We visited the museum to see the Graf Spee gun outside and popped in to see the exhibits. It is cash only for entry although very low cost. I loved the exhibits, which covered a wide range of subjects from about the 15th century onwards. There was quite a bit in about the Graf Spee but lots of other information too, including a large cannon from a ship of the line. It's well worth the half hour and there is also a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away!

Small but interesting collection. Good explaining text charts. Some items you will not see somewhere else.

Nice enough little museum if you are interested in naval history. Very good section on the Graf Spee. It was also interesting to learn that during the independence wars that the Uruguayans had privateers that sailed as far as Europe.

Lots of naval artifacts, history, and videos of the Graff Spee. There is a $40 pesos donation to access. Can be seen in little than an hour unless watching the videos. BackYard is closed to visitors

Small museum with a little bit of everything. Taxi driver didn't seem to know the place. Best pieces are outside in the scenery.

Not a very big museum, but it also has a full scale model of the Admiral Graf Spee, as well as one of the 6" cannons from the Panzerschiff

Nice small museum. Impressive to see one of the 150mm guns of the Admiral Graf Spee, on display outside the main building.
