SoulEdge: For My Lady in Velvet Red.. Ate breakfast real early. Met the hostess & my server Tatiana. Excellent service from the fruit, I ordered Steak & Eggs, (good portions) aioli sauce & chili lemon are nice touches. Good buttery flavor on the eggs & a well done steak. Before I left I purchased a Pistachio Croissant. Visit dedicated to my then ex German American girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. Cue in the songs: The Lady in Red by Chris de Burgh & Wildest Dreams by Taylor Swift 🇺🇸🇩🇪🎸✌️

SoulEdge: Dreamscape Dined in for lunch, met the chef whom helped me with seating & Chris my server. And another female employee sorry I forgot her name. I ordered Strawberry Tart, but it wasn't available. Chris gave me options, so I decided with the Passion Tart. It's custard was good, ditto the Passion fruit. However the tart crust was rock solid. Perhaps serving it at normal temperature might have been better. Serve it after the main course. I also ate the Black Truffle & Fontina Cheese Pizza with Frisée Salad, Chive. I will admit it was perfect, good on the crust. I can tell by lifting it and seeing the bottom too. I would like to add more ingredients (and pay for it) like mushrooms if the option was available. As I dined I noticed a female employee wearing white saying the word "Fag." Being inside an enclosed area, one can hear it. Remember you represent Marriott International, Jean-Georges Restaurants, and the Edition brand. Visit dedicated to my then ex German American girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. Cue in the songs Electricity by Dua Lipa and Silk City and I Don’t Wanna Live Forever by Taylor Swift and Zayn. 🇺🇸🇩🇪🎸

We had breakfast at the Market every day for 7 days during our stay, and thoroughly enjoyed it. We tried virtually all egg dishes on the menu, as well as all the bowls, and they were all excellent. Eggs ranchero were my favorites, but they are kinda small so order a side. Greek yogurt bowl was fantastic. Eggs Benedict very solid, as was the frittata. Coffee was always good — strong and very very consistent.

While staying at the Edition, I have eaten breakfast and lunch here. Dine here more for the ambiance and the aesthetics because they are high in price. Servers here were busy the day I dined so they seemed short when speaking and some don't speak complete English. They have beautiful displays around the dining room. During breakfast, they have a pastries and dessert display. I enjoyed their coffee, omelette and croissant here. For lunch, I enjoyed their charcuterie board.

Food looks amazing on pictures but tastes pretty bad. Everything was bad, even a smoothie tasted like water with food coloring. Service was inattentive. When I volunteered that our food wasn’t so good at all, she said-You ate everything. Yeah, I was hungry and that’s the only reason I’m paying for it.

I stay at the hotel a lot for work and breakfast at the Market is always the highlight. The staff- Jean-Michael, Valeria and Ms P are 5 stars. Not only do they always remember me and what we talked about last time, they even remember my order. It’s so nice to be met with such kindness and warmth each morning. They are the best of the best and the restaurant is lucky to have staff like this. Highly recommend the soft scramble and the Yogurt parfait with granola

I have to grab brunch here every time I’m in Miami Beach. This place has the best vibe I love walking through the lobby to get here. You can’t go wrong with their cold-pressed juices or smoothies. For brunch, their Benedict is the best I’ve ever had, and the spinach and goat cheese omelet is absolutely delicious. They used to have the most insane cinnamon roll on the menu I didn’t see it last time, but if you can order it, do so!

Amazing quality of products they use for their breakfast a la Carte. Excellent Coffee choices (I had a delicious flat white). Not to mention the beautiful ambience and the excellent staff. Hope to having breakfast there again next time when being in South Beach Miama. Thank you for a wonderful start into the day 👍
