I know the region quite well, and this place was by far the best stay I ever had in Constanta. Brand new building, modern and clean, large rooms, perfectly equiped for short/medium stays, great service. Great location, close to the huge beach, but also close to the main attractions and city center. Just two things are not fantastic: quite noisy and without dedicated parking places.

The apartment 3B was gorgeous - 2 bedrooms with 2 large beds (each bed can accommodate 2 adults). The bedsheet in one of the bedrooms was stained and found hair on it (this is the reason for not rating it 5 stars). One of the bedrooms and the kitchen have the street side wall made of glass which ensures a great view. The kitchen is equipped with minimal dishware and cutlery, stove, coffee machine, fridge and washing machine (no dishwasher, no paper towels). The shower has drain issues (I guess that's well known for all buildings at the sea side). There's a sewer smell from time to time in the bathroom. The communication with the administration was easy and once the room was available she text us. The location is great, just across the street from the stairs taking you to the beach. There's no parking on site. The guests can park for free if they're able to find a spot on the adjacent streets or in the municipal paid parking lots in front of the building (30 Lei/day) - the machine takes cash or card. The beach was ok cleaning wise and the sand was fine. The entrance in the water was shallow. There were areas where one can rent a sunbed (50 Lei/day) under the umbrella. There were lifeguards present. There are several restaurants/fast-foods behind the building, no more than 5 minutes walking.

We were surprised of how clean the rooms were! very beautiful view. Still a bit weird to not get a keycard, you always have to use your phone to get in the building and into the room. If you have an issue there is no one to talk too directly which I think is necessary for a 5star experience :) fortunately everything went well and we enjoyed our stay very much. on the beach in 2 minutes, nice breakfast next door at continental, bus stations around the corner

We had side view of the sea, but for a bit extra you can have full view. (I'm quite salty we didn't get that one.. Everything was perfect. Only two things were missing: A rack to dry clothes. A microwave to reheat the amazing food we had delivered from the restaurant downstairs..

Superb location, amazing view, great value. Only cleaning could be a bit improved and the use of mattress protectors would improve the hygiene.

We stayed in the VIP one bedroom sea front apartment on the 1st floor… Which was nice overall, spacious and clean. The Kitchen was stocked with dishes & a washer/dryer combo unit (yet no laundry soap). There was a nice view of the beach from living room & bedroom, yet the windows were a bit dirty, and the curtains were very difficult to open and close. We could hear the street noise and people talking from both rooms till about 1 am, the windows are obviously very thin. ||We could have used some bottles of water on hand for drinking & coffee maker. ||The bathroom was nice, but no shampoo, conditioner or lotion stocked. ||Bedroom was nice, but the bed squeaked every time we turned over, which along with the noise from the street created a restless sleep. ||Overall, the apartment was nice, with a great location… but not worth the money for us, especially with the issues we encountered, and so many less expensive options in the area that also provide breakfast.

This is an awesome place to spend a week or weekend. Close to the beach and an amazing view for A and B types of apartment. It has many household appliances like a fridge, stove, clothes washer, electric cooker, hair dryer and so on. The rooms are very big and the beds are king and queen size, which is amazing for parents with kids. This is the second year i came here and will come back for sure next year.

The apartment was amazing! The best experience I had in a beach apartment so far! The interior was spatious, very stylish and luxurious looking. It had all the amenities you need for a short stay, maybe even for longer stays. The location is great, right next to the beach, which also means an amazing view from the apartment! I also had the chance to meet the host, who was extremely warm and welcoming! Would definitely recommend staying here!
