I was gifted a package that was over $300 and it was NOT worth it. They advertise a light lunch, they don’t give it. I was there for 6 hours and nothing but water and popcorn was offered. Services that were paid for were a massage, facial, mani/pedi, & cut and style. The atmosphere was friendly, everyone there seemed to know each other and were chatty. The massage and facial were the best part. Everything afterward was a huge disappointment. The mani/pedi was upgraded to shellac and the removal of the current shellac was a painfully long process as wooden sticks were used to scrape it off while soaking with acetone. The final reapplication was so thick I peeled it off a week later and to my horror, my fingernails literally had an odor. Thankfully nothing major came from it. After 2 hours for the mani/pedi process I was rushed through my hair appt and barely got a hair wash and cut and didn’t get a styling because she had another appt. I would only return for a massage and facial with the same ladies (I got their business cards). I was upset to know so much was spent for a relaxing ‘day spa’ experience and the treatment did NOT fit the price. It was disappointing as the expectation was an upscale spa experience.
