I finally got a chance to try this place. I ordered two quesabarrias plates. The food was fresh and great. See attached photo for other menu items that they offer.

Fantastic food and service - Should move into their own building with better atmosphere and seating.

Google
These are the best quesabirrias in town Authentic Mexican food flavor, straight from Jalisco Mexico.

Google
Great place for breakfast tacos! I had the Migas taco on a homemade flour tortilla. So good!

Google
Maria’s breakfast tacos were 5+ stars! Homemade tortillas and the perfect ratio of fillings with all-star salsas! Highly recommend stopping at this unassuming taco shop (located in a gas station)!

Karthik R.

Google
Tried egg potato cheese taco. The taco was good but egg and potatoes were just ok .

Yelp
"Maria's Kitchen", located inside the Exxon gas station on west Hwy 29 & Kaufman Loop. I've dined here for about 4 years and I can't believe this is my first review. The food here is quite good. This is usually my Goto spot on the weekend during projects, when we want something fast. I've tried their street tacos, burritos, flautos, even burgers. Their Mexican food is the best. Very popular with the local contractors (which is usually a good sign). Ask for the marinaded carrots, but don't be surprised if they run out. Close about 3:00pm., Mon-Sat. Closed Sundays. Check 'em out. You won't be disappointed. Michael C. - Georgetown, Tx.

Yelp
Great breakfast tacos Live nearby and go there often. Nice folks, great taste, good pricing. Love the place.

Yelp
The nastiest food i ever try. Not recommended wish no-one this experience I order a quesadilla and was filled with just left overs . Nasty. Supper nasty. My stomach hurts so much

Yelp
It's authentic Mexican and not Tex-Mex so for me that's great ! I stoped by today and had a burrito ( bistec) I was pleasantly surprised for an inside gas station. Def recommend it

Yelp
Solid little Mexican food joint inside a gas station! It was a little deceiving because I didn't see the name on the outside of the building, and it's not overly prominent inside either. It was however, worth the wait! I ordered the street taco plate. 5 tacos with your choice of meat, and some hot carrots. I felt it was a little pricey at $9.49, since there was no rice or beans, but it was good. Traffic is a little hectic since it's also a gas station, so keep an eye out for cars zipping around!

Yelp
Maria's kitchen charged more than what their menu displayed. Not sure if they do it to everybody or not. My $7.99 breakfast burrito was rung up at $9.99 and my $2.29 breakfast taco was rung up as $2.49. Tax was separate. Always ask for the receipt.

Yelp
Well, I want to give it a good review as my breakfast burrito was tasty. However, my wife's was supposed to be eggs, potato, cheese, jalapeños and salsa. No meat. She is allergic to pork. While she was eating it, she asks why there was meat in it. I came over and sure enough there was ham in it. I'm glad she saw it before she ate it. But when food that is not supposed to be in it ends up in the food and she is allergic to that, there is a problem. Very disappointing. 2 stars because mine tasted good. But...

Yelp
Amazing tacos for a gas station market. Next up is to try the tortas and burritos. Right by my house and they have a good and clean convenience store. Friendly staff but be prepared for lunch rushes. Too bad the gas is overpriced.

Yelp
Great street tacos for a reasonable price. Green sauce and pickled carrots are very spicy, so be warned. Loved the picadillo taco best.

Yelp
My husband loves this place. He would often stop by to grab their Philly cheese steak sandwich, while on break. I admit I was a bit jealous and had to try. Its a truck stoppy, kind of scene. Lots of customers weaving in and out grabbing snacks and food. They did not disappoint! The sandwich as HUGE and delicious. So good. I recommend 10/10. Service was quick and easy. Staff was nice. Store and bathroom were clean. Overall great place to stop in. Oh, and they had other food. I'll be back to check that out!

Yelp
Great food when they get your order right. We have gone time and time again and get two of the same burritos, except there's one difference *EVERY. TIME*. One has cheese, one does not. Simple, right? Nope. This is the 12th time out of probably 18 that we've gone, and they don't care to pay attention to "NO CHEESE", even after we triple check with the very nice and polite cashier who DOES put "No Cheese" on the meal ticket. The burrito that's supposed to have no cheese of course can't be eaten because of lactose intolerance so, thank you for the $120 wasted. Get your cooks to care, and then you can get the review changed. Until then, I'll be requesting $120 from whoever isn't paying attention to this VERY simple and remedial level task of not adding cheese to one burrito. It's literally less work. Use your brain. PS: I'm not a Karen. I work in the service industry. I leave tips no matter what. But I also give good and bad credit where it's due. Get your staff straight.

Yelp
The two star review of this place is a joke and should be removed. Chilaquiles, migas tacos, Mexican shrimp cocktail, torta cubana, anything with barbacoa are just a few of my favorite things here. This place absolutely rocks and it's no wonder construction workers are lined out the door at lunchtime every day

Yelp
I live down the street from here and live running up for breakfast tacos or lunch. The migas breakfast taco is legit. The tortas and street tacos for lunch are great. Best tacos in the area.

Yelp
Amazing authentic Mexican food. Don't let the fact that it is inside of an Exxon Station stop you from trying it. It's the best Mexican food I've had in a very long time. Not Tex-Mex. I actually sat down at a table next to Maria and she told us what was on her menu. Super friendly. You know it's good food when the owner is eating her own cooking. They've been open 7 years. We had Flautas and tacos and beans and rice. The hot sauces were so good. Not too hot. She even shared her own special sauce that she said was for family members. I'm sure it would be good to take to go as well. I encourage you to give it a try and support this local business. We were just passing through. So glad we did!

Yelp
Maria's kitchen has the most varied and delicious menu, there is not a single thing on the menu I haven't enjoyed that I have eaten while I was there. They have the best breakfast tacos and have you returned each morning for your fill of breakfast, and they also have lunch tacos with a lot of choices of meat. If you're looking for street tacos as well this is the place for you, and for the days when you don't want Mexican food they have the biggest most filling burgers you can ask for. Overall this restaurant is a hit in almost every way and deserves more recognition.
