Very nice restaurant in Sevilla. We came here by recommendation and it did not disappoint. We were seated at the first part of the terrace, you get an amazing view of the river. The food is fresh and nice. Service is good. All in all good experience. Soft jazz playing in the background. The only thing I would change is the very high seats and table that were a bit uncomfortable but I understand that maybe it was for elevating us even more to get the most of the view. I would prefer sitting more comfortably with a better back rest. If you are in Sevilla and would like to enjoy a nice restaurant with a view, definitely book here!

Google
The best view of Seville. Excellent food and good service. The “matrimonio de anchovies y boquerones” and the “Torrija de foie” were our favorites! Absolutely amazing! So good we even ordered seconds. We also reserved with 2 months in advance.

Came as walk-in. They were full but host found us a table on the entry level near the window. Server was friendly, gave recommendations and attentive. If you would like rooftop seating 100% make a reservation. We had tapas for lunch and enjoyed everything. Had local ingredients and flavors.

Laura was absolutely fantastic! Her food recommendations were spot on and made the whole experience unforgettable. Thanks to her, every dish at María Trifulca was delicious, and she truly made my time in Sevilla memorable. Highly recommend following her advice if you come here!

Been coming here since 2021. The best restaurant in Sevilla - it’s worth visiting the city just for their tartar de atún. Our waiter Jesús who took care of us was lovely! Five stars always.

It's the middle of March and we had trouble booking a restaurant on a Sunday night for dinner in Seville. This was one of the few remaining restaurants available for online booking at 8pm. We were promptly seated upon arrival but in the lowest floor/basement part of the restaurant, and there was absolutely no views outside of the building (even though the restaurant building is situated right next to the river). It actually looked more like a bar and lounge setup but they stacked some table tops on top of 2 bar tables. Our table top kept rotating with a slight bump. Our young waitress wasn't overly friendly and didn't speak much English, so she couldn't help us much with the menu questions. We tried 3 appetizers: potato salad with bluefin tuna belly (very simple tasting), braised romaine lettuce head with smoked scamorza cheese and red pesto (slightly odd tasting), artichoke & mushroom wth parmentier of yuca and cured meat of wagyu (only app that tasted decent). For mains we had a 2 person serving of the souply rice with scarlett shrimp. Shrimp was fair in size but a bit raw and not fully cooked, soup base had a nice seafood brine to it, and rice was ok. But this dish was overall too pricey at 28Euros per person (we had 2 person portion). The other main was Jig-Caught squid in foie gras cream and cashew nuts. The sauce was super bland, squid a bit rubbery and cashews too sweet. Fries were limp and soggy as well. For drinks my glass of rose was fine, and when I tried to order a beer Cruzcampo Gran Reserva (they didn't have it, but there were lots at the Carrefour across the street at 0.99Euros) so instead I had the Doble Cruzcampo which was ok. The choice of music was also very cheesy, jazzy covers of pop songs that would frequently skip. Overall a very disappointing meal, after we had a lot of very delicious meals thoroughout Spain in our 6 days tour thus far.

Google
The view is awesome, but they shouldn't offer you to eat outside in the heat without a fair warning. The service was ok. The food mediocre. I'll call it a tourist trap. Very expensive for the food in comparison to other places in Sevilla.

Google
We landed in Lisbon and drove 5 hours to Seville. After we unpacked and showered we were out the door to this beautifully placed restaurant along the river. From start to finish was a flawless dining experience. With fine wine and exquisite food this is a place to start off a vacation in style!!

Yelp
Tourists trap. Expensive and food and service were mediocre. Many much better and places to spend your time and money.

Yelp
incredible view but the staff clearly very prejudiced. despite arriving early with a reservation both caucasian couples without a reservation were seated first and given a choice of tables - we were told we had to be in the back as priority tables were given to those with existing reservations. overall wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't white!

Yelp
Very slow service. Food was cold and not very tasty. Nice view, but could also see from other vantage points in Sevilla. Wish that we would have just viewed from the bridge and skipped this expensive, not tasty, lengthy lunch.

Yelp
Honestly not worth the money. The view is beautiful and the restaurant is also very aesthetically pleasing but that's where the fine dining aspect ends. The food was not good. Slimy fish, small scallops, overcooked tuna. The scallops were covered with what tasted like mayonnaise. The sea bass was so slimy it was unpalatable. We got tuna croquettes and it was canned tuna on the inside and we couldn't decide if it was topped with pork or tuna... wouldn't go back and would not recommend.

Yelp
I was really looking forward to the view here but if you don't reserve weeks in advance you can't get a table so we sat inside, which was perfectly fine! The risotto was top tier but sadly the fettuccine had no flavor and felt like it was cooked with water. Spent more here than any other restaurant in Seville but ate significantly less food. Probably nice on the rooftop but the charge is an extra 10% up there. Plenty of better places to go all around for better experience and price

Yelp
We were very excited to dine at Maria Trifulca. The room was beautiful but the food was awful. Sea bass had no flavor, no seasonings and the octopus was so rubbery I couldn't chew it. After the meal was served the waiter did not return except to pick up our plates. When asked if we enjoyed it, we voiced our concern. His reply was, "I'll let the kitchen know". There was no attempt to rectify the problem or compensate us for the terrible food.

Yelp
Overall, this is a good place to try once while in town. The food was fresh and flavorful, and service was decent. Plus, the view of the waterfront is a nice elemrnt! Is it touristy? Yes. Was the food good? Yes. Balances out. I recommend the burrata salad + the steak with padron peppers and potatoes. The part I did not enjoy at all were the street performers ruining the meal. They weren't very good and after each number, would walk from table to table asking for money. I don't know if the restaurant can do anything about them but I would ask they try. Really decreased the experience.

Yelp
This experience was horrible. I would never recommend anyone visit this restaurant. The view is great from the top terrace, but the food was only okay. The rice in our nigiri seemed like it was two days old and the meat was over cooked. But worst of all, we had reserved a table for my last night in Spain, a very special night, and 1 hour and 45 minutes into the reservation, the staff told us we needed to leave because we were "out of time". There were 4 open tables near us on the terrace but they forced us to leave even before we had finished our wine, and they never offered us dessert. The staff, the manager specifically, was extremely rude and unapologetic. Despite the fact that the restaurant was not full, they forced us to leave. AND we spent over 200 euros on the horrible meal. HIGHLY do not recommend.

Yelp
Delicious food! Every person I was with thoroughly enjoyed their meal. We had a caprese salad, ceviche, & fettuccine. It was delicious, & service was okay. But definitely plan on dropping a bit of $$ if you're traveling on a budget. Best for a nice dinner out.

Yelp
The food and service here are beyond amazing. The ambience is hip and elegant. We sat upstairs in the top level for a beautiful view of the palace and the river. For dinner, We had fresh raw oysters first and then another appetizer of octopus on a bed of creamy yellow peppers. The octopus was tender and perfectly cooked. The peppers tasted more like flavorful mashed potatoes than peppers. Our entres were shrimp in a butter and sherry sauce and loin of roasted sea bass with snow peas. The portions were small but priced reasonably. The desserts really blew us away...the number one recommended did not disappoint, the Brioche bread Torrija with whipped Milk ice cream was rich and delicious but not too heavy. The most creative dessert ever though are the white chocolate eggs with a mango filling on a "nest" of chocolate and shredded wheat. This is a must visit in Sevilla but make reservations! It's very busy.

Yelp
My wife and I the sea bass and baby squid - it was OK at best plus our appetizer had to be sent back due to a "hair" in out food! Save your money and go somewhere else!

Yelp
The meal, atmosphere and service was EXTREMELY short of what was expected once my friends and I arrived to Mariatrifulca. After hearing others recommend the place like no other and even having our own Uber drivers raving about the restaurant, we we're excited to close our weekend trip with a rewarding and exceptional meal... Those expectations slowly began to loosen as we first decided to start the night by ordering some cocktails only to then be notified in an extremely rude manner from a waiter saying there are no cocktails at the restaurant and us proceeding to let her know that it was on their own menu. Our original waiter then comes up to us and lets us know that the cocktail bartender wasn't in today (could have mentioned this before taking our order) despite seeing a bartender making drinks on the top floor... What follows next is when we ordered the huevo de codorniz niguiri, when a friend found a huge eggshell still attached to the fried egg on top and all of us in disbelief. After, we ordered the alcachofas that were far from fresh and had hints of fish that weren't supposed to be there, along with the HARDEST octopus we've ever tried. We notified the waiter of the egg shell incident and the off-putting octopus yet we're still charged BOTH on our bill. Aside from this, the service was far from detailed and even welcoming, where we weren't notified of missing dishes that we're the day's "specials," didn't receive a gratuity dessert or drink of means due to the issues with our orders and just felt little acknowledgement from the staff altogether. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and its truly far from what it seems. Please Mariatrifulca, for a restaurant of your standards, at the very least, remind your staff to be attentive. Sincerely, Las Chiquitinas

Yelp
A wonderful restaurant over looking the water & bridge in the wonderful city of Seville! The food was quite delicious and the service was wonderful. I would recommend making reservations while in advance since this place books quickly.

Yelp
My wife and I have been in Seville for a month- Maria Trifulca is easily the best meal we have enjoyed while here. The service is exemplary - from the hostess (who is exquisitely beautiful) to the busboy, the waiter, with near perfect English, to the sommelier... Everyone was there to ensure we had a perfect evening....& so we did. The drinks were prepared to perfection - the wine recommendation was perfect - the food was beautifully presented and prepared & tasted even better - the views were beyond breathtaking - (this is BY FAR the best view of the cathedral in the city) and, if you go at sunset....aaaawww there is none better. This is a world class dining experience to NOT be missed!!! If you come to Seville & don't eat here... Shame on you..... Eat here, you will thank me...

Yelp
Immaculate view of Seville, perched on a scenic riverbank the restaurant has indoor and outdoor sitting. This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel and we were not disappointed. Best things on the menu were the pear and gorgonzola fagotini (similar to tortellini), tomato and burrata salad, spanish cheese plate, shrimp with trufflie risotto and artichokes, roasted chicken with yukon potatoes and roasted suckling pig.

Yelp
We stumbled upon this place as we crossed the bridge to Triana. On a busy Sunday night, all of the rooftop tables were taken, so make sure to make a reservation! We sat at the bar, which overlooked the river and the bridge -- definitely a perfect spot for a quaint dinner! Everything was delicious and a perfect change from our usual tapas bites. The bar tender Gonzalo gave us perfect recommendations, from tapas to dessert. We hope to be back very soon!

Yelp
Well decorated, however small portions and not Seville tapas style. Way too fancy. Rather something more typical. Slow service and expensive for what u get
