Marina Woodfired Dining

We visited Marina Woodfired Dining today and absolutely loved it. We had the pepperoni pizza and grilled prawns ,the food was incredible! The prawns were especially delicious, with an amazing sauce and beautiful presentation. The ocean view and gentle sea breeze made the whole experience feel extra special and relaxing. Service was great too - friendly and attentive without being over the top. Such a lovely spot for great food and atmosphere. Would definitely come back!

Marina Woodfired Pizza serves really great pizza, and the Capricciosa we had was excellent — well cooked with a good balance of toppings and a nicely done base. The main downside is that service tends to struggle when the restaurant gets busy, with longer waits and less attentiveness. That said, the quality of the pizza makes it worth visiting, especially if you go at a quieter time.

We had the pepperoni pizza, and it was great. We ate it outside by the ocean. I loved that people brought their dogs too! And I got the best tasting cinnamon roll in NZ! I can never find them here, but every Friday this place makes them. Just like at home in the US!

Awesome spot right by the marina sitting on the deck. We watched a sting ray swim past. The food was excellent, we had the fish and the Bianca pizza. I had an aperol spritz and my partner had a beer. The cocktail was nice and they had a great beer selection. Service was friendly and efficient.

What a great place this is. Tbh, to classify itself as Woodfired dining is great as we had a wonderful pizza there, but it does so much more that should be mentioned. Our short stay had us enjoy coffee and pastries in the morning, bagels at lunch, then scallops, caprese salad and pizza the next day. Being open from early until late covers all bases and the seating waterside is the icing on the cake for atmosphere, as are the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Punches above it's weight and is a must visit in Tutukaka. Thanks guys we will be back

Always lovely to enjoy good food by the water by people who are passionate about great produce, everything was made on the premises- excellent pies, pizza, salads, scones, these excellent pie! great coffee, excellent quality milk!

Delicious food and a wonderful veranda overlooking the marina. The gnocci is especially great.

Lovely place but the quality of food and preparation were super low. Getting out of season unripe and flavorless produce, and what was suppose to be olive oil but was far from it, and pre frozen vegetables was very disappointing and not tasty. An upgrade on the quality of the produce and some better cooks would turn this place into an excellent option.
