Marinha Beach

I loved this beach. Luckily weather was awesome. There are so many other beaches and caves to explore once you are at this place

Praia da Marinha is spectacular. Everything that has been said about this beach is true. From the car park (crowded even in May) there is a path leading to the cliffs. After a few minutes Praia da Marinha emerges (there is a trail on the cliffs that leads to Praia de Benagil, it is worth having good shoes). The view is breathtaking. The rocks emerging from the Atlantic Ocean make a hellish impression. Pure beauty, my whole family was delighted.

The beach is small and you need to go early to get a spot. You can easily paddle to benagil if you have minimal knowledge about the currents and the sea. Too crowded and people don't like to pick their own garbage... it's a shame they go to another country and have such behavior.

This should be the most famous place in southern Portugal. There is a heart formed by natural rocks. You can shoot your heart by angling it. And after coming out of the parking lot, you can go to the left or right. Because every road is very beautiful, I spent almost half a day here. The naturally formed cliffs and coastlines are very suitable for hikers. It is also very suitable for bringing a VR machine to play. There are several cliffs that we can walk to the end to shoot. When you walk to the end of the cliff, you feel like you have reached the end of the world. It is very spectacular. I enjoy the scenery very much, but be careful and wear non-slip shoes. Note that you should come here early because there are few parking lots and they are almost full, so you can consider using public transportation.

Mesmerizing beach with a hidden tunnel to another small beach with a stunning view. This beach is a bit larger compared to other beaches close by so more tourists might be there. Toilets are available. Parking is ok if you arrive early.

Beautiful views and nice hiking paths. There’s hardly any shade on the trails, so don’t forget to bring your sun protection. After the hike I was up for a good old fashioned siesta.

Marinha Beach Praia da Marinha is a fantastic beach. It is suitable for adults and children, but if you have walking difficulties I would not recommend this beach, as there are quite a few stairs down to the beach. At the beach there is a small cafe and toilet facilities. There is a small cave through which a narrow passage has been made to the next beach, but that beach is very small but exciting. If you have children with you on the beach, keep a close eye on them as it gets deep quickly and I would not recommend inflatable beach toys on this beach as there are bigger waves here. I can recommend bringing a scuba mask, as there are quite a few corals here with many fish. However, you have to swim 20-30 meters from the beach to see some good fish. I can recommend this beach, I give 5 thumbs up. 👍👍👍👍👍
