Marina Cap Monastir - Appart Hôtel

Nice staff, service and rooms. The place needs general maintenance and a few small things would really improve the kitchens of each appartment. we had no sponge or washing liquid and the kitchen was lacking in utensils so theres not really a point on cooking there ! Internet is horrible!! we barely had internet but when i had work calls i did the videocalls in reception and the staff was really nice about it and worked. I think is name was youseff a young man that worked at reception that helped us with organizing transportation - he was very professional and friendly, thank you :)

This is a really lovely place to stay in the heart of Monastir Marina. The staff are excellent and the apartments are lovely and spacious. Parking is easy and they have security 24hrs. There are loads of lovely cafes and restaurants to choose from and all the attractions of Monastir are a walk away. If you need a taxi, one can be booked from reception or picked up from the corniche a short walk away.

Stay away from this place! We walked into a dirty apartment – the bathroom was filthy, the kitchen disgusting, and the glasses were greasy. After we complained, they said they would send a cleaning lady.She came, but told us she would clean tomorrow. The next day she arrived without any cleaning supplies and supposedly “cleaned,” but of course it wasn’t clean – she just wiped the floor with an old rag on a mop that was standing in the corner of the room. She didn’t even step into the bathroom. Under the bed there’s lots of dust and even a baby’s bib (and we don’t have children!). The kitchen is unusable. Today I asked again for the apartment to be cleaned, but they told me they would come tomorrow. I had to bring the dirty towels myself just to get new ones. They also told me today that cleaning is done every two days – but yesterday they didn’t clean, and nobody informed us upon arrival that it’s every two days. On top of everything, the rooms look nothing like the pictures on Google or Booking.com. The hygiene is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this “hotel.

Absolute crap, we had a reservation for 4 adults, they gave us a room with a single bed, the maitainance is good but that's about it. When we went to the reception to ask for a bigger room, yk one that fits 4 adults, they did give a more suitable one but we have to pay 120dt (40 euros a DAY) it's simply outrageous. Now the beach, it's filthy and so full of jellyfish, got stung by one two minutes in, the person in charge didn't do shit, he didn't even tell us the nearest pharmacy. He just took our money and that's it. Now onto another problem, parking: too little for the amount of people who go there, like we went out with our car, when we came back not a single parking spot. Another thing, the people living in Monastir are the most disrespectful people I have ever seen, they have zero survival skills, like you could be driving and some person stops in the middle of the road and just stares. Like move??? Also the access is crap, if you have supbar driving skills don't even bother, it's nerve wracking and people think of road regulations as mere suggestions. So be ware.

This place - old, run down, bad beds, broken showers, bugs, and more bugs, uncomfortable! Great location but the flies are so bad I couldn’t enjoy the balcony. Awakened by crickets at 4:00 am. Miserable!

with breakfast instead of cockroaches we would have enjoyed it here The apartment has really big rooms compared to other accommodations in the same price range. The hotel is close to the sea which makes it a nice location even though it is quite far to the city/medina (15min walk). Even though it is a big resort the Wifi was very good in our appartment. BUT: COCKROACHES!!!!! 🪳 and the walls are super thin so you can hear your neighbours chatting

Well where to start. After arriving at check in took 30 mins robe shown to appt. 5503.|Next to the steps.|Basic yes 2 beds and rock hard clean and literally basic.|Night time omg hell on earth yawping shouting cars blaring bikes revving till way after 02.30 am.|Given the police station on the site and nothing done is hell on earth.|Next day the bloody dog from. Calypso resturant yapping from early till late was driving us mad.|Again the noise from. Cars bikes gok g till after 3 am is not acceptable.|And adain given police station on complex nothing is done.|Would I stop again no given the noise glad to get back to my own hotelfor some. Peace

Maintenance needed. Probably was good but the lack of maintenance and cleaning makes it go down. Just need some maintenance and proper cleaning.
