I stayed here for four nights at the end of a three week trip through Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. It made for the perfect finale after a busy itinerary including seven flights and sightseeing.|I had a Jungle room, a short walk from the pool and the breakfast room. A further short walk to the glorious beach. Exit the complex and you have the Main Street full of shops and restaurants. There”s The Rock restaurant onsite and a good Chinese restaurant right by the entrance.|Breakfast is a real event. You can have sausage, bacon and eggs freshly cooked in whichever way you want. Huge choice of juices. Brilliant coffee. Then there’s pastries,the typical Continental breakfast and then the traditional local dishes, noodles, soup etc.|My room was fantastic, high vaulted ceiling, bathroom with bath and shower, a sofa and a really comfortable bed even for those of us taller in stature! Very quiet aside from the glorious birdsong you can take in sitting on your verandah. A really efficient air-con most welcome in the heat and humidity.|Glorious pool with water jets and a waterfall. A great swim-up bar and can also order from your sun-bed. |Daily maid service with beach towels provided every day. A laundry service that for a few pounds returns your clothes beautifully folded and ready to go straight back in your case and avoiding the dreaded chore when you return home. |Finally, the staff. I cannot speak highly enough for their friendly, helpful attitude. Always a smile. I was struggling with a leg injury yet nothing was too much trouble.|It’s somewhere I would happily return to and I don’t say that often. ||Thank you, Steve J403.
