"This horseshoe-shaped indoor food market, designed by MVRDV, houses apartments, shops and lots of food stalls. The inside wall is covered by an impressive 11.000 m2 art piece by Arno Coenen. During construction a 10th century farm was found. The farm is part of the settlement Rotta that went on to become Rotterdam.
