What is not to love about Maritime Parc, especially for a wedding. With access to Liberty State Park and stunning views of NYC, it is the perfect venue for a couple that wants the NYC vibes. We love photographing here because the space is beautiful and staff is always so helpful.

My husband and I held our wedding ceremony and reception at Maritime Parc (July 2025), and we could not have been more satisfied with the results. We had attended a wedding there beforehand, so we had a sense of what was possible, but everything surpassed our expectations. From the minute we began meeting with the Maritime Parc team to coordinate details and plans, all the way through to the day of our wedding, everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The food is delicious, the venue itself is beautiful, and the backdrop of the NYC skyline and the Statue of Liberty is the cherry on the sundae of your special day. All of the feedback we have received from our guests has been incredibly positive. We highly recommend Maritime Parc for your wedding or other special event.

We could not be happier about our wedding day at Maritime Parc. Because we live in Hoboken, we knew we wanted to get married in the area. From our first visit, we fell in love with the venue. We truly loved both spaces – the upstairs (including the wrap around balcony with fire pits) was perfect for cocktail hour and our after-party. Then, the modern and upscale feel of the main floor was incredible for our ceremony and reception. On top of the venue, the food was out of this world. Friends and family are still raving about how amazing cocktail hour was – I would say splurge on the sushi! They were so accommodating with my gluten allergy and not being able to have pork at the wedding. Lastly, the staff is really what sold us on Maritime Parc and made it so all the planning was perfectly executed. From day one, Priscilla was the absolute best!! We cannot thank her enough for everything she did leading up to the wedding and even day of. The entire staff was so attentive and made it so we could enjoy every second of our wedding day stress-free!

My husband and I had our wedding at Maritime Parc in June and it was soooo special. Priscila was amazing to work with - super responsive and helpful throughout the whole planning process. She truly went above and beyond to accommodate our asks/needs and we couldn't have asked for a better venue partner. The entire staff who was there day-of was so sweet! Special shoutout to Patricia, the bridal attendant, who was a delight to work with throughout my wedding day and brought the best vibes. She always made sure I had food/water/a drink so I could focus on spending time with our guests and didn't miss a second of the action. Excellent bar tenders who made excellent drinks as well. The views were beautiful and our guests had the best time. Could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding here :)

Came here for a graduation party and was impressed with the decor and the ambiance. The bartenders were also amazing and made us delicious cocktails. The appetizer buffet was also good and so were the hors d’oeuvres were delicious. The main course was disappointing and the servers are not accommodating and couldn’t bring me a hot tea.

Google
The food, service, and hospitality at Maritime Parc is impeccable -- highly recommend and will be back. We came here on a Friday night for a family dinner -- it was not too crowded but I would make reservations to be safe. They have a nice bar / seating area at the front you can order a drink at or hang out at until your entire party arrives. Yelp tip: sit outside if warm or ask for a table with a view inside. We ordered several of their cocktails and a bottle of wine. The cocktails were strong, but tasty. For appetizers we tried the raw oysters, Kung pao pork belly, squash, and crispy stringbeans. Honestly all of them were delicious and very flavorful -- highly recommend the pork belly and oysters. For entrees we tried the hanger steak, burger, pasta, short ribs + scallops, and halibut. The burger was one of the best we have ever tried -- super juicy and packed with flavor. The short ribs were great, scallops were too salty. The hanger steak and pasta were cooked perfectly and fantastic -- highly recommend these. The pasta was especially packed with seafood and was a fan favorite at our table. Service was 5 stars across the board. Note that they offer a few options for kids off the menu, such as a kids pasta or chicken fingers with fries.

Such a beautiful and cozy place, I loved it. The first of all they have a parking, then the restaurant is really nice, although the menu is not that rich but the food is really delicious. We ordered crub cake and omelet with mushrooms. The prices are quite pleasant. We definitely will come back again! Ooh and one more thing, it was my husband birthday the day before, so i mentioned that when booked the table and we were really surprised when in the end the waitress brought the ice-cream for him 😅 with candle))) really nice

My party of 3, had an 11:30am reservation, for Brunch. We were celebrating birthdays (most of my friends are born in February). It was our first time dining at Maritime Parc, and they didn't disappoint. We had the pleasure of having Nancy as our server. She was professional and attentive with a bit of lite humor (which we loved). I had the pancakes with the blueberry and lemon compote, a side of maple glazed bacon and scrambled eggs (delicious), my friends ordered the Fish and Chips, and the Crab & potato hash. All of our meals were delicious. The wait staff kept our water glasses topped off, and took our order for additional Mimosas. Beautiful space, Great service and food. We'll be going back.

Yelp
(Overall: B) - I was quite pleased by Maritime Parc as the staff were kind and the outdoor vibes were quite nice (except for a few bees fighting for our food). The menu consists of some elevated takes on some classic dishes, and the food is of reasonable quality, which is surprisingly not common for a harborside restaurant. (French Dip: C) - The broth is the star of the dish as it imparts significant flavor in the sandwich to make it incredibly juicy. Otherwise, I felt that the sandwich could benefit from a better char on both the beef and onions to add smokiness to the dish. The duck fat fries are nicely seasoned and pairs well with their spicy aioli, however the duck flavor did not come through. -- Food: E Presentation: E Price: E Atmosphere: E Service: +1 Menu: +1 Overall: +2 B Insta/Beli/TikTok: @amei_eats

Yelp
Visited for the first time for Sunday brunch. The ambiance of the restaurant was cute and clean with fresh flowers on all the tables. We had reservations but there were only a few tables filled. After seating us, we were all given iPads to view the menu- so high tech! The corn soup was a great starter and the waiter said the mushroom was also a crowd pleaser (but not served that day). I ordered the crab hash and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of crab served in this dish. There were large chunks right under the egg and also mixed throughout the potatoes. Portion size was good and with the starter and sides we ordered, I couldn't even finish my main dish. My husband devoured his steak and eggs and it was cooked a perfect medium rare.

Yelp
4/9/23: (Update) We came to Maritime Parc for Easter Brunch. The restaurant ambience is cool with a lot of green plants filling the interior. In addition, bright red tulips are on every table. Cocktails: Divine! We started out with Bloody Mary and Mimosa. Both were delicious! : D Entrees: Excellent! Crab cake with Fried egg and Chorizo and Egg Scramble were very tasty! The crab cake was one of the best I've ever tasted! Desserts: Good! We shared a PB & Jelly Dessert. It was good, but a little on the sweet side. Overall Service: Very Good! Total Impression- Maritime Parc is still a keeper!!!

Yelp
Im guessing all the good reviews are for the weddings? It was one of the worst service we ever received. I spoke to the hostess during dinner to ask them to bring a slice of cake for my mom's birthday and at the end of dinner they only brought us the check ..... We then had to wait another 20 minutes for a slice of cake to come out after reminding them again. Our drinks came out probably 30 minutes after we ordered it. After waiting about 25 minutes he then told us something we ordered was out of stock. They never checked in on us or even bother asking if we wanted another round. The food was ok and nothing special but the service made our experience so poor . I don't recommend going here for dinner.

Yelp
Beautiful JC waterfront restaurant with stellar views on the freedom tower! Nestled in Liberty State Park, this find has a lot to offer. There are so many delicious appetizers to choose from, it's hard to choose only one. Octopus was perfectly prepared in a spicy tomato sauce. For entrees, short ribs and scallops offer the best of the surf and turf. The star of the show is the peanut butter mousse with house-made raspberry. Service was attentive and thoughtful. The bartender even came over to assist me with selecting my second drink. With a gorgeous skyline view, great menu and service, stop by to try this place out! It's not only a wedding venue, but a restaurant too! the OBB Happy Hour: $30 for oysters, a burger, an either beer or wine!

Ivan M.

Yelp
Got married here in 2012, and the venue still impresses today. It is an amazing canvas with which you can do create almost anything. It is large, flexible and with NYC skyline at very close range from the outdoor wrap-around balcony. We got a tour down memory lane when we were offered a tour to revisit the event space during our dinner tonight. The food tonight was excellent and service is friendly, attentive, personal. They keep the menu simple, tasty, high quality ingredients with impeccable consistency. Will definitely be back!
google avatar

Miriam I.

Yelp
Came here for a celebration and just happened to end up here on a Thursday with their great OBB deal (6 oysters, a burger and a beer/wine for $25). The drinks were great and very reasonably priced. The oysters were delicious and fresh. The burgers were DELICIOUS and cooked perfectly. The filet mignon was very tender and flavorful. The beers were also delicious. Great place with great views, will definitely be coming more often.

Yelp
Nice experience as a wedding guest. Workers were extremely helpful and friendly to be around. Location was awesome. You have views of the Statue of Liberty, World Trade Center, and a marina dock. Food was delicious.

Yelp
My daughter's wedding at Maritime Parc was fabulous. The staff was attentive, anticipated our needs, and over-delivered on the service. The food was amazing, not only the main courses which we were able to sample last month, but the appetizers offered during the cocktail hour. Finally, the location can't be beat, with the NY City Skyline just over the river. I strongly recommend Maritime Parc for a significant event like ours.

Yelp
This place may have some of the most breathtaking New York Skyline views you've ever seen, but make no mistake, this restaurant is all about the food. I came here for dinner on Friday, October 9th, 2020 (Yup... in a few years people will be reading this post and thinking: you went outdoor dining that year? Whoa that is some love for food!), and it was amazing. The service was wonderful and the ambience pretty romantic. Their drink menu is a selection of their own take on classic cocktails, which is interesting. I had something with gin in it and it was super refreshing but I can't remember what it's called. We ordered the pork belly to start. It was tender, flavorful, and presented beautifully. I especially enjoyed the tiny bits of crumble that topped it off which added crunchy texture to the moist meat. For entrees, we split a seafood pasta and a filet mignon. Both were phenomenal. They really don't skimp out on you at all. There were generous chunks of lobster and scallops in that seafood pasta that made me smile. The medium rare filet mignon was so tender I think I could've just swallowed it without chewing very much at all. It also came with these teeny roasted potatoes and eggplant that were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Let's talk about how good their apple Tatin was. Nevermind, because I have no words. I had the coffee dessert with ice cream and it was my ideal ratio of sweetness to bitterness. It was all extremely delicious!!! This chef, owner, and their cooks have got it going on. Please keep this place open so I can go try their burger and also ribs and scallops dish next time!!!

Yelp
BEST RESTAURANT in liberty landing hands down. The bartenders are craft makers the chefs are dedicated the vibe is to die for. True quality experience. Special thanks to George and Josh at the bar, you guys know what you're doing. Definitely will be back. What a wonderful experience with quality staff, drinks, vibe and food. Top notch

Yelp
Thursday nights! Best deal in town - a selection of 5 types of burgers including salmon, meatless, lamb, scallop. Included is 6 fresh oysters and a beer or wine selection. $25! You win! Outdoor patio is on the water, fantastic views of downtown Manhattan and statue of liberty. On a cold day or warm day the firepits are flaming. Service is great!
google avatar

Mayuri K.

Yelp
Came here the other day to try the O.B.B. I started with a Allagash brewery beer and my boyfriend went with the cabernet. The oysters came out really quick and we really enjoyed them. The smaller ones were definitely sweeter but I don't think there was a difference in variety. I think our server had said they were from Prince Edward Island. Our burger selections included the MP burger, duck burger, and lamb burger. I chose the lamb burger and it was very good. The feta was a bit much for me but it still complimented the burger well. The burger also came with duck fat fries which were really tasty and crispy. (Just the way I like them!) We also ordered the hazelnut cake which came with an orange sorbet which was AMAZING. I love the combination of orange and chocolate. The sorbet was also creamy. I also have to point out our amazing server, Ryan. He was very attentive the entire time we were there and personable.
google avatar

Marc V.

Yelp
Great experience, with well executed fish dishes. Thai calamari was excellent, as was the sea bass. Good portions. Loved the hazelnut dessert, which wasn't overly sweet. Really attentive and pleasant service. It was great! Will definitely return.

Yelp
Located in the beautiful Liberty State Park, this restaurant provides good food and opportunities to explore the sprawling skyline of downtown NYC. There are a few other restaurants in this park, namely Liberty House. Personally, I preferred Maritime - on both occasions that I went there, it wasn't too loud and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant has a good seafood selection. The food was pretty decent. The cocktails were also well made. The restaurant inside is also very chill and welcoming. 4/5 - check it out and the head to the edge of the park by the waterfront for some great views!

Yelp
My daughter's wedding on 9/22/23 was great. The food, service, staff and location combined for an awesome wedding. Maritime Parc has a modern vibe. The view of NYC and outside verandas add to the wow factor. The service was spot on and the guests were impressed by the food. My favorite was the Asian station at cocktail hour & the Duo of Beef at dinner was excellent. Priscilla was extremely helpful and the entire staff did a great job. I definitely recommend MP if your looking for a venue that pays attention to detail and is wonderfully different from the standard ballroom setup.

Yelp
Food was great. Waiter seemed like he was in a rush and talking really fast. He's great with his attentiveness but just needs to chill. Overall the service was excellent.

Yelp
We went for the classic Sunday brunch. I was able to make and change reservations on Open Table - very convenient. We were the first ones there after parking. We were given the nice seats near windows with great views of the skyline and harbor. Sweetness! We ordered 3 cocktails, the fruit bowl, pancakes, MT burger and the BLT from the brunch menu. Ordering was easy but we found the food to be sub par. We liked the fruit bowl the best. The pancakes were slightly under done. BLT and the burger were just okay. We were hoping a lot from this place. Between the pretty decor, views and professional service staff, we found the food lacking the completeness of the experience. Overall it's fine. Can't beat the views but there are other better places for food quality.
google avatar

Yelp
The view is amazing! The crab burger was to die for! I'm totally obsessed... would definitely recommend it but go for lunch the menus is less expensive.

Yelp
The answer to every question was "YES" - we call it the Ritz Carlton effect. They even added gardening at the front entrance for my wife. The place was gorgeous, spotless, perfectly smooth and every guests praised the food and service. They executed every detail, as planned. Very attentive !

Yelp
This spot is really to die for I had such an awesome time here on Valentine's Day my fiancé treated me it was so awesome Experience and the steak was so good, 6 stars customer service beautiful staff food and ambiance !!! Love it !!!

Yelp
My family had brunch with me to celebrate Mother's Day. Our table server greeted me with "Happy Mother's Day," which became the most ironic thing of the brunch. The food was meh and the service was rated less than ZERO because 1) I ordered English breakfast tea, but got chamomile tea, 2) I requested a pot of hot water, and it didn't come until the 3rd attempt, 3) all entrees came out at a different time in a total of 15-20 minutes apart, and the worst part was that my Mother's Day entree NEVER came, 4) food and drinks came to our table between our entire meal, which was actually for some other tables, 5) we asked for a to-go box for the leftover pancake, but was told that no box was big enough to fit the pancake, 6) the sever did not feel apologetic at all for our experience. There were times that he said he would go check on our inquiries/ request, but never came back with an answer. We came to this restaurant many times, but certainly would not come back again.

John W.

Yelp
Horrible. The place was almost empty, yet it took half an hour to have two glasses of wine delivered to the table. Entrees did not come out at the same time for our party of eight people. Another two entrees didn't come out at all. They said "the kitchen forgot the order." Short ribs were NOT short ribs. They were three pieces of dry, lean meat, 1/4" thick, 1.5"x 2". My second and last time at this overpriced, unprofessionally managed place. There are many great restaurants in Jersey City. I don't know how this place stays open.

Yelp
First off, I should mention my uncle laughed too hard at one point in the meal and simply tipped back his chair a bit and the chair split in two!! He was lucky that there was an empty table behind him to catch his fall, but this could've ended much worse. For a restaurant of this caliber, you would hope that they'd have sturdier chairs (or at least not worry about falling out of one!). Furniture aside, our dinner here was excellent. My family came for a family reunion with relatives that we rarely see, and the ambiance was lovely for the special occasion. Dinner started with a complimentary bread basket, butter, and an olive oil mixture. Most of the appetizers are personal sized but because we wanted to share a few "larger" starters, we decided to order the Grilled Oysters (waiter's recommendation) and sides of Creamed Spinach & Spaetzle and the Roasted Carrots/Brussel Sprouts. WOW, these sides were surprisingly our favorite! Both were easy to share and full of flavor. The pistachios and feta over the roasted veggies were seriously genius. For my entree I ordered the Alaskan Black Cod, which was delicately cooked and presented over mixed vegetables, glazed ham, and a rich broth. Although we were incredibly full after dinner, we couldn't pass up sharing the refreshing Peach Melba dessert and the decadent Hazelnut Honey Cake. Everything tasted fantastic. Besides the chair and the rather slow entrees, this was a wonderful dinner with family, with the views of the marina/skyline being a huge plus!

Rita W.

Yelp
Had a fabulous brunch at Maritime Parc. The food was excellent and healthy portions. Stand outs were the frittata, beet and bursts salad and chorizo scramble. The interior was well air conditioned and beautifully decorated. All the servers were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Will absolutely be back again next time we visit NJ.
google avatar

Yelp
Love the ambiance food and specially the desserts!! The appetizers were delicious. I love octopus, which was great, but the winner where the scallops with mushrooms! The risotto was on point and I really enjoyed the steak and the pork dish.

Eric H.

Yelp
Excellent wedding venue with beautiful views, ambiance and decent although not extraordinary food. Salad was nondescript and the branzino main course had a funny taste to me although I ate it. Served skin side up wasn't the most appetizing look either. Four stars for ambiance and three for food.

Yelp
Came here for the first time for brunch on Easter Sunday, had a reservation for 4 at 12:30 and we were seated promptly on the patio per our request since it was such a beautiful day and they have such a lovely view. We placed our drink orders and looked over the menu and they had a very nice selection of brunch items to choose from. Everyone decided on their selection. I personally went with the fish and chips and they were good I just missed some fresh lemon that would have completed the dish. The other dishes ordered were the Lobster Club BLT, Crab Cake with fried egg, and the Lobster Mac and Cheese Carbonara. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed their selections and the server checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. Now onto desert... we ended up with 4 different selections and I had the pleasure of meeting their wonderful Pastry Chef John as he was kind enough to help deliver them to the table and have a chat, great guy! We had the Chestnut Praline Sticky Cake (My Fave), Hazelnut Honey Cake, "The Elvis" Peanut Butter Cheesecake, and the Olive Oil Struesel Cake. All of the deserts were delicious and yes I did manage to sample them all but that Praline Cake was gone in a flash and I only had a bite before one of the kids called dibs on it. So all in all a great Easter Brunch at a lovely restaurant with beautiful surroundings. Would definitely return.

Yelp
Nice spot. Food is ok. Not cheap. We've eaten here a couple of times and it's ok. They have decent specialty drinks & daily specials. Daughter had a baby shower and they did a great job. The stand alone restaurant imho, is just ok.

Yelp
Beautiful venue with amazing view of the Manhattan skylines. Just visited here for the first time for a family member's wedding and the place did not disappoint. Cocktail hours food and the entire could've been better but overall the service was excellent and the staff did amazing job attending guests with pure professionalism. Definitely would love to visit again.

Yelp
Beautiful Bridal Shower celebration at Maritime Parc over the weekend! A special thank you to the restaurant manager Arianna and the rest of the crew for making me and my guests feel very special. They accommodated a group of 20 guests (and 2 babies) with delicious food and the most amazing service. We ordered octopus, lobster mac and cheese and brussels sprouts as appetizers - all were very tasty. For entrees we ordered a variety of dishes, but the MP burger and the crab cake get 5 stars! Everyone left the party speaking very highly of the venue. Thanks Maritime Parc team - we can't wait to come back!
google avatar

Minjoo P.

Yelp
Great view! There is a nice seating area outside but it's hard to get the server's attention. We had two beer, a burger, and a lobster pasta. Generous portions, but price is $$$-$$$$ per person. There is a smoking area behind the restaurant next to the outdoor dining area. We left as soon as people started to smoke right next to our table.

Yelp
Wedding season brought me to this place we started the night off with cocktail hour in the 2nd floor nice set up here food was set up buffet style they had some really good options from the Meats & cheese set up this was pretty good. Really liked the hot food delicious pasta, along with some steak & chicken way too many options. Small bites were also being passed around delicious little empanadas, great quiche bites. Open bar was also available had to give the Lagunitas sumpin easy a try nice tasting beer nice & cold. Enjoying the food was not the only thing keeping your attention here stepped out into the balcony area to enjoy some lovely city views. Once cocktail hour was done we headed upstairs to celebrate the night which turned out great. Very nice venue, plenty of parking available we had a lovely evening celebrating.

Yelp
It was my first birthday celebration in JC and I really wanted to go somewhere special for my b-day dinner out with the mans. Yes, there are like 5 places right in my hood that look dope and are on my to-try list. But, I wanted something little less run of the mill and off the beaten path. Maritime Parc is located in Liberty State Park (next to Liberty House) and has some seriously intense views of the NYC skyline. It's such a romantic spot, and if you are trying to impress someone, whether it be a date or even parents in town, I'd suggest taking them here in a heartbeat! Okay, so ambiance aside. I wanted a delicious birthday meal, and the real reason this spot stood out was because of the eats. The menu boats a delicious array of seafood and meat options, and it all sounds decadent. The rundown: -Gin and grapefruit juice. AKA a cup of gin with a splash of grapefruit juice, but I guess no one ever complained about a drink being too strong. Am I right? -Bread basket with a dipping sauce that had cauliflower and feta cheese. It was a little bit hearty to dip bread in, so I ate it as a standalone salad which was actually delicious. -Seared octopus atop a bed of pork belly hash. Although it was an octopus dish, there was more pork belly then octopus which I thought was a bit odd. I would have appreciated more octopus, but all in all it was still very tasty. -Crispy fried string beans, fried to absolute perfection. The siracha aioli was the perfect dipping sauce. -Seafood pasta. Normally at restaurants like this there would be a ton of pasta (the cheap stuff) and a skimpier amount of seafood (the good stuff). Completely not the case here. My bowl was overflowing with hearty chunks of shrimp, scallop and crab. The cream sauce was rich and flavorful. Definitely a sinful dish, but calories don't count on the birthday. -Seared scallops over a bed of corn salsa. This was my BF's entree, and I snuck in a couple of bites. The scallop had the perfect sear, and there were four large on hearty bad boys on the plate. -Too full to order dessert, but they gave us doggy bags with complimentary chocolate peanut butter oatmeal banana cookies (an absolute mouthful) and they were insanely good. Confession, I actually ate mine for breakfast the next morning. Maritime Parc made my birthday dinner a great one, and it just makes sense to come here for a special occasion dinner. With great food and city skyline views, you really just can't go wrong.

Yelp
Incredible service- accommodating beyond expectations! I have food allergies so they were very sensitive & gave great suggestions- the food is excellent & prepared with absolute grace & finesse. I am just so very blessed that they are in my 'backyard' - a$2 ride on the Liberty Landing Ferry gets you the ticket to Culinary Nirvana- I had a wonderful Risotto &my boyfriend had shrimp and a burger. Now the burger is not just any burger but it's served with duck fat fries - don't say ewwww until you try them... they have an amazing Brunch menu which I cannot wait to try! Incredible wine list & the service is impeccable

Yelp
Attended a wedding here last night. Make no mistake, the views are stunning. The wait staff is great and attentive with one exception. Beautiful building and decorations. It's a high class operation, but a few things could stand improvement. Same chairs are used for the wedding and dining, wooden chairs with thin cushions are very hard on the butt. They really need some high quality chair cushions. You move to a different room for the cocktail hour and appetizers and this place suffers from a common problem for wedding venues. Not enough tables and seating during the cocktail hour. Salad green plates come and are not a traditional salad but some aromatic greens with pears. This may appeal to some but certainly not all patrons. They should stick with traditional salad and not try so hard with fancy stuff that many did not like. Entree choices were chicken or beef tenderloin. I asked for a tenderloin medium well, waiter says no problem we can do that. The meal comes and the meat was medium rare, even though I asked the server if it was medium well and she assured me it was. I suspect everyone's meal is cooked the same, which I understand for a wedding, but tell me that up front. Served with mashed potatoes, good, and spinach, ok. Plates of little pastries come and they are so so, seem like a little stale and defrosted from frozen. Then servers bring around little pieces of cheesecake, which were still frozen. The place and location are top notch, it's just disappointing that the food doesn't stand up.

Yelp
This restaurant was named one of the top restaurants in NJ and it was easy to see why. Good, friendly service. Great menu and tasty food. Not to mention the location, which is right on the water with picture perfect views of lower Manhattan. We were there on a pleasant summer night and it was perfect. I would recommend!

Yelp
Would NOT recommend for large parties. Extremely reluctant to seat until all 20+ arrived which was five Ubers from same location. Finally seated when all but two were there. Once seated, they would not take drinks or appetizer orders -not even give us water- until last two arrived. We ordered several bottles of wine which the waiter was slow to pour and then didn't leave bottles on table. Food was SLOW! One table complete before other even served. Food was good but not cooked to requested temp. Hostess staff went out of their way to be rude and condescending. Never again. Sorry

Yelp
Great food! Great service! Loved Ryan as our bartender, what a guy, he should be famous. The view of the city is amazing as well as a stroll through the park afterwards; great venue for anyone looking to relax and grab a bite. Would recommend 10/10

Yelp
So the place is really nice... to look at. I went for a bday dinner and we sat down. First, the waiter may of meant to be nice but he was so overbearing he may have been worse than a used car salesman. It was way too much. Constantly in our face upselling wine, explaining the whole menu etc... The food itself was meh. The oysters weren't that good , I had the scallops and short ribs - the short ribs were delicious but the scallops weren't all that that. No one really liked their meal. The signature mashed potato rings - horrible. I can't believe they would let that out of the kitchen at this pricey as hell restaurant. Overall - this place is a pass. Go to Satis instead.

Yelp
My parents come all the time on Thursdays for the oyster and bar Thursdays, so I decided to come with them one Thursday night as they are always raving about it. The place itself has a unique, upscale, nautical theme and immediately reminded me of being at the beach in the summer in the Northeast, very Hamptons like. We came in January, but I would honestly much prefer coming back in the summer. (If you're unfamiliar with the area, the are a ton of boats parked here, so it's excellent for a stroll when the weather is nice, plus the view is spectacular). Moving on...there's a small bar to your right as you walk in that seats about 10 people. The rest of the restaurant is fairly small, although the max occupancy is 230, I think the place can comfortably fit half of that. Nonetheless, the place looks brand new and is absolutely stunning. I loved the comfortable seats too. We sat down and immediately ordered some wine (the $20 beer & oyster menu comes with beer or wine). I started with a Chilean Pinot Noir, a bit too bland for me, especially in the dead of Winter. The service was fairly slow overall, which was a bit frustrating as it wasn't THAT crowded. Thankfully as soon as we sat they brought over some homemade bread with walnuts and cranberries that was very tasty. The bread also came with a delicious accompaniment that I scarfed down. The oysters were huge and delicious and came with delicious homemade cocktail sauce. After the oysters, I ordered a glass of New Zealand Sauv Blanc which was amazing and paired really well with the seafood I ordered. Since I was starving, I also ordered the roasted cauliflower soup which was hot, creamy, and delicious. Highly recommend it. I ordered the scallop burger for dinner, which was very unique in my opinion. The bun was huge and big unnecessary but I liked the corn mayo sauce it came with. The scallop burger itself was really good. The burgers also come with a small side of fries cooked in duck fat. They are very tasty! Before we left they gave everyone a fresh, warm, homemade cookie. It was a nice touch and the cookie was very tasty!

Yelp
Brought my daughter and her cousin there on a wave runner , coming down the Hudson from around the TZ bridge. Got some fuel at the dock, and left the wave runner there, and went in for lunch. It's months later and the kids are still talking about the "best burger ever".

Yelp
Given the Covid situation, a beautiful outdoor setting like this is a gem to be savored. Their menu is limited and pricey but the quality, service and ambiance is top notch. They have the best creative seafood cuisine we have had in NJ or NY.

Yelp
Updating my review post-wedding. The restaurant still gets 2 stars but the wedding event was much smoother. We will start with the good. The food was much much better in the kitchen dedicated to the wedding! We had plenty of guests tell us how good it was, especially the steak carving station and the Korean bbq appetizers. They kindly placed food in the bridal suite for us because they knew we would not have much time to eat. My husband's steak main course was delicious. My chicken was good, thought it was slightly dry. Our 3rd entree was the brined salmon and we were told it was good. The woman (blonde, tall, Eastern European and I forget her name) who was in charge of timing and keeping things smooth during our wedding was very good, we had a little mishap and were delayed a bit but she helped keep things calm. My bridal attendant asked many times if I need food, water and was very attentive the whole night. They were accommodating about changes we made to the layout of our ceremony. The not great. The bridal suite does not lock and there is no safe, which is frustrating because it's a wedding and there was plenty of money that we had to have family carry around to pay vendors with. I also did multiple dress changes and had different pieces of jewelry worth 6 figures that I had to give to my mom to keep because there is no other safe place for it. Someone did dump out the contents of my maid of honors bag and take her charger- not sure who did that but it wouldn't have been an issue if the bridal suite locked. The other annoying thing that happened that was not the venues fault was that our coordinator left for a new job in the middle of planning so Maritime Parc gave us someone new. Overall a good experience
