Margaritaville Restaurant

I came to this restaurant after getting off the water taxi nearby with my partner. The food was decently good. There really isn’t much for a vegetarian to order, so I order the pasta with a side of spinach. My partner got the steak with yuca fries. The alcoholic beverages we ordered were decent, no complaints there. When it was time to pay, I mentioned and showed the water taxi brochure with the discounts. They honored the discount, but then threw away our brochure. The brochure showed discounts for other restaurants that were near by the water taxi, so we definitely wanted it back. Luckily, the manager was able to accommodate the issue and find a new brochure for us. Thank you, I’m willing to come back and possibly stay a the resort attached.

We visited JWB and the atmosphere was nice. The steak was good but the sides were bland. Our waiter was attentive and the drinks were good. I would visit again.

EDIT: We also came for Sunday brunch and it was also great! See below. --- Came around 9pm on a Saturday in October so no wait, live music was playing, and our waitress was great. A little expensive for what you get IMO but that's expected for a resort restaurant. The food was HOT when it came out so everything was very fresh. Now a rundown for the food: Drinks: were reasonably strong and tasty, no complaints Chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries: I know it looks a little sad in the photo but ignore my bad photography skills. The sandwich was just mid but that might be my fault for taking the jalapenos off. The sweet potato fries were AMAZING, so crispy and the yam flavor came thru well, I would come back just for those, most places serve them soggy but these were great. Burger and regular fries: fiancé said it was the best burger he has had in a while, fries were just okay. Shrimp cajun pasta: sister said it was quote "warm and inviting" LOL and not spicy. She would get it again! Chicken quesadilla: said it was flavorful, the chicken was very juicy, the pico was a great compliment to it and it wasn't spicy. Def a meal and not an appetizer. Overall I would come here again while staying at the resort. For a weekend night it was really good!! based on the other reviews it might seem like during other times/days it might be a pass; but if you are staying at the resort it will probably be a good dinner!! --- Breakfast: Not busy, service was great again, got some drinks off the brunch menu which were good! Chicken and waffles was great, the waffle was fluffy and the chicken was crispy and I really liked the flavor of the spicy honey. Smoked Salmon (lox) bagel, said the salmon was really amazing in particular and would definitely get it again Parents got the traditional breakfast and said it was good but nothing to write home about except for the breakfast potatoes, but then again, the rest of what they ordered was just scrambled eggs and toast, so kinda basic ;) Would def recommend!

For the best service ever, get Kelly as your waitress. So hospitable, so kind, so great! She left us a fantastic memorable experience!

Our dinner was intimate and delicious. The live band was playing some of my favorite oldies. Our waitress was great! The food was top tier. The seabreeze was amazing while eat on the patio. Took a stroll on the beach after dinner. We'll be back.

The service was excellent, the food was good and the atmosphere was great. I had the fish and chips and really enjoyed it. The restaurant had a really good vibe. Being in Margaritaville on the beach in Florida just made you feel good. Their gift shop was awesome and it is well worth the trip. I will return. I returned and again the Jerk Wings were fantatic and the nachos are huge and really good. As usual we received very good service... Thank you Narrone and we hope to see you again soon. Upon retuning Rochelle was our waitress. She too was amazing. The food was great and so was the live music. Once Again Rochelle was our waitress and she made our meal another outstanding experience. After several months away she remembered us right down to our love for the jerk wings. I do not have the words to describe how welcoming she is and how much she improves the atmosphere here. The bloody Mary's here are fantastic. The Jerk Wings are still some of my favorite wings period. The yucca fries are really good and the spicy chicken sandwich topped off another great experience. The background music was a really nice selection of music.

The drinks were weak and lacked the punch you'd expect from a place known for its cocktails. The food was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. The atmosphere was lively and fun, but the overall experience fell a bit short. If you’re looking for a great cocktail, you might want to try elsewhere, but it’s still a decent spot for a casual bite.

My wife and I were staying in the resort, so we decided to stop by this establishment for breakfast. My wife ordered the Key West omelet, while I opted to build my own omelet. Both omelets were served with crispy potato home fries. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her meal, which was filled with crabmeat and shrimp. The portion was generous, and the service was fast, even though we visited on the weekend. I would definitely come back to this restaurant if we’re staying in the hotel.

Best rice and beans i have ever had and thats coming from a cuban & Puerto Rican ok all hands down loved it. The fish taco was great. This place is really clean and cheerful environment. Jackie our waitress has a good knowledge on what she is serving great service on her part . Very attentive young lady hard worker. Thank you Jackie for making our dining experience wonderful. Staying here with my girls and we are having a great time. The restaurant was pretty good all things considered. The service was excellent and she was very kind and attentive. The vibe is super fun for families and groups. There is a bunch of fun decor around and a lot to soak up. The food we got was pretty average but not bad at all. I got the spicy chicken sandwhich with sweet potatoe waffle fries. The fries were awesome to be fair. The girls got a burger and chicken tenders. My youngest claims they were the BEST chicken tenders she'd ever had lol. My oldest enjoyed the burger as well. I also got an old-fashioned because I noticed the use Elijah Craig whiskey with it, which is one of my favorites. It did not disappoint. All in all it's definitely worth checking it out. We will be popping into the Landshark today, as we were told it had some winning options on the menu. I'm not sure if they are different from each other but we are going to find out!

We stopped in for a quick lunch. Our server was super kind and quick. The food came out super fast and everything was delicious and well sized for the price. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very fun and colorful with an open dining area. We enjoyed our meal and the service we received. Give this place a go. It looks like they have live music often. Possibly in the evenings for dinner.

Oh dear. When we looked for a place to celebrate my son's birthday close to the hotel we chose for our staycation we looked at the menu and it seemed super promising. I grew up on chicken sateh and it's not often that I find multiple things that grab my interest. When we arrived, the restaurant was super empty. This seems unusual on a Saturday. The hostess was very friendly and efficient. She directed us to a booth shaped like a boat. It was big and cool. Like nothing we've seen before. Our server Lauren was amazingly attentive and proactive. She was around when we needed her to be and she paid special attention to our birthday boy. The people were super. The food was unbelievably disappointing. The chicken on the sateh was rubbery. Hard to bite into. The chicken on the spicy chicken sandwich was equally bad. My wife chose a healthy bowl with chicken that was rubbery and tasteless. The breading was thicker than the chicken. Lauren seemed like she could have taken care of these things, but I did not want to have that type of conversation. I just wanted it to be a fun outing. We sang to my son. The staff brought him a treat. A positive thing to mention is that the chicken tenders my son chose were great. Nice, juicy chicken. Five o'clock somewhere? Maybe in the kitchen.

The food was amazing. I got the big stack of banked with a side of bacon it was phenomenal. The waitress Kelly was great and super helpful. The setting was what u imagined for a jimmy buffett restaurant which was beach vibes and fun. I will definitely be back for sure!

Just came here for a drink and to listen to a little bit of music. I guess for anyone that wants to sit at the bar and listen to live music or if you're staying at Margaritaville this is the place to come. There were two bartenders and I have to say we had the one with no personality

This review is for 3 things: 1) Margaritaville was our wedding venue/reception and the event staff was amazing. Michelle C was our catering manager and she is the BEST. The views, the vendors, it's a well oiled machine there and my wedding was so fun. 2) The restaurant at this location is delicious! The jerk wings were not our favorite, I'd probably try another flavor, however we have always enjoyed the rest of the menu. The ahi tuna salad was good, fish n chips, my nephew liked his quesadilla. It's always 5 o clock somewhere when you walk into the jimmy Buffett celebration. 3) My company had our Holiday party recently at this Margaritaville Hollywood location, so it was nice to be on the guest side for a Margaritaville event. We loved the cornbread station!!!!!

Everything was amazing the host and my server Maria was top 5. God service and the music as well. The food was great and juice so refreshing. I recommend

We really enjoyed eating at Margaritaville Restaurant during our stay at Florida Beach. The food was outstanding and the service was top notch! Kelly was particularly great. She anticipated our needs before we had a chance to ask! We'd highly recommend this fun, delicious place to eat or have a margarita!

Maria our waitress was an amazing host very attentive and accommodated all of our needs! Made our experience a 5 star experience definitely will come back too this establishment due too her 5 star customer service. the Breakfast was great and the chef was still willing to serve us even though we made it to breakfast last minute . If you have breakfast at margaritaville ask for Maria !!!!

A lively and fun atmosphere that you would expect. Food has elevated prices, but is good and drinks are yummy, but could be stronger. The staff never misses a chance to upgrade you lol!

The location is great right on the Boardwalk close to the water. My cheeseburger was correctly cooked to medium as I ordered, but the fries, even though they were hot, were not crisp - too long under the heat lamp maybe. My husband's Cajun Chicken Salad was disappointing. The chicken was a bit overcooked and cold. The lettuce was limp. Disappointed here. We've eaten in other Margaritaville locations which were better. Some even in an airport.

I went here for a meeting. The place was gorgeous and the service was amazing. Even from the entrance the service was amazing. I was greeted by employees and given clear directions on how to get to the restaurant. Our service was Norrone and he was very professional and gave me the recommendation with the fish tacos, which was absolutely delicious. I will be coming back!

Yes I would recommend this place. We went on two different nights and the atmosphere was still the same super fun and entertaining. I appreciate the host as well. He was very engaging.

We stayed at the Margaritaville resort for a week and came here a few times. This is a fairly large indoor outdoor bar restaurant overlooking the main pool at the resort. It has a beach and nautical theme and bands at night. Servers try but seem a bit stretched. Came once for breakfast and had the Huevos Rancheros which were a tasty nice mix although the dish was a bit too heavy on the refried beans. Came here once for dinner and had the cheeseburger and it was ok, not great. Just meh. Had the key lime pie and similarly it was ok but not great. Too much like cheesecake. The JWB has a much better key lime pie, this one must come from a food service supplier. Fun vacation atmosphere. A decent place for bar food, a drink or beer and the bands. Don't expect fine dining.

We came here for Mother's Day brunch. They offered a special menu. We ordered Candied bacon Eggs Benedict with red chimichurri hollandaise sauce. It was absolutely delicious! And our waiter was fabulous. We never had to ask for a thing, he was already on it before we could ask. Top notch service!

Before off to Miami Open, we stopped by for breakfast. Here is my review: It's great for kids and groups. We're here at 9am and people started to trickle in. It has a few sections, indoor and out, that looking out to one of their pools. Our server has a big smile and complimented my purple hair highlight. She's well prepared. At check time, she asks with a smile: room check or regular. I like the small detail she or management puts in. We've smoked salmon and SW skillet: both are good. The slice of grapefruit isn't freshly cut. I crave bagel but haven't found one shop that makes as good as New York's - perhaps due to the water? Their portion is a little bit too large, and I hate to waste food - coming from Beijing before the economic boom, we were or at least I often went hungry. This little sentiment comes from the Smith tea bag, which was established in 1949... Jimmy Buffett (1946-2023) was a prolific song writer who died in Sag Harbor on Long Island on Sept 1, when the foliage begins to turn and New York is at her prettiest. RIP Your legacy is preserved. And we're well fed -:) A simple song spawn an industry. Well done.

I came here while staying at Margaritaville for an early birthday vacation for my daughter, and let me tell you, it was a blast! We checked in quickly, and the first thing you notice when entering the restaurant is the attention to detail--how spacious and clean it is, plus the wonderful ambient lighting. We were seated immediately in the middle of the restaurant. It wasn't super busy, but the vibe was spot-on. There's a downstairs and an upstairs, which I thought was really cool, and outdoor seating with a ship sitting in water outside--how awesome is that? You also get a great view of the pools (check out the pics!). Inside, they have a stage with a live band that plays several nights a week. We caught what I think was hip-hop and R&B night, and it was such a fun atmosphere. Now, onto the food--our server, Rufus (I believe), was quick, attentive, personable, and friendly. Everything you could want from a server. My daughter ordered the Cheeseburger in Paradise. After doing her foodie research, she found out it's their staple burger. It came with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, Picanha steak, caramelized onions, pickles, and paradise island dressing for $20.00. She got the sweet potato waffle fries per our server's recommendation, and she said it was amazing--perfectly cooked at medium temperature. I took a small bite, and it was indeed very good. I had their Wagyu steak, which was Picanha steak, caramelized onions, pickles, paradise island dressing, arugula, Havarti cheese, and chimichurri sauce on ciabatta bread for $22.00. It was so good--warm, filling, perfectly cooked, and seasoned. I could've used a bit more chimichurri sauce, but no complaints; this sandwich was delicious. It came with French fries, which were amazing--crispy, potato-forward, and perfectly salted. I also mentioned to our server that this dinner was for my daughter's birthday, and he brought out a slice of chocolate fudge cake with a candle in it and two spoons. It was a spectacular night--the ambiance, the service, the food. This is something my daughter had been wanting to do for a long time, and everything was perfect. I will most definitely be back, and I highly recommend you stop in even if you're not staying at the Margaritaville hotel like we did. Some things I want to try next time I'm there: - Cajun Pasta with chicken - Coconut Tres Leches - Garlic Sautéed Spinach - Island Rice - Key West Quesadilla - Chicken Wings - Cajun Chicken Cobb Salad - Cheeseburger in Paradise (even though I had a bite of my daughter's, I want my own) This might take several trips. HAHA

Norrone was amazing. Originally, he was very attentive and then it got busy so it was understandable but even then, he made sure to talk and make us feel special. He even recommend other stuff for our future Jamaica trip since he is a native. He made sure we felt welcomed and enjoyed our experience regardless of the obstacles. He was an amazing waiter and deserves the employee of the month every month.

My husband got the waygu stir fry. And he loved it. Tad pricey for the amount of food but it was worth it. I got the lemon tahni and I did not like it not the best choice. Nachos are good drinks are good. Nice and strong The waiter was great. Went on a Monday night so no live music not a big crowd but it was nice.

This place always has a lot of energy and good vibes. We came here to grab dinner and a drink. The food and drinks here seem to be high priced so bring your wallet. I would suggest just going with beer because the mixed drinks seem lite on alcohol. There was live music which was a nice touch. This is a very touristy commercial spot so keep that in mind. Waitress did a nice job.

Felt like an applebees, maybe 1 step up. The margaritas were excellent. The food was good, high calories thanks for letting us know. Nothing stood out as being memorable. they were very accommodating for my Childs picky eating. Never an easy task.

Service was really good, however the food was alright. Small portion and not flavorful. Ambiance was very nice. Live band was terrific.

The piña colada is a must try. The best I've ever had in my entire life. The restaurant is very Caribbean themed, and the service was great. Overall an amazing experience.

RIP Jimmy Buffett! I was hanging out in Hollywood Beach on a Friday, taking in all the live music, and decided to grab a bite at Margaritaville. The layout of the restaurant is pretty cool. It's like a nautical Floridia/Keys theme. There's a decent sized stage for live bands. Everything was very clean, even the bathrooms. We sat at the bar, which is pretty big. Service at the bar was ok, nothing special. The beer and cocktails weren't too pricey, but they make up for that with pricier food. Fortunately, the food came out quickly and was really good. Margaritaville satisfied my need for feeling like a tourist, even though I only live 12 miles south, so I'll be back.

We always love it here. Great food, entertainment and service. Perfect spot to enjoy wiith friends and family. Nibaldo was our waiter and he was phenomenal, attentive, very courteous and went the extra mile. He added to our overall experience at breakfast which was very needed.

My wife and I have used this restaurant as a destination for many years, Today was the last visit we will make to this restaurant. The food quality was excellent. The runner that broght the food seemed to be the only one that was interested in satisfying the customer. Overall service was in a word STINKO! This is a big restaurant, and it had only 2 waiters to serve a lot of people both indoors and outdoors. Example: my wife ordered a drink that the waiter forgot to bring. It was delivered by the bartender after the food was brought by the runner and we asked the runner to see the waiter. He then remembered the drink after we reminded him of the drink, and the Bartender brought the drink to the table, She forgot a coaster, her words, we are still waiting for the coaster. This used to be a nice place to go to, it is now on our never go back to list. We were planning to go to the one in NYC, if this is any indication of what service is like at your restaurants we are done! Goodbye and good luck!

Food was good. Friendly and attentive staff. Terrific band played. However... i may be accused of being old but it was very loud there. It was difficult to have a conversation with the person next to me, let alone across the table.

Food was mediocre, and cost was very high. :( ordered the chilaquiles (small size) and it was nearly $18. Had a cup of coffee but at that price, we shared a plate and went on with our day. Our waitress was very nice though- asked if we were doing alright.

Had a wonderful late lunch here yesterday. Natalie was our server, and she was excellent. Very pleasant to converse with and got our orders right. I had the tuna melt. It was delicious and well seasoned. My friend had a taco salad which he liked a lot. The staff were friendly too. I would come back here.

First and foremost, BIG thanks to the staff! We were a huge group celebrating our kids graduation. The General Manager, Vanessa was incredible! She's defiantly great at what she does, incredibly professional and accommodating. Our server, Norrone, was amazing!!! Can't say enough about him. Special person and very great at helping us have a great experience. The food was great, on-time and perfect. I had the blackened fish sandwich- delicious. Thanks again Vanessa and Norrone, keep up the GREAT work!!

Food mediocre at best. No seasoning. Greasy fried fish. Fries were good. Service was good.

Went the first day of arrival for drinks and an appetizer. The margaritas were good and so were the tuna nachos. Asked for an old fashioned and it was definitely not made appropriately. The bartender used sweet vermouth which made the drink super dry and just wasn't good. We had vouchers for the breakfast buffet from a corporate event. We got sat but nobody came over to wait on us for drinks. After 15 minutes I had to flag someone down to ask. The woman said she'd send someone over and went to the other server and asked if he wanted to wait on us and he looked at me with a very dirty look and said no. There were no interactions with that server prior to have ever been treated that way. The woman went ahead and took care of us. The breakfast buffet was horrible. The sausage links couldn't be cut, the bacon was typical thin hotel bacon like the kind you buy from the dollar store. The biscuits were dry and the eggs were typical hotel scrambled eggs. This was a complete waste of the company's money. We needed up going to Hard Rock for breakfast the next day.

Came here to meet some friends for lunch. Other than just being generic bar food, it's a good touristy place to go. It's right on the beach so you can make a whole day of it. The servers are nice and attentive. Pro tip- the hotel has their own parking garage, so there's no need to valet or park far away.
