What It’s Like to Work on Some of the World’s Most Luxurious Superyachts | Condé Nast Traveler

"Serving as what feels like a private beach club on board, the Marina Terrace is Benic’s favorite hangout; he was deeply involved in its design and implementation on Ilma and even celebrated by being the first person to jump into the seawater pool, emphasizing the space’s relaxed, resort-like vibe." - Ashlea Halpern

Really good food and great value for money! It was a bit quiet at lunch time but really chilled and managed to get a table outside. The seating by the marina where all the yachts are is amazing, makes it feel like luxury dining!

Amazing Turkish breakfast! We came as a group of five and the table was packed with delicious cheeses, olives, breads, jams, eggs, and more. Generous portions, endless tea, and super friendly staff. Perfect place to share a real Turkish breakfast experience—highly recommend!

With its renewed staff, the team is now younger, more dynamic, solution-oriented, and always smiling. The food is amazing. The fusion of Italian and Turkish cuisine is truly delightful. The view is breathtaking. The staff are wonderful. The flavors are simply incredible.

The price is too high for the dishes received. Tasty was ok, nothing special. Service was relaxed, what is ok, but we asked 2 times for blanket and got nothing, but view is good

⭐☆☆☆☆ The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a great location in Portomaso Marina, and the owner was very friendly. Unfortunately, our dining experience was disappointing. After ordering, we asked for bread. In Malta, it is standard that restaurants bring bread once you order food, but here we were told it costs extra. That was shocking, especially considering bread costs the restaurant almost nothing. Still, we were willing to pay for it — yet despite asking three times, the bread never arrived. The salmon dish was also extremely salty, which added to the disappointment. One waiter eventually apologized when he realized, but the mistake had already affected the meal. As residents of Malta, we often support local restaurants, even during the quieter winter months when there are fewer tourists. That’s why it’s a shame to be treated this way in such a well-located, otherwise beautiful place. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because customer care should match the high setting and prices.
