Purchased a sweatshirt on a trip in Minneapolis in a store. Wore it once on the way back home. The material started to pull and pill. Brought it back into the store yesterday with expectations of having to over explain myself. Not needed. They said thank you for bringing it back in and let’s get you another one off the shelf. I appreciated the ease of the return and bought a sweater and some socks while I was in there because of the customer service. Top shelf service.

Great store and awesome service! We were greeted immidately and were offered help to find what we needed to find. I appreciate how this company uses recycled material to make some of their clothes. Fun fact, any clothing item that has a brown tag means that it was made using recycled material. The place is clean and in a great location! I would come back and recommend to my friends.

Drove out of my way to purchase something at the store. There was a sign on the door that said be back in at 3pm (1 hour). I understand they were most likely short staffed, but still unexpected for a major brand store.

Raining day, I drove all the way from south. The staff were super helpful and saved my time!

Jennifer was awesome. I found a cardigan on the clearance rack with a loose thread and she spent 5 minutes fixing it. Clothes are a great blend of fashion and comfort. Customer service is top notch as well!

I've been Marine Layer's biggest fan for eons - and I have the online receipts to prove it! Quality, variety, price? Check, check, and check. Plus the customer service is always second to none.

The best casual clothes for men in their 40s and early 50s. I’m sure younger people like their stuff too. I love the “marge” size tshirts. Fit me perfectly as it’s between medium and large!!

I came in with my 5 yo daughter, and the employees were incredibly helpful (chick with short blonde hair especially). They have well-made clothes with good sales. Will return!

This store has high quality casual clothing, and all the styles are simple/cute. The service however was terrible. The employee working there (young lady with short red hair) didn't greet me when I walked into the store. When I asked her 'do you have long sleeved dresses?' she didn't even look up from the lap top/texting, to say no. She remained seated the entire time while browsed, and at the time there were no other customers (Thursday evening). There were several other options available that would have worked in lieu of the dress. Worth a visit because there are great clothes, but don't expect good service.

First of all, Rain is the best! I wish all people I interact with at stores could have a fraction of her friendly attitude and helpful spirit.. She has helped me out multiple times, always provided good honest advice. Why do I keep buying clothes from a store far away? People like her! I am glad I discovered this brand. The clothing not only looks sharp but they aren't kidding around when they talk about the softness and feel. You know how you can feel the quality of good clothes? That's how my shirts feel. I could spend a lot less on something but it's only going to hold up for a couple of uses. This is durable construction. One last thing: How many people receive a friendly, hand-written note with each order from other stores? Thanks Rain, always a nice touch!

Quick and courteous service. Quality product, and for us gentlemen between a M and a L they have an actual "marge" size. Worth a stop for anyone.
