Coolest restaurant ever! Came for my birthday and it was an awesome dining experience! Our server had a trainee with him and both were just perfect! We order the giant and delicious onion rings, the incredible clam chowder, fish and chips and of course the crab and lobster! Everything was so delicious!

So classy and SOOOO yummy! The wait staff was really accommodating of my allergies, asked the cooks questions, and explained everything to me so well! Plus their early bird special prices are really affordable

We came here for our first Sunday brunch ever. Taylor was our server, and he was very attentive and spot on with our service. The food was very good. They brought us a cinnamon roll first, and it was delicious. The coffee was very good and smooth. Our main courses were both very tasty and unique. I highly recommend coming here for a delicious brunch experience.

We had a great dinner here last night, Jackson was our waiter and he went above and beyond to make sure we had what we need, onion rings was hot, crispy and delicious, our trout along with Salmon was perfectly cooked. Definitely will be returning

We had the oysters, tuna tartare, mussels and clams as well as the mushroom risotto halibut. Food was very good! Little slow with service but we did mind enjoyed a relaxed date night for NYE.

Never coming here again, first they gave our reservation away, then it took 2 hours to get out food, i get the kitchen was behind, but 2 hours? Then when we finally got the food it was over cooked, my flame broiled salmon was charcoal, and crunchy. My husbands filet minon was well done instead of medium rare, and the waiter didnt come to check on us once. Just completely ignored us, We had to ask to get water cups filled, at least they took the fish off so i didnt have to pay for something i couldnt eat. So there is that. Happy valentines day!.....

Downhill slide?. Breakfast? No more signature trout. Sold their parking lot for cash.. Last time i was there was November & took :55 for me sitting waiting, only hoping that my food would come out. Only 3 other tables were seated... They lost Ramone who really was the keeper of them all. Honestly the food has lost its verve. Management only smooths over all concerns with no fixing it... sad really. I'll hope for a turnaround... 7/24/25: Well the menu still won't have the breakfast trout.. its now $31 for dinner i see... well it was a good run.. for 3 decades.... but i hear they are bringing back the prime rib for dinner... hmmm.. 1/31/26 Tried Sunday brunch was there at 10 AM the new later opening time. Only 2 other people there on opening... so... NO more steak, no trout, no hash browns.. it's a lower effort offering based on "crab" flakes, and cakes mostly and hollindase sauce on poached eggs. They DO offer "fish and chips" which i should had ordered... but the true disappointing item is these cheese potatoes.. worse than ever. They certainly don't ask for feedback.. when they don't i just pay and leave.... btw, they even "split" the asparagus down the center to make it look like more, but it flops ...

First time in SLC, and we were looking for seafood. A couple of people recommended this spot. The restaurant is large, with an open kitchen and a mix of booth, table, and counter seating. When we first walked in, there was a strong fish odor — yes, it’s a seafood restaurant, but it was stronger than I usually encounter. We were greeted by a very friendly host and seated right away. We had reservations, but they didn’t seem necessary, as the place was quiet with only a few other tables. We started with waters, a bottle of white wine, and an appetizer of calamari. The portion was generous, with a nice mix of rings and baby squid, and the marinara sauce was tasty. For entrées, we ordered the Salmon, Trout, Caesar Salad, and the Wild Mushroom Halibut (a special). While we waited, they brought out bread and butter. Each entrée came with a choice of salad or clam chowder. The salads were standard, but the chowder was very good — lots of clams, thick, and flavorful. The portion was quite large, so I didn’t finish it in order to save room for my meal. The entrées arrived hot and in good portions. The Halibut was good, though not outstanding; the mushroom ragout was a bit bland and slightly too salty, while the polenta was decent. The other dishes were fine, but none of the guests were especially enthusiastic. We saved room for dessert and shared the Raspberry Almond Torte, Midnight Chocolate Cake, and Sabayon. All three were very good — an excellent finish to the meal. Service throughout the evening was very good: attentive without being overbearing. We lingered until after closing (they closed at 9:00, and we finished around 9:20), and the staff was patient as they cleaned up around us. Overall, it was a good meal with solid service, but it didn’t make our “can’t wait to come back” list.
