Great, clean hotel with amazing breakfast. The room was spotless, with a balcony, a comfortable bed, fresh towels and a great bathroom. Breakfast was included, and the breakfast area had a beautiful view over the harbor. We only stayed for one night, but we could have easily stayed longer. Once settled in it was a great experience.

Great, clean hostel with amazing breakfast. The arrival was a bit confusing, as the staff member initially didn’t want to check me in because I arrived earlier than my friend even though the booking was under my name. This caused a longer wait than expected, but after I mentioned it, I was fortunately allowed to check in, which I appreciated. The room was spotless, with a balcony, a comfortable bed, fresh towels and a great bathroom. Everyone we talked to was nice. The breakfast was a good addition (they served these "Cretan sweet treats" that I loved). I liked that we had 3 separate beds in one room and the balcony had a nice view. The bathroom was a decent size but the shower could have been cleaned a little more and the toilet ran often. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay and I'm glad I went here for my stay in Heraklion.

It's a good spot to stop if you're looking for shopping and quick access to the harbor. Parking is difficult. The staff was nice and helpful in answering all of our questions. The rooms are a little run down and very noisy with the planes flying out of the airport, so bring your earplugs! Overall, it's not bad for a quick stop, but I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay.

Ideal location, close to the harbour, the old city, the bus to Knossos and the bus terminal. Very helpful receptionists. The view during breakfast is fabulous. Lots of choice from the buffet. The rooms aren't too big but after all you don't come here to sit all day in a room. Very reasonable price.

Looks great in the pictures, though it's quite old, the walls are dirty, the toilet is dripping constantly. It's a very basic hotel, that's why I believe the price I paid wasn't worth it.Buffet at the 6th floor has a nice view of the port, and breakfast looks ok for €8, I haven't eaten there. They squiz fresh oranges!Lovely staff!

The location is excellent — close to the harbor, city center, and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Great spot if you want to explore Heraklion on foot. The staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was quick. Breakfast is served in a restaurant with a beautiful panoramic view, which we really enjoyed. However, the food itself could be more diversified — it was decent but somewhat repetitive over multiple days

Very clean and quiet hotel. The rooms offer enough space, the bathrooms are a bit smaller. The rich breakfast is served in a nice restaurant.
