Mariinskyi Park

Very beautiful park. It's a good place to come with young kids, alone, or with your date. There are quiet corners for this who seek relaxation, there are beautiful spots with benches, or you can just bring a blanket and sit on the grass. This park is well looked after, clean, and offers a little bit of something for everyone. If you come with young kids, there is a very cool playground (for free) or you can rent a pony or a toy car for a ride (pretty expensive, 100 uah for one pony ride or 50 uah for 5 min on a toy car)

I haven't been there for many years. It's nice to see that park is beautiful and taken care of. I saw places with some fast food and drinks in the park, so you can have a bite during walking there. It was good to watch changing the president's guards, and enjoy the view of the beautiful Mariyinski palace. That's a wonderful place for families with children and for lonely tourist too ;)

Many good photo spots, seating areas, and viewing points. Two beautiful fountains. A historic park dating to 19th century. Home to Marinskiy Palace and the Parliament. It also has some of few remaining soviet statues of general Vatutin and bolshevik fighters. Further past the palace you will find open air stage that hosts classical and jazz performance in the summer. You can also get a good view of the Dniepr and the left bank from a view point, and Dynamo Kyiv stadium.

The playground has been renovated and the bathrooms are available nearby. Over all the park is in much better condition than 2 years ago.

A beautiful park with monuments, fountains and green landscape. It is situated very near to Kyiv city centre which is surrounded by different government official buildings and one of the most tourists attraction points.

Cook park with great walking and sitting areas, kids playing areas and a lot of greens. Beautiful trees and well maintained sidewalk make this a beautiful destinations for running, walking, or family outings.

Great park for afternoon stroll. There are a couple of coffee kiosks that make a fantastic cup of joe! Nice, well kept paths and plenty of scenery. Very near to Maryinski palace and contains a great playground for the kids. Probably the best playground that we found in all of Kyiv! Check it out.

Mariinskyi park located near Mariinskyi Palace. Actually Kyiv river side from north to south generally full of park that all of them connected between by bridge or direct. Mariinskyi park is one of them. You can see partially the river from top. Nice and restful area in Kyiv.
