We ordered a ring online which we needed to return for a smaller size; similarly terrible customer service, very slow responses (if at all) and no-one picks up the phone. Highly unprofessional and we won’t be purchasing anything from them again!

Incredibly bad quality and the worst customer service I have ever been given. Bought a ring for nearly 2000 Swedish kroners and after just a couple of weeks the platings started to fall off. I take very good care of my jewellery and went back, got a new ring and the same scenario appears again. Went back and wanted to make a claim back for my money. They then tried to repair the ring which I agreed on because I really liked it. Same problem once again. Now they have the ring and won't answer or agree that this is a crystal clear reclaimation. The staff at the store try's to stall and coming with different made up statements to why they simply can't give me my money back. We still don't know if we can get the money back. I'll never ever going to buy anything by this very unserious brand again.
