We stayed here for a couple days after an emergency evacuation nearby. It was very nice to have a full kitchen available for use. We loaded up the full size fridge and freezer, and appreciated using the stove, microwave, and ice maker. Host was accommodating with our unpredictable plans and even cut up a watermelon to share with us.

We were quite fortunate to find the Marianna Inn in Panguitch.||We were greeted warmly and extended a key to a room to decide if it would suit us.( I had had to leave another place since the room there smelled of recent paint, etc.)||Our rooms were in the quiet back of the location. The beds were firm, and the shower provided a delightful spray of hot water. Everything was clean and tidy.||At our next visit to Panguitch we will again stay at the Marianna Inn !

This place should be closed down. I can handle outdated but can’t do dirty and broken down. Our room was dirty and I was going to use the refrigerator, the freezer had what looked like old lettuce in it. No shampoo in the room and the shower was gross. They need to either retire or start cleaning this up. It is by far the worst place I have stayed in my life snd I am 63.

Stayed two nights. Was very happy to have access to a full kitchen (stove, fridge, freezer, ice machine, dishes, pans). Management was friendly and helpful.

Great staff. Great location, close enough to walk to the park, store and restaurants. The outdoor seating and basketball hoop was perfect for our family!!!

We had tickets to see the Bryce Wranglers at Ebenezers Bar and Grill. We had stayed here once before and not alot has changed. It is in the process of being renovated. The best thing was the king size bed. It was comfy, but the street noise kept us from sleeping. There appeared to be rooms further off the street and that would have been great. It is in need of finishing the paint and the tiles in the bathroom floor were not glued down or grouted. We will try somewhere else after this trip.

Very nice quaint and quiet motel. The owners are very accommodating and made our stay more than comfortable. Rooms are always clean. It’s the only place we stay when we come to Panguitch and look forward to the next trip. They have always worked with us on our check-in / check-out times. They have a nice little bbq area that we always use when we are there.

Google
Clean, quiet & cozy. The Log furniture gives it a nestle in for the night feel. Also dog friendly! It's not the Ritz-Carlton, but then that's not what we were looking for. We'd definitely stay again for sure! Thank you, at the end of a long day of driving peace & quiet & comfy bed was we got!

Yelp
This place is so adorable and the owners are accommodating. It's clean and has a meeting room where you can cook and gather. The repurposed bench swings location strategically near each room are a welcome and inviting please to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Yelp
the greatest place you will ever stay in Southern Utah, owned and operStef by the friendliest couple you will ever meet

Yelp
If I could give 0 stars I would give it. The room was absolutely disgusting every towel had a stain on it. I jumped into the shower and there was someone else's hair in the shower all over. Toilet consistently runs throughout the night. And there was a dirty towel stuffed Under the sink. I should be able to walk into my hotel room and feel clean but here I am at midnight canceling my reservations for the hotel for the rest of the weekend and going over to the old faithful color country motel. Thought I would switch it up and stay here but I guess I learned my lesson. If anyone plans on staying here please change your mind it looks nice from the outside but that's it.

Yelp
Cute little place very near to Bryce canyon. Scenic views. Clean and comfortable. Lady at the front desk was very hospitable and friendly. It's an older accommodation but perfect for what we needed it for.

Yelp
This place is why I love traveling and staying at Motels/Inns. Everything was just what we needed. The bed was huge and comfy. It was so quiet--it was like we had the place to ourselves! Felt so at home here and Tarla and her family is simply the best. We loved exploring the area and seeing the beauty. Plus this place is just so adorable! Price was great. If you're looking for a break from hustle and bustle/going nonstop and you just want to enjoy life, then stay here for a few nights. We'd definitely return.

Yelp
This is the CUTEST inn ever!! You can't miss this place when going through Panguitch, UT! It's adorable - you'll see an inn with a cute painted wagon, beautiful flowers, and log cabin style rooms with brightly painted doors that make this place feel both warm and welcoming! The front desk staff was so friendly and the lobby had lots of informational brochures about things to do in the area, the lobby even had some hygiene essentials for free in case you left yours at home! The Inn offers a nice shared kitchen, beautiful views, and even a BBQ area! Even more wonderful, the inn is pet friendly and each room has a nice bench outside so you can sit and enjoy the sunset over the mountains. I stayed in room #2 which is right next to the road. Although there was some road noise, I turned on the fan and the noise didn't bother me at all. The inn offers free WiFi and I was able to use it even in room #2 which seems rather far for WiFi to reach, yay! I booked online and got my room for less than $50!! My room was a cute room that featured a full bathroom (shower, no tub), a cozy bed, a nice little table, dresser, coffee pot, air conditioning, and a tv! Everything I needed for a one night stay and it was so clean! I was expecting a barely sleep-able room for the price I paid, but I'm more than happy with what I got and will be recommending Mariannas Inn to all of my friends! I even booked an extra night ;). Check out my TikTok or IG at Destination_Fate for more pictures and videos of Marianna Inn :)

Yelp
This place is absolutely disgusting!!! Please run away and not let the outside fool you! We needed a spot for 4th of July weekend and wanted to give this place a shot our mistake! I walked in noticed the trash can was not changed should've been the first red flag. But, my boyfriend and I threw our stuff in and hit the lake we come back from a whole day of fishing wanting to get clean and notice disgusting stains on the towels not to mention a dirty one left on the floor! my boyfriend then decides to hop in the shower only to notice hair on the walls and stuck in the drain we tried to get a full refund and leave right after but the lady at the front was no help and told us we can only have a half well we decided to suck it up and stay that night to only peel back the bed sheets to hair in the bed! Icing on top of this cake is every 10 minutes a horrible noise goes off from the plumbing here (room 3) Absolutely disgusting never again! I want to give this place 0 stars!!! COLOR COUNTY WILL ALWAYS FROM NOW ON HAVE MY MONEY!!!!

JD S.

Yelp
The best things I can say is that there were no visible bed bugs and we only had to ask for toilet paper once. Couldn't tell if it was blood or syrup on the front door. We were the only guests in July near a national park. Foolish us. The sheets and pillow cases had tears and holes. The tv didn't work. Two lights and one didn't work, the other had to be plugged in to a socket 6 feet up. Sheet rock patches without fire tape and joint compound is a clear fire code violation. When pointing out the deficiencies to the owner, she blamed it on the quality of her staff. Booking.com should not include them any more.

Yelp
After 15 years of RVing our favorite RV park was sold so we decided to go the motel/restaurant route this year. We stayed two weeks at the Marianna Inn Motel and are planning on staying four or five weeks in 2023. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and everything worked. There are places to walk the dog which were lacking at some motels. The staff even brought me birthday cupcakes.

Dennis P.

Yelp
i booked a room with the foreigner running the motel a couple of months in advance. i guess she was able to book it to someone else for more money. she did not inform me and i had no room.

David L.

Yelp
Beautiful outside. Inside needs work! Beautiful motel on the outside with plenty of opportunity. Owner seemed nice. Rooms haven't been upgraded in quite some time (other than a flat screen TV). Shower head not cleaned/descaled in quite some time. Bathroom sink with no room for toiletries. Toilet seat coming off. Several floor tiles loose. Dirty coffee maker (still had coffee in pot and grounds in filter). Vertical blinds old and cracked and won't close all the way allowing to see into the room at night. Light fixtures, wall outlet, window blinds, toilet, faucet, etc. in disrepair. Could be a really nice place to stay with a bit more attention.

Tuff Cook E.

Yelp
Overpriced, but so is everything in the National Parks area (which is a shame bc that's why all you see is old white folks and rich tourists, but that's a whole 'nother issue). No bugs, no dirt. Clean room (but yes, 'dated' but who cares) with a few issues like no switch plate on the outlets, only one night side table, - but whatever. The woman checking us in wasn't too friendly, but that's not mandatory. In the lobby they did have some boxes scattered around with mini deodorants, toothpaste, lotions etc which I'm supposing was free for guests, but I don't know. Free maps in Lobby. There are other motels in town that I didn't see online, but I'm guessing they are the same price/quality, but who knows. This was a holiday weekend and there were vacancies around, so you may want to try your luck. But this place was ok.

Tarah S.

Yelp
We were traveling with dogs and the woman at the front desk charged us $15 per dog when Expedia says they charge $10. She then proceeded to argue over it. It was late and we were tired so we let it go. Our room was filthy. The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in years and after walking across the carpet our shoes left marks on the bathroom tile floor. There were cobwebs in all the corners and hair on the bathroom floor. Thankfully the sheets were clean or else we would have chosen to just sleep in the car. I wish I had checked the reviews on this place before we made our reservation. We will never stay here again.

CC I.

Yelp
If owners spent more effort in cleaning the rooms customers would easily forgive the roughness of the furniture. Our room was next to filthy. Clean rooms get far better ratings than exterior presenation.

Yelp
Stayed in late September, 2016. I highly recommend NOT staying here. 1. BED BUGS. Cannot express this point enough. The first night we woke up in the middle of the night itchy, and luckily I had packed tiger balm. In the morning I saw one of those semi-engorged suckers crawling slowly on the bed. I caught it and showed it to the front desk and asked for a room as far away from the room we stayed in (11). We came back that evening to 22, and while it had new beds (we pulled up the sheets to investigate and noticed the box spring was still in plastic and the mattress looked much newer than in our old room), that night we still felt like there were new bites arising. 2. FLIES. Both rooms had multiple flies flying around trying to attack you. They are mostly slow, so easy to kill, but COME ON. Also, in the bathroom of the second room, there were all these little brown specks on the ceiling that I wondered if they were little fly hatchlings. It didn't seem to matter how many we killed! They kept coming back. 3. DIRTY. There was a weird spot on one of my pillows, and one of the towels had a tan stain. I don't wanna know what the deal is with those. The shower heads were encrusted with white crust. 4. This is not even much of a point now that we've gone through 1-3, but OLD. Everything needs an update. In our first room, the paint was old, and the bathroom laminate tile was peeling, and the grout in the bathroom wall needed to be redone, and the floor was definitely creaky under the carpeting. The second room clearly had some new replacements -- a new faucet in the sink, but the shower head was gross and had no power, the bathroom floor clearly looked retiled, and as mentiong above, the mattresses appear somewhat new. We were booked for three nights, but in the middle of the second night, I called Expedia to get us the heck out of there! They agreed to refund us the last night, and gave us a coupon for the next hotel we booked. Unfortunately Expedia sent me an email saying it was the inn's policy was no refunds with such a short notice. Well that got me very short, so I called Expedia to remind them that there are bed bug laws regarding hotels and hospitality, and that I had a right to sue. Very suddenly I was told I would get a refund for that night. To be honest, I should have been refunded my entire stay. The bites caused hideous rashes on my arms, legs, chest and neck. Seriously stay away from here. They have a horrible infestation, and they should really close for a week and really bring in some professionals.

Yelp
Good location. Recently stayed two nights here to visit Bryce and Cedar Breaks. Our room had everything we needed for a decent price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom walls need some work but did not affect our stay. Restaurant across street had good food. Convenient for our last minute adventure.

Shadalee B.

Yelp
I enjoyed my stay here. The room was perfect for one person. I stayed for 5 nights. I felt safe. It was clean and conveniently located. The owners were very sweet. One of my tires was low. The owner pointed it out to me and told me the best place to go have it looked at. The tire place was a block away. They fixed my flat for free, which was very helpful. Traveling as a single woman can be stressful but having someone look out for me made me feel special. The day I left they made sure to stop by to thank me for staying with them. Marianna Inn will be my go-to place whenever I visit Bryce Canyon or Zion.

Gail O.

Yelp
Smelly. Fly and and ant infested. Towels had flying insects trapped in the nap. Most uncomfortable beds (squeaky) and linens (no fitted bottom sheets or mattress cover!). Ants crawling all over sink and sink pedestal. Over-charged. My daughter paid over $80 for the nite after which we found it listed on TripAdviser for $40-50. And my phone got hacked while there (coincidence? never been hacked before). STAY AWAY!!!!

Yelp
BED BUG: Found a dead bed bug on the floor. Dead or alive I quickly packed up and went to the front desk at 9pm for a refund. He replied by saying, " Bed bug?! I'll put you in a bigger room." I said no I know how horrible these can be and will just camp or find a different motel. He agreed to refund all of my money except for $15. I should have looked at Yelp first. It bothers me seeing that the owner has received numerous complaints about these. Don't look surprised- and be a responsible business owner- shut down for awhile and take care of this...or disclose this information. So itchy and uncomfortable. The town is creepy itself and everything is closed or for sale. Very eerie will not be returning.

Yelp
Most of the rooms have now been remodeled in a log cabin motif and are very pleasant. We opted for one of the rooms that hadn't yet been remodeled and it was adequate although the shower drained poorly. The owners are pleasant.

Yelp
Desperate for accomodations 10-13-2020 after motorcycle touring Bruce Canyon we wound up at Marianna's Motel and it was the worst motel experience we've ever had. Nightmare bad. Bed blanket had holes in it from cigarette burns likely back when smoking in rooms was allowed. Bed spread was ancient. Spider webs full of dead bugs on ceiling in several places, dead bugs on the sink, debris on nasty carpet which hadn't been vacuumed. Went to take a shower and there was a hair ball on the shower drain, hair in the tub, and a used broken in half bar of soap. Room smell was a mix of mildew, and cigarette smoke. We parked motorcycles outside our room but porch lighting went off sometime after 10pm. Room heater was unplugged and plug receptacle faceplate was broken, Didn't want to mess with plugging it in for fear of electrical shock. Most electrical plugs were worn out so cell phone chargers wouldn't stay plugged in. There was a live earwig (insect) in the refer. The biker couple we traveled with had similar experience and slept in their cloths! We walked to the Family Dollar store and bought kitchen garbage bags to encase bed pillows, and we bought pillow cases. Pillows were pathetic. The owners spent some money to give the place some curb appeal but failed to spend any money on updating/upgrading rooms, at least two of them anyway. The only good thing? We didn't experience "bed bugs".

Yelp
BED BUGS!!! DO NOT STAY THERE!!!! Checked in last night after a long day on the road and as soon as I unfolded the top bed spread there were little grape stems on the bed so I went to the office to ask the lady for clean linen. She responded by saying that the linen in that room had been changed earlier that day by her in a very rude manner! I said that was fine but I still did not feel comfortable and I wanted clean linen so she went to the back and gave me one sheet for two beds! I put the clean blanket on my sons bed and over his pillow and put him to sleep. My husband and I watched some TV and then I got up and saw a little black dot on the bed I move my hand over it and it splattered blood so I begin to get paranoid and I looked all over the bed and then I looked up at the bedframe, the bedframe had bedbugs in the carvings on the wood. I got up immediately and told my husband to take off his clothes as I took off mine and I told him to take off my sons clothes and get in the shower with hot water. As he picked up my son he said that there was a bedbug right next to him as well. I wish I would've looked on Yelp before I got the room and this incident, because I was in room 11 and there was a previous yelp about that same room with bedbugs a year prior. just in the time that we begin to look for them we found a total of six bedbugs. The lady acted surprised and then began to blame there being bedbugs to the people that brought them from Arizona and Las Vegas (I had previously told her that I was from Las Vegas) I responded that that was not true and told her about the yelp review! I got my refund and am praying to got that there aren't any in the clothing we brought back with us!!!

Christopher C.

Yelp
Defines "Dive Motel." Do not stay! Better places to stay than this place! Nasty stains and hair all over the place, floor, tub, toilet, sheets, and blankets! One of the bathrooms had urine puddle on the floor. It was too late to leave when we checked in. NASTY! No shampoo either. Keep AWAY!

Phylls T.

Yelp
This place is a dump!!!Very dirty with flies in room. Furniture looks like something neighbors may discard. Beware of the 48 hour cancellation policy because once you check in you will not want to stay another night. We checked out after the first night as we could not stand it. I do not need fancy but do need clean!

L C.

Yelp
Stayed here so we could see Bryce Canyon. The owner greeted me upon our arrival she was very nice. Most places in Panguich seem to be older motels. This one is no exception, however we upgraded to the newer room section for an extra $10. The beds were very comfortable and we would stay there again.

Julie H.

Yelp
Stayed here b/c it was pet friendly & inexpensive & just a quick overnight stop. Unless there is no other option, I would recommend any other place. The decrepit room & furniture was tolerable, but the cruddy bathroom with the sink outside the bathroom? Was not. My husband, usually non-pluses by grime, warned me to skip taking a shower, as it was so gross. A fridge & microwave would be a bonus, if I felt comfortable eating in that room. Will not stay there again on our trips through the area.

Tiger W.

Yelp
I would say this motel is overpriced. We saw motels in the surrounding area only for half price, and I bet they couldn't be worse than this one. When we got into the room, we were so surprised, in a bad way. Furnitures were no better than those abandoned by your neighborhood. The four legs of a small table couldn't touch the floor at the same time, which made us not be able to sit there and eat. The only night stand in the room was tiled and we were afraid that putting anything more than 1 lbs on it would potentially break it into pieces. The toilet seat was cracked and we could see the exposed wood inside. The electricity outlet was very loose. Definitely we would not recommend this motel to anybody. This motel is very cheap in quality, not in price. Find another one if you come here.

Brenda R.

Yelp
Bad news! Fooled by the charming cottages outside. Inside...awful. hair in tub, cheap towels, few outlets poorly placed, poor WiFi, didn't make up beds & after complaining, they mad beds, gave us toilet paper (how nice) but still didn't take trash out, which was spilling over on floor. Rug dirty. Blinds broken & bed is in front of window!!! Shld be a one star, as I write this.

Alex P.

Yelp
Not a bad motel, but really nothing more. Just enough for one night. The room was clean. But that's it. the welcome was pretty cold, the wifi was very, very slow (well, when it worked) and the room didn't have a small fringe as many motels do... Quite disappointing stay.

Mallika G.

Yelp
BED BUGS!!! We stayed here and it was HORRIBLE! There was also no toilet paper or soap in the room. After we complained about the bed bugs, the front desk lady refused to refund us, even though we had photos and we invited her to the room to look at the dead bugs. I've stayed at some older, shady motels in the past, but this was the WORST.

Pat L.

Yelp
Very reasonably priced, staff exceedingly friendly, laid-back and quiet, in town, lots of parking for RV/trailers, biker friendly, clean and comfortable.

P. K.

Yelp
Looks okay from the outside, but interior lacking. Nothing like seeing an industrial-sized plunger standing next to the toilet. No shampoo or kleenex provided. Towels were well worn, with fraying edges, rough, and thin spots that will become holes when they are laundered again, just barely fit for the rag bag
