I had the surf and turf and it was amazing. The wine was great too. I was dining by myself and mentioned it was my birthday that day and they didn’t offer me a free dessert or anything, little off putting considering how much I spent on dinner ($175 CAD for surf & turf and one glass of wine). Also they didn’t return for a good 20 minutes after clearing my plate until I eventually had to ask for the bill.

Made a reservation online for my lady’s birthday dinner. They sat us outside on the water for a picturesque view. The seafood was delicious! The crab cakes were phenomenal as well as the salmon, calmari and the rum cake! Check it out! You will not be disappointed!

Marguerite’s in Montego Bay is a great spot for a nice dinner with a view. The food was absolutely delicious—everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The seafood, in particular, was fresh and cooked perfectly. Service was solid—attentive without being intrusive, and everything came out at a good pace. The setting itself is what really stands out, though. The views are spectacular, especially if you get a table by the water. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit back, enjoy a great meal, and take in the scenery. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a memorable dining experience in Montego Bay.

Dear Lord where to start. My glass if Quilt Red Blend should have been a warning. I sent that back. Serving a slightly warm and single roll another warning. But the beef tartare was the real tragedy. Nothing fresh about it. Even that but if thin toast on top. I sat and sipped on a glass from the bottle of Decoy Chardonnay ordered the rum cake and half of that.

Could be better This is one of the pricier spots (fine dining) in Montego Bay so I’m rating it as such. Reservations Is required. The atmosphere is naturally beautiful, it could use a little soft music to up the ambiance . The service at the entrance was nice as the security guard was very polite and professional, the hostess was not as much. She could use some work. The waiter, not really a great waiter for a fine dining. Service was subpar at best. Please encourage Waiters to ask if the guests have any dietary restrictions. I did make my dietary restrictions known and I was still served an appetizer with dairy, had to rush home to get meds. For a fine dining, a waiter shouldn’t be walking by a table with plates needed to be cleared (set to the side at that). Quite a few small details that needs to be worked to make it a “fine dining” started . The food was okay. Very presentable but mid in flavor. All in all… for fine dining, mid.

This is by far one of my favourite spots in Montego Bay. The food and wine selection is simply lovely. But the service staff needs training in how to speak to get their points over in a warm manner. The door attendant is very transactional. Our reservations are always at 6pm…but each time we had to wait at the door since because the weren’t ready or finished setting up. We were offered each time to go to a room that seems to be a club, but it is very musty and dusty smelling so I refused that the second time round. Tip to management, if you’re opening for service at 6pm…you need to be read by 5:30pm. Your guests should NEVER wait until you decided to show up. Especially for your segment. But as I said..all things that are fixable. I don’t know who the Executive Chef is but he or she is incredible. We’ve had some hit or miss waiters as well. Some are very stuffy which leads me to believe they might have an outdated representation of fine luxury decorum. You would have had 5 stars but the service delivery needs work. Much love.

Great place to go if you want to try something a little more higher end than the average Jamaican resturants. Venue is at the seafront, so the sunset view is amazing. Staff are polite and very attentive. Food is great which is refreshing, becuase a lot of these fancy restaurants In Jamaica can't compare to the street food places, but here the food is top tier, and they also offer you something different from the everyday food available out here (like a rack of lamb)...only dig is my lava cake was not lavering lol but it still tasted OK. Will continue to be one of my favourite spots out here. Prices are also reasonable for the type of venue .

We had a wonderful, calming, and relaxing dinner on the ocean at Marguerites. The service was rather slow but the food was spectacular, they provided generous portions, and nothing can beat that beautiful ocean view dining on the deck even at night. This is one of the most beautiful restaurants in the world. If you are staying at a resort like we did, it is worth the trip into the city to dine in a luxurious setting. You just have to be patient because they may be short-staffed, but the food is worth the wait. The Lobster and Black Truffle Risotto is amazing, but the best I've had is at Georgia Sea Grill on St. Simon's Island Georgia, and this may be the second best. My sea bass was stellar.
