Maritim Resort & Spa Mauritius

- The internet is strong and fast, all over. - Good variety of all-inclusive dinner meals, some very tasty (for adults). - The gardens were beautiful and well-maintained. - Some places are very quiet - not really a family hotel! - Most of the staff were very helpful and genuinely humble. The beds are very comfortable. - Their all-inclusive package is the worst I've ever had; most options are payable with almost no inclusive lunch option. - Very limited food options for children. (In 7 days, there was pizza only one night, for instance)... - No decent sea-swimming area; the beach is rocky and shallow. - Flies everywhere, especially in dining areas. - Totally overpriced!!! - Their app is a good idea, but too complicated to use for some - No washing lines and laundry draped from the balconies - India-style. - Same stupid minibar options and no sugar-free sodas.

We came to Meritim resort and spa on 10th December. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with refreshing drink and a hot face towel to get fresh. Our room was very nice and spacious and very comfortable and big.service was very ameculate. All the staff members very friendly and helpful. From reception to the restaurant staff all were very helpful. Also we are vegetarian so they understood and made us the food accordingly. The location is little bit far from the city but we didn't mind it.

Maritim Resort & Spa is the one & only best hotel for me and my 2nd home.. As soon as you reach the hotel you are welcomed by a top , best guy Manoj very kind , Sherina & their team. Reaching the hotel you already know you will enjoy your stay. At the F&B section you have a top team always caring with Deven , Kumar, Vimla , Danette, Ashi , Aman and others without forgetting top chef Vishnou & Kenny, breakfast team Rina & others. At banyan Paolo is very helpful. Housekeeping team is top and gardening team with kaviraj always at work. At the pool bar Brinda is at your service . The spA is top as well as the leisure activities such as archery, etc. There was a great animation and my stay was great as usual. When it's time to check out, you want to cry coz you know you will miss these nice and caring persons. Awaiting my next stay for 2026 to meet you all nice people there in my 2nd home. 5 stars all the way! Beautiful location, absolute slice of paradise made into a holiday of a lifetime by the fabulous staff who catered for all our needs from the start to finish. A truly amazing experience. Special thanks go to the staff at the restaurant La Maree, Chef de Cuisine Boojahwon who created the most delicious fish dishes and Head of Service Sarita, whose attention to detail was outstanding making us feel so special every time we dined there whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dinesh and Jay both took care of our beach experience and got to know us so well over our ten day stay, that they anticipated our orders and always served them with a smile. Oodaye went the extra mile to serve us exquisite cocktails and joked that he was our personal mixologist! Sanjeev set the tone for our stay on day one with an informative tour of the facilities from his buggy, his smile will be one we will never forget. Jean Francois and Deepak from the equestrian facilities took great care of us both as we fulfilled lifetime dreams to ride along the stunning beach and swim with horses in the sea. If this was not enough, we were also pampered at the gorgeous spa facilities where we enjoyed couples massages from Amillie, Ravi and Luana. To top this all off, we would like to thank the Hotel Manager, Eelco who, despite his inordinately busy schedule, still found the time to speak whenever he spotted us around the facilities, leading from the front and inspiring his team to make every guest feel important. Having experienced all the dining options available, we can honestly say we enjoyed all, whether the fine dining at the Chateau or the BBQ where the chefs cook fantastic steak and fish to your requirements. My stay at the resort was truly wonderful — a perfect escape by the beach with breathtaking views that instantly set a relaxing mood. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed with their friendly smiles and attentive service. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered every comfort needed for a restful stay. I especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying breakfast with a stunning ocean view. The restaurant served delicious meals with fresh ingredients and a lovely ambiance, while the spa experience was pure bliss — soothing, professional, and rejuvenating. Every detail reflected care and quality, making the whole experience unforgettable. I’m already looking forward to returning for another peaceful getaway.

Had a wonderful holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. As returning guests we were invited to attend a dinner at the Chateau for the 35 year anniversary which was wonderful. Our thanks must go to the staff at la maree for the Beautiful breakfasts, also to Dario at the stables who looks after all the animals so well. However Our biggest thanks must go to Jay on the suite beach. He is an absolute star. Can't wait to see you all again next year

5-star experience from start to finish. Exceptional food and cocktails, a beautiful long beach with snorkelling right off the shore, and genuinely warm, personalised service that makes first-time guests feel like regulars. Huge resort with activities for all ages. Highly recommended.

We went there for a spa package. The therapists natasha and komul were great. The massage was good and relaxing. We were upgraded to AI by Mrs Deenee and mrs vimla as we were celebrating a birthday! The services at the restaurant were excellent, mrs vimla and sandriella were really helpful and attentive. The location of the hotel and the amenities were top notch. Will definitely go back again! Highly recommended
