The latest gear to keep you running - SilverKris

"A waterfront district in the city's Central Business District known for some of the prettiest and most popular running routes; runners are rewarded with views of iconic sights such as the Merlion, Marina Bay Sands and the Esplanade. A typical 4km loop starts at a historic pier, passes a stately former post office–turned hotel, crosses a distinctive pedestrian bridge and finishes at expansive waterfront gardens." - cooper

It's a wonderful and mind blowing architecture. I wonder how they made it. It's just amazing. The hotel is also very huge and beautiful. The idea of the swimming pool that too at such a great hight is quiet unique. The building's view is also wonderful.

Singapore thrives as a global financial hub with strong cultural diversity. Efficiency, cleanliness, and innovation are highly valued. Why visit: Experience urban wonders, botanical marvels, and luxury shopping. How to visit: Fly into Changi Airport; MRT and walking tours convenient. When to visit: February–April for festivals and pleasant weather. Where to visit: Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa Island. Investor insights: High-end retail, hospitality, and convention tourism are lucrative.

Amazing place to explore. You have to visit both day and night, as each has its own beauty. We also came here for New Year's Eve, which was a one-of-a-kind experience. The fireworks were long, and the view of them was amazing. There are so many things to do here, with all the malls and restaurants. Definitely, if you're in Singapore, you should visit!

What a lovely place to explore...an awesome views you will witness at night lightning. Love the whole city view, boat cruise and open sky. Musical laser show was cherry on cake. Highly recommended place.

What an absolute Gem of a place. You feel so refreshing while visiting this place. I particularly loved the night view due to the tall buildings, the light effect and the night show is a show stealer. You can even take a night cruise from Boat which will be a 45 mins drive at the Riverfront and get a majestic view of Marina Bay 🥰

Happy and grateful to have experienced walking around Marina Bay. Some incredible buildings and architecture, a neat and clean area, and some of the most amazing views from early morning to late evening. Highly recommend spending some time walking around the bay and taking in the sights.

Come here during christmas and new year, it is very crowded, the mall is quite upscale but so many people sitting on the floor, restaurant and the stores ready to rip up your pocket.

Google
A reference area for Singapore. Modern, clean, buildings with impressive architecture, a special pedestrian bridge (Helix bridge), restaurants, bars, cafes. Very crowded in the evening.

Yelp
THe Marina Bar is some gorgeous architecture with lots of activities and attractions to peruse and explore. When it's midday and the humdity is scorching, you can shop at the ultra-AC and luxurious mall and grab a bite in the food court. The apple store sphere is amazing and you can get to it by heading outside or underground through the bottom floor. The Arts & Science museum is here as well, with a current smaller rendition of TeamLab from Japan. Then later in the evening you can walk on the double helix bridge, see the light show in front of the Marina Bay, and more. The showstopper of course is the Marina Bay hotel which the infinity pool. Although the rooms are not cheap, there are some slightly cheaper options to book rooms through airbnb. Definitely a must-stop attraction in Singapore!

Yelp
Gayle and I came here in the evening during Chinese New Years to see the lighted trees, people watch and admire the changing colors. You can get here via at least 2 MRT stations, of which we picked one that had more walking. Normally that's OK, except that I was still nursing the results of a nasty skiing-related fall, and as the evening rolled on, I was not a pleasant person to be around. The direction signs are all over the place, except that often the promise of reaching a destination often proved elusive.

Yelp
I think Marina Bay is known by many from the movie, Crazy Rich Asians. It is the biggest tourist spot in SG. The view is breathtaking at night when the city lights are lit and gleaming off of the water. For the people watchers, you can do this for awhile. Take a walk or run to get those steps in. A must see sight on your visit.

Yelp
Being a native to Singapore's east side, Marina Bay is that small area where people go to after a long day of work or to spend the weekend away from home. There are many times where I took the MRT to this region to chill out and have fun. It can be where I spend money, gawk or simply walk around. If you are here over the summer and are staying at Marina Bay Sands, there is a great view of the region from the pool. You can even ride a sampan/tiny boat in this area. It's a great deal to go from one end to another. There are some very great malls in the area. Note: For Singapore natives please be aware that parking or places to drive in the area can be very difficult. I had a hard time looking for a place to stop my car so I kept driving until I reached a carpark with less vehicles.

Yelp
A popular tourist attraction. Lots of places to see and tons of activities to do. Marina Bay covers a total area of 890 acres so expect a lot of walking. Wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen. Singapore has humid weather all year round so bring lots of water to stay hydrated. Places to see: - Merlion Park - Esplanade - Singapore Flyer - Helix Bridge - Marina Sands Hotel and Casino - SkyPark - The Shoppes - Gardens by the Bay - Golf Course - Formula 1 Grand Prix - ArtScience Museum - Light Show Definitely lots of things to do at each attraction so spare an entire day. Take the metro and use the tourist pass I've mentioned in my previous review. It's the best way to go around Singapore.

Yelp
This is a must visit while in Singapore. There's so much to see and so much to do. You can easily spend one whole day here from sightseeing from across helix bridge. Walking through Marina Bay Sands and just seeing how massive it is. To going to the actual gardens by the bay with multiple museums and themes to experience and see. A must see attraction when at the garden by the bay is the cloud forest. First its a nice break from the heat. Its a good 40 to 50 degrees cooler with a huge waterfall that greets you. The stalagmites, plant life and other exhibits are just great to see and experience. Then theres also the super trees where you can actually go up them and get a birds eye view of the entire bay. Make sure you take plenty of pictures. Then at night all the sites are totally different with the lights lighting up the night sky, including again helix bridge. Theres plenty of places to eat and buy souvenirs. Make sure you take the stroll to see the world famous merlion fountain, a must see tourist attraction when in Singapore. Theres so many restaurants to try and experience, albeit over rated, but is a must try while your there. Overall this is a must visit when your in Singapore or anywhere near this part of the world

Yelp
Breathtaking views at every angle! Having gone to Dubai before Singapore.... This Marina reminded me a lot of Dubai's (vice versa! And I have side by side photos taken during my trips to prove it, hah!). Maybe that's why people used to tell me Dubai is the Singapore of the Middle East and Singapore is the Dubai of Asia, lol! But seriously, the Marina Bay is a nice place filled with activities and touristy things to do... take a boat tour, visit a museum, shop at the mall, and even pay a visit at the casino inside the mall!

Yelp
We took the Esplanade train here. Beautiful light show in the evening around 7-8 pm. Be prepared for a lot of walking. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the shops at marina bay. Although it is very high end shopping! Gucci, Prada, Louis V. etc. I was stunned to see every high end label imaginable in one mall. Lots of walking and great places to take pictures around the area. Must see spot in Singapore.

Yelp
Great place to people watch and take photos in front of the bay. I'd highly recommend the $25 boat ride in front of Merloin, that was one of our fav activities and we could rest our feet for an hour but see the rest of the city and learn about the history at the same time! Singapore is very beautiful and clean - lots of great hotels and restaurants around the bay - take lots of photos and bring an extra battery pack and a selfie stick!
