offering to bring him refills. The food was just average, not great but not bad, but the service was fantastic.

Have been twice to try to give them benefit of doubt and will never be back. Took our server over 5 minutes to come so we ended up leaving. They changed a lot of the menu and limited items that were very popular including their pretzel. The first time we went the food was not seasoned or tasted good at all. Will not be back to this overpriced place that values money over good service.

Let's get started with the price! OUTRAGEOUS! What would jimmy buffet do? Probably not charge $15 for a strawberry margarita! And also the place just started randomly shaking and rumbling! I don't know what that was all about but I didn't like it! Me and the old lady actually enjoyed the margaritas and the fries were good! So margaritaville change storm surge and price!

Ordered the club sandwich with an uptown top shelf margarita. The margarita was smooth and delicious. The club sandwich was really big and also really good. All the drinks at our table were amazing. Multiple people had club sandwiches and loved them. The burger ordered at our table was also cooked perfectly and tasty. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Would eat here again.

My cousin and I were staying at the Margaritaville @ the island and so we went to the Margaritaville restaurant that's across from the hotel and our server Crystal was amazing she went above and beyond to help us with our needs she is an amazing server we love her. We definitely would come back to visit her if we come back in town. Thank you Crystal and the rest of the staff.

SO MUCH FUN! Management was accommodating for our party of 30! We had our Christmas party there it was a great time. Food timely allowed seperate checks drinks flowing pics taken it was fun! Great job we will be back.

Finally stopped at one of these. The music and decor were fabulous. The Cheeseburger in Paradise was one of the bestest cheeseburgers I've ever had. It was simple, but it was delicious. Service was efficient and the bathrooms were clean.

Service was amazing!! Thank you Chloe for that wonderful experience! Wife got the sampler plate and everything looked good and she said it was good so I'll take her word on it. The club sandwich was huge I couldn't eat the entire plate. And it was wonderful. Could have made myself sick by eating it but I have learned that lesson. Clean fun place to hang out and have some drinks. Again the service always makes a 4* a 5* imo.

The Margaritaville in Pigeon Forge was the by far the worst experience in my life. Everything from the host desk to the service. I would recommend to anyone that wants to enjoy their avenging with their family, choose any other restaurant.

This place was super awesome. Went today for lunch. The margaritas the bartender made was great. The food was spectacular. I give this place five stars for sure. The service we got was great. The waiter was friendly and outgoing. We got so much food we could not eat it all and had to take it home. We got appetizer platter, fries and shrimp.

Well...it was margaritaville. The blender was a bit subpar at this one, compared to others. The food was also meh, but it was great considering how long you have to wait for it. The service wasn't great - we were waiting quite a while to even be acknowledged, but our server and all the others really just seemed overwhelmed. We got lucky bc many were seated before us that weren't served by the time we were finished eating. Drinks were great, everything else was subpar...the island itself is fun though.

Visited this place for the first time. The atmosphere and margaritas were the only good parts of this experience. Our waiter/bartender was attentive however once we order he was hard to come by. Oh and when he brought our drinks out he had a vape smoke coming out his nose.... 12$ for a single margarita in a plastic cup and a soft pour:( Ordered fried pickles for appetizer which were mediocre. The southern burger we shared was undercooked the first time, then a little over cooked the second. 18$ for this was not worth it at all, and we will not be returning

Doesn't take reservations so we walked in early on a Tuesday at 5:30 for a group of 13 for my brothers birthday, including 5 kids. We were seated quickly, which was awesome! Over 90 min later we still didn't have food, were told another group was being served. Other smaller parties got seated, ate, and left in the time we had ordered. I am pretty sure they forgot our food order entirely. When the food arrived it was wrong - 3 orders incorrect. My sweet potato fries were completely cold. 2 orders missing. I asked for an order of fries heated up and they just refried my order and they were burnt to a crisp. They didn't offer anything else. Didn't replace them. My bang bang shrimp had sauce on 2 pieces. It was my brothers 50th bday and I bought shots for everyone - they were $12.50 a shot. We bought several rounds of drinks. I asked for them to do something fun like sing happy birthday (heard them doing for another bday) and they did nothing. We spent over $600 for crappy, cold food and grouchy kids and adults.

me and my family was at the margaritaville restaurant in pigeon forge and the food was not good . my fish was cold and my broccoli was not fully cooked. my son got a appetizer and the chicken was cold and Randy got the jambalaya and it was aweful., The rice was hard and it didn't have any soup in it , very dry. And Randy is never one to complain. I know i probably didn't spell that right. our bill was $178.00 plus the tip and we tiped our waiter $42.00,which his name was Robert and he was amazing and the only thing good about eating there because the food was terrible and it seemed very high in price as well. HAVE A GREAT DAY..

We have been here two times and both times it has been hot in the restaurant, the bar service is horrible and over priced. Not to mention their novelties do not even work. The blender

I had high hopes for this place. We had been looking forward to coming here as it was our first time. We didn't wait very long to be seated upstairs. Our table was a on the outside perimeter of the room. Our server, Andrew, was kind and friendly. He had suggestions about what to have. I had the fish tacos. My husband had the BBQ Cheddar burger with a side of BBQ sauce for dipping fries. When Andrew brought our drinks he said he couldn't find straws and he "hoped that was okay". A little while later we noticed the party seated closest to us after we arrived had straws. When our drinks were empty, we asked Andrew for more since he tended to make himself scarce. Another kitchen worker brought out our meals some time later. There was no BBQ sauce and no Andrew. He finally came to take the orders of a nearby table. He didn't check on us or look in our direction. I got up to ask him for the BBQ sauce. When I caught up with him, I found him leaning at the bar watching the football game. The egg roll appetizer was the highlight of our meal. Very good! The fish tacos were decently good, but there was hardly any sauce on them and one had none at all. The BBQ Cheddar burger was mediocre at best. We could've gotten one like it somewhere else for much less cost. Overall, we were disappointed with Margaritaville. $68 plus tip wasn't worth it. So much for a relaxed, worry-free meal. We would not go back.

We had a great night at Margaritaville. We were seated upstairs with our 2 elementary aged kids. The news was on the large tv and we asked them to change it since it had some disturbing events but they didn't. Meanwhile the other 50 tvs did not have the news so not sure why they wouldn't. A balloon artist came out on stilts which was a huge hit. Service was fast and food was very good for it being a chain. We got the trio sampler, kids got burgers and adults got coconut shrimp and fish tacos. All were enjoyed.

Went here for some margaritas. I was so excited since it's Margaritaville, right? Saddest thing ever was to walk away with an $80 dollar bill to be JUST AS SOBER AS I WAS WHEN I WALKED IN THERE... Broke my heart and my pockets. My advice- just buy one drink just to say you went there. There's hardly any alcohol in those things.

This review is for Fins Bar & Chill. We came on a Saturday afternoon at lunch time and plenty of seating was available. We were a party of 4. Our waitress was quick to bring us water and take our orders. She was also very attentive and friendly. I had the shrimp salad and it was delicious!! Great atmosphere, clean environment, reasonable prices.

Well, it is a Margaritavelle and its in Pigeon Forge..... So, Yes its pretty awesome! Parrot heads everywhere!

They added a $36 gratuity tip after giving the bare minimum of service Waited an hour for our meals on a Sunday night The Mac and cheese looks like Kraft that sat at the bottom of a pot Half of our orders were wrong And the bathrooms were disgusting The stairs, bathroom floor, and flooring around the dining areas were all sticky

Listen. If you go to a chain theme restaurant, you aren't expecting the best food ever. You might even be expecting a bad time. But that's not what happened! It was pretty quiet when we got there for lunch. We were seated no wait. Our waiter was very polite. We shared the nacho appetizer which was huge and more than enough for the 5 of us. I got the seafood platter which had 2 types of shrimp and fish and chips. It was all hot and well seasoned. The plain fried shrimp was a little salty but the dip it came with had a little spice to help cut it. The coconut shrimp were my favorite. They came with a sweet dipping sauce that made them even better. The batter on the fish wasn't too thick and was nice and crisp. The fries were well seasoned. I do ask of Margaritaville: please get a mocktail menu. You have all those juices and purées, just put some in sprite and sell it to me for $6. I'm begging.

Amazing food, had the fried pickles appetizer, seafood combo, and Caribbean jerk salmon. We also had tranquil waters and mountain margarita drinks, light drinks that tasted amazing. Service from Marq was extraordinary. He was fun and helpful, answering any questions and being an overall wonderful server. And of course, the amazing atmosphere of a Margaritaville restaurant, with Hurricanes every 30 minutes the Sunday we went.

I've never been to a margaritaville before, that being said I love how consistently the theme is. It's a busy and can be loud at times. My young children thought it was such a fun environment. We got sat in ten minutes when we were estimated 20 minutes. I got the mahi tacos and they were so delicious, their moonshine drinks were delicious too. Even though it's a chain I'm so glad they had some local specials. Bathrooms were a bit small for such a big restaurant. Our server Christa was so kind and on it.
