I recently visited Mari Beach Club Bali, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The beach club's aesthetic was marred by faded bean bags, parasols, and sun beds, giving off a worn-out vibe. The wooden furniture, exposed to the elements, looked weathered and worn.
Ambiance
While the use of bamboo and coconut leaves for the roof was a nice touch, aiming for a tropical feel, the overall appearance felt old and neglected.
Food and Drinks
The real letdown, however, was the food and drinks. Prices were steep, but the quality was subpar. They even served sauce/salt/pepper in a cheap paper cup.
Service
To make matters worse, the service was unfriendly and lacking in hospitality. The staff didn't seem enthusiastic about providing good customer service.
Overall Experience
Given the state of the facilities, overpriced and below-average food and drinks, and unfriendly service, I'd recommend exercising caution when considering a visit to Mari Beach Club Bali. There are likely better options available in the area.
I'm so sorry but I won't either come back or recommend this place to anybody.
