This can be not only the MOST DELICIOUS restaurant in Panamá, but THE PLACE to go while in Panamá. I know this place since 20 years ago and they have not disappointed since then, they have the same menu, so, it is like being home, enjoying my favorite dishes in the world. The best Carpaccio you could find, The BEST Milanesa in the world, do yourself a favor and try the mac and cheese, and of course the bread pudding for desert! Any wine is going to be a good option as they only bring the best from Italy. You cannot go wrong with this place. The owners; David and Carolina are the coolest people in town as well ❤️ The staff is amazing! Dreaming about the next time I’m here again 🫶🏻

My fiancé and I came for mid week lunch, with no reservation. We had some oysters, tuna tartare, hanger steak, fish with cream sauce, a selection of chocolates, and a variety of wines. Food was delicious and well prepared. I enjoyed the semi-open kitchens where you can see your food being prepared. The seating in Market was comfortable, and our host was attentive. It does get quite busy even on a week day, so a reservation would be wise. Definitely would come back for date night or a special treat.

Marker was an exceptional dinning experience. The look and feel of the market matched perfectly with the food. Starting with thr desert, Key Lime Pie, 💯 recommend it. I had some sort of chicken dish as my main which was tasty. This is definitely a pantry dropping dinner spot. Will be back.

We bought pralines in the shop a while ago and came back for lunch. There is only good to say about our experience! Excellent preparation, taste and service! The menu is extensive and one has a hard time to choose. We will be back soon to try more. The fish sandwich and local grass fed beef was delicious.

I had been wanting to try Market for a while, especially for the centollo (crab) dish and meat menu. When we first got there I was very impressed by the decor, the place is beautiful! It reminds me of our favorite eateries back in Europe. The service was great, although we did have to signal for the waiter each time we needed something. Still they were very attentive and accommodating. Was didn’t impress me as much was the food. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed. I had high expectations based on the price and the ambiance, but the quality of the food was just “eh.” Nothing out of this world. I would give 3.5 stars if I could, but leaning into the 4 due to the service, the wine, and that we still enjoyed ourselves. The oysters were pretty good, but extremely expensive. The prime rib was a bit dry. The mussels in white wine sauce were alright, but again, nothing to write home about. The lobster roll was more bread and mayonnaise then lobster (as you can see from the photo). I’d give it another shot, but I think I’d stick to pizza, salads and burgers? Maybe that’s what they do best. For the expansive menu and high prices, I guess I just expected more.

Beautiful place to buy food to take home to make or enjoy a peaceful lunch or dinner. The sushi and fresh fish were wonderful. Wine selection is really nice, lots of variety. Funky decor and tons of bottles of wine line the walls. It does get really busy on the weekends. Closed Sundays. Great experience!

This American style steakhouse and Deli Shop offers great Steaks, Burguers, and a variety of salads fresh and well prepared. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is contemporary. Nice choice!
