Marisol at the Beach Club within the Boca Raton hotel is exactly what you’d hope for in a members and hotel guests only restaurant… elegant, elevated, and absolutely delicious. What used to be an outdoor-only setup is now a stunning, sophisticated dining space that still feels airy and coastal but with a polished, modern edge. The horatiki salad is fresh and vibrant, the kind of dish that’s simple but done really well. The branzino for two, baked in a salt crust, was a total showstopper—perfectly tender and full of flavor. And the thin eggplant chips? Crispy and addictive. Pair it all with a glass of Details Cabernet Sauvignon, which is bold, smooth, and just right with the meal. This is definitely a place where you can dress up and feel like the night is something special. My only note? The cocktail menu could use a little variety. Some new flavors or twists would be fun to see. But all is forgiven once you get to dessert—the pistachio phyllo pastry is unreal. Sweet, salty, crispy, nutty… seriously, it’s one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend making this a night-out spot when you want great food in a beautiful setting and staying at the Boca Raton hotel.

Outdoor area, view of pool and beach, and seats were pleasant and comfortable. Service was terrible. Waited till after our food came out to get our glasses filled with water, after having to remind someone. Waiters not attentive. Food didn’t taste good. Kids waffles were two small ones (silver dollar size) that were $26 and we had to ask for syrup. Greek salad was bare with only chickpeas and feta cheese, and tasted strongly of dill. I ordered shrimp on top and it was three very tiny pieces of overcooked shrimp. We ordered a burger medium-rare, and it came out well done and we ordered the egg on top as over easy and it came out as over hard. Did not taste good. Overall, a disappointing dining experience for a restaurant at a premium resort with premium prices.

Do not skip out on this place!!! The best Mediterranean restaurant I’ve ever tried so far in Florida… it’s extremely flavorful. Had the lamp chops (tender and juicy), branzino was impeccable, linguini pasta was soooo delicious (and I’m a pasta snob), and the sample 10/10. Didn’t have a disappointing dish

Seating way too low. Very uncomfortable small table for four. Watery dirty martini served dripping from the glass stem. Eggplant crisps not hot enough for the too cold dipping sauce. Less than crispy very salty "roasted" snapper and a waiter (Gaby) that appeared to be at the end of her shift or just didn't care. Would not return.

Had the best time at Marisol! Gaby was such a great waiter super friendly and on point. The eggplant chips were crispy and addicting, and the lamb chops were insanely good. Definitely coming back!

I want to thank the incredible chef and team at Marisol for an unforgettable dining experience. Every dish was exceptional, from the hummus and moussaka to the daily special pappardelle with lobster. Ending with the 1,000-layer dessert was pure perfection. The service is outstanding, the ambiance is truly unique, and the overall experience is one of a kind. Hands down, this is a gem of a restaurant. Highly recommended!
